New and many pools. Poolside restaurant very nice Best of all staff was very helpful.

Some rooms are small- beds not very comfortable

Resort and room is very clean. Beautiful ground and many amenities. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful

The lighting is working for the whole room, not individually so can’t turn off the living room without bedroom light being off as well. We stayed in junior suite; wish there is a divider, maybe curtain to separate the living room and bedroom. Bed is a bit small, and pillows are not that comfortable/firm.

Very clean, amazing breakfast and nice staffing.

The overall ambience was very good. Multiple pools available in the facility plus very well designed & maintained. Highly recommended. Food was very good, be it breakfast or the buffet dinner or Ala Carte menu.

There is nothing negative about the facility but I can mention one improvement area & that is a shade on the balcony would help in case of drying clothes. If it rains then it’s difficult to dry clothes.

Breakfast was more than very good, so was dinner. Food quality was superb, choices were abundant. Nice pool, clean.Room small but cozy, we had our own private terrace and small pool close by which was very convenient.

I wish that shower in the bathroom had a curtain. That is the only thing.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. I also like that there was a gym available, it’s great for people who want to stay active during their stay.

I was looking forward to the breakfast based on the photos, but in reality, there were very few options, which was a bit disappointing.

May look pretty but inside is not

Staff was horrible and when it came to buffet options there was hardly any vegetarian options and instead what they would do is put the same thing they served last night for the next night. The food was always cold and never hot.

Super clean, wonderful staff, location is perfect from being just enough out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the nice downtown areas. The views from the room I had were amazing. Sunrise and sunset both viewable. Pools everywhere and the spa was also nice for a massage. Was even treated to a lovely and surprising upgrade for a special occasion.

The breakfast could use improvement. Only reason for not a 10/10. It is tolerable but is lacking for such a nice place to not have a matching breakfast.

The property is beautiful and location is great

The toilets are too small We were a group of 4 girls and 1 tiny toilet so that was a bit of an issue

Great location, close to Fira, but not so crowded. Rooms are nice, clean well designed. As the trip was our honeymoon, we even got a room upgrade, huge thanks to the staff again! At the reception, they help you with car/ATV rental, transfer and whatever you need. Overall great experience.

Location was excellent!!! Service and grounds were lovely.

The rooms were spacious, being clean everyday. Multiple swimming pools in the hotel.

The breakfast could include different options on different days. I also advise the hotel to prevent the guests to reserve the sunbeds by the pool early in the morning (before breakfast) by leaving nothing but towels on the sunbeds. If you go to the poolside by 9am, it is unlikely to find a sunbed.

Facilities for access to pool. Very clean. Various and delicious foods and the staff was very helpful and friendly ❤️❤️❤️

Pools were lovely

People put their towels on the chairs by the pools and don’t come to use them for hours if at all. Keeps other guests from having a chair when they are using the pool. Staff should remove those towels after 3 hours of no show to be fair to all.

This is the best hotel compared to resorts at Santorini

Very easy access, good location, kind and helpful staff, big pools, good breakfast, lovely environment

The stuff was very nice. They seem working for too long, just an observation. It was clean and neat.

Each morning around five o'clock, they carry something in a trolley maybe. Understand work needa to be done but it is very noisy:-( I woke each morning and could not sleep back.Other than pool, there was nothing else. For a 4 star, I would expect more.

The location of this resort was great. It was central to get to various areas of the island in a short time. It was great to be able to walk into the main town in Fira for restaurants and shopping. The ambiance at the resort was great- the property was beautiful and well kept.

Since the water is not able to be consumed. It would be nice to have a water station to fill bottles in the lobby . It is a long walk to town to get drinking water. Also would have expected to have a coffee station in the lobby to be able to access coffee during the day. The 8 am breakfast start was a bit late, would have preferred 7am.

Clean & big rooms and the number of Pools in different locations.

The window was getting wind noise inside and the door was opening if it is not locked . And the tiles around the pool was hard to walk without sleeprs.
