Location of the hotel is probably at the best spot of the island. Breakfast is incredible and rooms are really nice. The caldera view is more than awesome. Internet was working ok.

The proprietor took great pride in pleasing the customer, very friendly, very helpful, the room/studio was very clean, amazing views, and the complimentary breakfast was huge, hand delivered and delicious.

This place is beautiful and in a picture perfect location. Everything was perfect and the staff was so kind and helpful with everything. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Extremely large room (can accommodate three) on two levels with an incredible view of the sea. Fantastic and very generous breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff – they gave useful recommendations for dining and visiting, and helped recovering lost items. Great location overall for wandering around.

The room’s spa is facing a passing public alleyway – people can see you as they walk towards their hotel or other destination.

Maria(not correct spelling) and everyone treated us like family. Especially Maria(cleaning professional) visited us each morning to tidy up our room with a hello, smile and conversation. She had a very welcoming personality and my daughter was very fond of her.

The people and the view were amazing. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location was convenient, and the parking lot across the road made it easy for my family and me.

The only issue we had was with the room layout. Since there were three of us, we were given a loft setup with a bed upstairs and a small cot underneath the stairs. I'm 6'0", and I kept hitting my head on the curved wall when going up or down the steps. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the small cot, which was quite firm.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The studios were in a private zone with limited crowd passing by. The view were also great from the open courtyard. They had quite a few goodies in the room including softdrinks, some beer and some home wine! Great staff really nice and hospitable.

We were in the ground floor studios which did not have a private balcony, the balcony was on the terrace on the second floor. Common jacuzzi was right out side our room which was a little inconvenient when used by other guests!

Beautiful property with incredible views and ability to watch the sunset. The room was even better than the pictures! The cutest room which was so clean and welcoming. They had some snacks available which was nice and the breakfast was delicious! They served breakfast eight in your own patio. Staff were kind and helpful. Absolutely loved this stay and would 100% stay again.

What a view! Bed was comfy as well.

The only mark I have is that the shower is handheld. Just not something I expected or enjoyed. It did not however ruin my trip in any way whatsoever.

I can't say enough how wonderful our stay was at Smaro Studios. The views and sunsets are absolutely beautiful from various balconies. The studio apartment was very comfortable and exceptionly clean. Maria puts her heart into preparing a full daily breakfast. As for our host, Maria and Silmar, they are exceptional, making us feel very welcomed.

What a delightful place to stay! An oasis in the midst of a bustling island. The staff are exceptionally polite and always greet you with a smile. The breakfast is excellent, and the view of the caldera is simply breathtaking!

no complaints- nothing to do with the property but I wish I had taken their advice to order a transfer from the ferry port through them. we would have gotten to the studio a lot sooner

Clean, open and spacious! The sunset views were incredible and the hot tub is perfect for after the dusk settles. The bathroom is very spacious and the bed is king sized, plenty of sleeping space! It’s a short walk from Fira so you’re a bit removed from the hustle and bustle and makes your stay more calmer and more relaxing.

That I had to leave and rejoin my reality haha

Would have been great if they replenished water every day. Just be ware that the the split level room has creaking top floor and bed which may bother some people.

This property was exceptional! The staff very helpful and friendly, the room immaculate, cleaned everyday and a wonderful breakfast and the VIEW! Just spectacular!
