The hotel location, room, pool and view were amazing.

The staff sent us off with a dishonest taxi driver who demanded a high price for a short trip then when we tried to get back he left us sitting for 1.5 hours and lied, saying that we were responsible, when he just didn't bother to show up

Beautiful hotel and view. Convenient to everything and the staff is more than helpful with great recommendations. They really helped make our trip amazing. Hotel is clean with an amazing view and pool. Breakfast was delicious and would stay there again.

We love our room, have a nice view, good location, helpful staff, and in the center of everything.

This is a perfect place to enjoy Fira and its surroundings. Breathtaking view of the caldera and Santorini's white and blue residences. It's centrally located, steps away from shops, dining, and transportation options. [By the way, we rented a car from Car Ltd . . . great car, great price, excellent service] The pool provided a welcome respite on hot days, and an incomparable view. Breakfast was made to order, served poolside every day, and was by far the best we enjoyed on our 2-week Greek holiday.Hotel management made our stay extra special, and arranged our transport to the airport very efficiently at the end of our stay. It's a bit of a hike to and from the lobby, which we found amusing once we figured it out. We definitely appreciated the porters who carried our bags for us.We loved Panorama suites and would stay again gladly.

Great location, great service, great views of the Caldera! Amazing sunrise and sunsets!

Not the properties fault but you really have to be in shape to go up and down the stairs. It’s more my fault than the property. They do have a small elevator.

This was our second time at Panorama Suites, and it was everything I remembered it to be. Incredible views, amazing staff, and we got the same room (33), right over the pool. Peter was very helpful with our luggage and transfer when we had an early 7am flight, and they even offered us sandwiches since we couldn't partake in the breakfast. My go-to hotel if we come back to Santorini, it's perfect.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The view was amazing, but the staff made it exceptional. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning by the pool with views of the caldera. The location is near everything, but an escape from the crowds on the street.

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. Bonus that they had a suite for 6 to accommodate my family comfortably.

Don’t use the lower elevator. We (5 people) were stuck on it for nearly an hour. I was seriously concerned that we were going to run out of air before they got us out. Very scary experience and the hotel basically offered nothing to make up for it other than a bottle of wine. Unacceptable.

Amazing location, beautiful view and pool. Loved having breakfast with the view, and the staff was extremely helpful!

Bed was a little hard

The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and more than we hoped for. Breakfast included was delicious, good choices and wonderful service. The maid found my earring and kept our room so tidy and comfortable. When we left, our suitcases were carried to the top which was so appreciated. All the staff were helpful. Friendly and caring.

Breakfast was a bit average, great staff but food choices were limited.

Too many Power outages occurring during my stay, it was not the hotels fault.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable. There was noise early in the morning from cleaning. It wasn’t really possible to lie in and relax.

Too many stairs and steps to the room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the porter to the poolside bar and restaurant. The view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast, with many options to choose from, and served poolside with views of the caldera.

The TV was very small and the reception was poor.

The hotel has very central location and spectacular views to the caldera. Our inbound transfer from the harbor and outbound to the airport was flawless and easy. Breakfest is high quality and stuff was very helpful.

Centralize located on the cliffs above with panoramic view of an underwater caldera (crater). During my four nights stay, I have sunset view every night of the sun touching the sea horizon with no clouds obstruction. Also, the sun was setting between two islands which provided a contract for an excellent picture. The hotel was a 7 minutes walk to Fira bus station. The hotel is located near many restaurants, stores, and a mini-market.

Just a cautionary note for the elderly folks. There are several rooms that require climbing a few level of stairs to reach the lobby from the room below.

There are lots of steps if you are staying near the pool, but the lifts help. But everything is great.

The property is in an excellent location and is very well kept. Very clean and beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The only down side is that the shower has no curtains or door and is not very wide , so the water is all over and makes the bathroom slippery and after 2 people shower the water tends to flow towards the toilet making it slippery in the whole bathroom.
