The apartment is spacious, bright and very clean. The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and check in is very smooth.

Very comfortable bed, a very clean facility, nice bathroom and great location. Unfortunately we only stayed one night only for arriving. Great value as well.

The Kindest Reception Ever. I can’t thank Efrem enough. I dropped my phone and it broke, and I thought I would be stuck on the island with no way to continue my trip. But Efrem treated it like his own problem. He even went home to bring me an old phone to lend! When that didn’t work, he let me use his own phone to contact the nearest tour company, print my ferry ticket, and call my next hotels in Mykonos and Athens to arrange pickups. Because of him, I was able to continue my trip safely and return home. In today’s world, it’s hard to imagine traveling without a phone, but thanks to him I had an unforgettable “analog” experience and a warm memory to take home. The hotel is also in a perfect location; just 5 minutes from the bus stop, and good value for money. Everyone was so kind, always offering coffee and comforting words. I truly felt cared for in a foreign land.Thank you again, Efrem and all the staff, for your kindness and warm hearts! ❤️

Too many steps to go to 2nd -3rd floor

The staff was the biggest highlight. Poppi, Mohammed and Letterd were all very helpful and friendly. We got coffee every morning and the tours they arranged were terrific. Fresh towels every day. Coffee and the scheduled ride to the airport the last day was appreciated!

Our apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly located for exploring Santorini. The friendly and helpful staff made our trip even more enjoyable and effortless.

We planned to visit Santorini and the kind staff offered us an excellent tour of the island, combining historical sites to wonderful beaches. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend it.

The hotel is walking distance from the KTEL main bus station in Fira. Overall, the location and value of the stay is amazing and is walking distance to Caldera and main town area. The room is clean and the staff there are very friendly and attentive.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. What really made my experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to the owner and to Mohammed, who were both incredibly welcoming and generous. Mohammed in particular went out of his way to make sure we felt at home—he even offered us coffee for free, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and personal touch. Highly recommended!

Very basic room, super tight, no microwave, small shower.

The staff is amazing, very friendly, the room was a perfect size for the 3 of us, clean and comfortable.The location! Walking distance to Fira, shops and restaurants, 2 blocks from the main bus station, they offer transfers from airport and port, very economic and also offer a full day tour to main tourists attractions and they have the best price, I recommend this hotel to anyone.
