Pros +
- The view, the spacious room, the spacious bathroom, the breakfast.
- The location is amazing
- We loved our stay as a family of 6. We had the two bedroom villa with had two large bathrooms. The villa opened up to the refreshing pool and had a large table on the patio to enjoy our breakfast which was set up nicely at requested time. The other guests were nice and the staff was helpful and kind. We were just outside of Fira, which we loved bc it was quieter but a short walk.
Cons -
- We stayed here 10 years ago and the property needed to updated then. They still have not done any updates. It is such a perfect location and a shame it is in such poor condition.
- We loved it all. Only thing was the cute bar had a cocktail menu but wasn’t able to make the drinks (we were hoping for a daiquiri), but they made a vodka lemonade instead.
- Upon checking in I was given a very small room, totally unsuitable and certainly not what I expected in size, lack of view and for what I was paying for the four nights I stayed. The room was almost bordering on 'backpacker' style! However I did pay for an upgrade to a much better room and location for the best view. I did however feel the hotel needs upgrading and refurbishing. It was not value for money as is, not that I mind paying however this this not meet my expectations. Breakfast served daily I felt could have been better.Staff, however were helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect, the view was spectacular, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and there was delicious breakfast. Everything was adorable.
Staff was amazing— kind and so very helpful. The views were extraordinary. A little north of the intensity of Santorini but still on the beautiful caldera with gorgeous views. The gentleman who carried our suitcases and brought our breakfast to our balcony each morning could not do enough for us— a true gentleman and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.
Breakfast was really good. Pool was lovely. Room was great & view was perfect
The view was spectator and the hotel in a perfect location to capture this view.Along with a wonderful choice of nearby restaurants and cafe's.

The view from the terrace was exceptional and was what we had expected and had been willing and prepared to pay for.The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive.
The room was very basic. It was quite small and apart from a small refrigerator there was no other items like glasses, cutlery or cups and plates. The hot water system took about 8 - 10 minutes to warm up for a shower. The bed was up in a loft with very low ceilings and a steep ladder to climb up to it.
Staff was excellent. View was spectacular. Everything was close and easy to access. In the heart of the Santorini. John at the reception welcomed us at the property and was very informative about the surroundings. Klaudia, Magdalena and Foty have great customer service skills and very customer friendly. Always in hand to assist with smile.
Room size, especially the bathroom, was very small. Same breakfast every day although delicious but could be different every day.
Location was phenomenal. When you want a great view you can't go wrong with the room. It is the highest room of the hotel and there is nothing obstructing the view at all.The staff are very friendly and attentive to all your needs. They also carried our luggage from the taxi all the way to the hotel room. We are happy with the hotel and would definitely come back. The location is at the top of the whole of Fira so when you start your walk to the shops it's all downhill which is perfect. Only takes 5 minutes and you're in the start of all the shops.
Location was perfect, nice and quiet place within walking distance to everything. Rooms were serviced each day and breakfast served on the balcony. Pool was clean and great views.
NA
The location was in Stefani Fira which was very good location as not right in the busy end of Fira and closer to Oia.The views were very nice of the Caldera. Breakfast wasn’t a huge variety but nice the way it was brought out onto a table outside your room by the pool. The hot tub was good after a refreshing dip in the pool which was quite small.
The room smelt musty and was damp. Which made your clothes + the sheets feel damp. The room had a humidifier operating in it 24/7. The shower was cold for first couple of days although they did get it fixed before we left. I think the room and bathroom are due for an upgrade and refurbishment.
Best view of the caldera. Very nice staff. Great location overall.
It was a beautiful property with the best views. In fact many wedding photographers took pictures in front of the property. Olga and Giga were awesome hotel hosts. I highly recommend this property
The location is superb with amazing views!! The room very comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very limited.
The staff was amazing. We had a great view. The location was perfect.
We didn’t have a phone in the room to call the staff. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The shower water didn’t get really hot.
Fabulous location and a very nice hotel
Bed was a little hard for us. Continuous repetitive music was distractive.
Absolutely brilliant!! Location is spot on and the staff is amazing, views from this hotel is breathtaking, please book this hotel you won’t be disappointed 5 stars for this place it’s a lot better then Fira which is over crowded.
Everything at this place was perfect
Great views and location. The rooms were a very good size and had all the necessities.
Staff were somewhat absent and hard to track down when you needed things. Room cleaning and maid service were hard to get a hold of and slow.
Couldn’t fault the property and staff. They were amazing and so helpful. The location was perfect for us, a lot quieter but still walking distance to the busy town of Thira. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
