The best room location and staff from santorini

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with a beautiful view! Staff was very kind and welcoming, and breakfast was good and varied. The location was perfect for exploring Santorini, just a 7 minute walk to the Fira bus station. Highly recommend!

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

We spent a few days at this hotel in Fira and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect – in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from the main bus station, making it easy to explore the entire island.The room offered complete privacy, a stunning view, and a spacious terrace with a hot tub – such a treat! Everything was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. There’s also a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was varied, tasty, and a great way to start the day.We honestly have nothing to complain about – everything exceeded our expectations. We'd love to return one day!

It is a lovely boutique hotel. It’s away from the main shopping and restaurant area so quiet, but just a quick 5 minute walk away. Our room 6 was a cave room and was small but perfectly formed. (On reception level). We enjoyed our lovely balcony with its easterly facing. The bathroom was really nice size with double opening windows facing east. So nice …… This room was very private and nobody was looking over us. Sophia was so lovely and extremely helpful. She was a gem ….

I had a lovely stay in Anamnesis City Spa hotel! Although the hotel didn’t provide night reception service (at the time I visited), the owner Mrs. Anna waited for me until the night to welcome me and show me the room which I really appreciated! My room was very spacious, absolutely clean, modern and had a jacuzzi with a lovely sea view. The hotel has a perfect location, just 5 minutes from the center and central bus station and 10 minutes from the lovely views of Fira. I would like to thank Mrs. Sophia from the reception for her kindness and great recommendations for trips and places to see. Overall if you like small and calm hotels with friendly atmosphere, this is a place for you! I loved the breakfast too as it was never too crowded. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The WiFi had a poor signal at some places in the room but it was not a big deal.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Sophia and Elpida were most accommodating with our requests. The spa was a highlight to unwind in and relax

Location in Fira, close to everything. Clean, wonderful amenities, great hot tub in the deluxe suite. Great, friendly accommodating staff.

The emergency light above the room door, crated a lot of light in the room when trying to sleep and maybe softer pillows are needed.

Beautiful Hotel , amazing staff - Sophia & Elpida couldn’t do enough for us - so friendly and kind , gave us plenty of useful information, hotel was so clean , shower was great , facilities were great , I can’t recommend this hotel enough . Thank you

The hotel is lovely. Our room was very spacious and very comfortable. From home to home!We enjoyed using the balcony too and swimming pool. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!Most of all, it was the lovely staff. Each and every one of them that made our stay perfect! Thank you so much!They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and happy and nothing was too much for them. They went above and beyond!

No views

Right in the middle of everything. There's a bus stop that takes you everywhere over the island 5 minutes walk away and it's located 2 minutes away from the center of the island. Staff were fantastic and always there. Overall it was an incredible stay.

We checked in late and were greeted by a lovely man who was helpful. Beautiful breakfast, lovely view, very close walk into town, absolutely wonderful staff, nice pool area

Nothing not to like

The hotel staff are very welcoming and informative both about the hotel and the local area.Location is ideal for both the airport and port, especially if like us you are travelling to other islands.We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights before flying home. There is a nice swimming pool and they offer spa treatments.The breakfast was excellent, we had a sea view room which looked over the island to the sea, there was a small fridge a coffee maker and a toastee maker. The en-suite was a good size with a large shower.I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santorini.

No fault of the hotel but Fira is a very busy place as is the whole island.The hotel would benefit from its own bar as a fair walk to the nearest bar.
