BEST BED EVER !!! I did not realise the hotel was connected to the bed manufacturer - honestly the best sleep ever. Great breakfast. Location is away from the main tourist areas - but it's a small Islandandeasy to get around.

The views are amazing, the place is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation! Also, we found fresh fruits in our room ☺️

Really beautiful property! Very friendly and helpful staff who waited for us when we got in late, gave us great food recommendations, and even allowed us to extend our stay a little due to a delayed arrival that was outside of our control. Great management and front desk staff!

The outside area was just a little dusty but that’s to be expected with the caldera. A little far from Oia but we enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the crowds.

Great facility. Amazing view. Super friendly staff that provide a superior service. Great breakfast buffet. Overall-loved staying there: it was super calming, surene. Give you the feeling of a true vacation mode with ultimate relaxation vibes.

The shower heads and toilet buttons definitely did their job and need to be replaced. More towels are necessary too, robes perhaps. I felt that the room could have been more equipped for that hotel level: some wine glasses, forks, plates would be nice. More blankets and pillows. Each day the used coffee mugs was washed quickly with water only, instead of being replaced, which was not cool (I still could see coffee marks :/ ).

Very comfortable place to stay. We’ve got an extremely beautiful room with the view of landscapes and generally the pool area is fascinating because of the view. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very nice! Thank you! We enjoyed

Staff, location, and view! Amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very polite, professional and went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable stay. Thank you Dimitri, Pano, Elli and the rest of the team! Very good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Location is breathtaking. Great views, very quiet and one of the best spots to watch the sunset and enjoy your drink. It is also a short drive to many nice beaches in the southern part of Santorini.

Rooms were average (which is the reason we didn't rate our stay higher than 8). The bed was very comfortable but the rooms were rather small, with limited space. There were several little things that could definitely be improved as we had higher expectations from the Cocomat brand. For example, door knobs, shower & faucet handles, window frames and some furniture were worn out, which makes the room & bathroom look tired.

Away from the extreme tourism of Santorini Thira and therefore serene - a great place for relaxation. Good food, good service and fantastic views

The rooms were a little small but well laid out. The property was located well away which made for the relaxed atmosphere but it was expensive to come and go and to visit the town

Staff were so kind and friendly. The food was amazing and the view was spectacular. The private hot tub on our balcony was amazing.

The fitness equipment is not great. It needs a pull up bar to call that a calisthenics gym.

Privacy, view, staff, breakfast, room, facilities

Staff was amazing. We had small health problem and we had to go to hospital. All members of the staff team was so helpful. The GM of the hotel (Maria if I am not wrong) called us and gave us the personal number in case we need help. Dimitris (both 2) and Vasilis made us feel like at home. The rooms are nice , heated pool at the room is amazing idea especially at the evening.

Exceptional staff, exceptional location, superb food. Members of the hotel staff run any extra mile for making your stay as pleasant as possible. From breakfast to the last minute in the evening. They try to support you in any case even with a minor issue. As a result, hotel staff takes your overall experience to another level. Location is nicely isolated and the view from the location is picturesque. If a guest intends to visit Oia, Fira or other locations, a rental car is a must for Akrotiri.

Just a few cons to list as constructive feedback, such that these can be improved and make it an overall exceptional experience: Some room hardware (hair dryer, bathroom door handle, toilet flush buttons) can be better maintained. Perhaps due to being in the nature and being located at a windy spot, although cleaned daily, hot tub gets immense amount of dead bugs/flies. Whatever the solution may be, overcoming this "too many dead bugs/flies in the hot tub even after daily cleaning" problem would boost the overall experience.It is important to note that, it is not because the cleaning is done carelessly. On the contrary, after the daily hot tub cleaning, it becomes perfectly clean. However, due to natural reasons, as a guest, it is impossible to maintain that clean state beyond couple of hours.

I had a weird smell in my bathroom and it started bugging me after a while. The room I stayed at the phone was placed next to the bed, which was upstairs - a bit annoying but ok. TV (which was needed due to bad weather) could be upgraded as well as channelselection (again, just because of the bad weather). The beachtowels weren't brought to the room, so you had to swing by the reception on your way to the pool. There were no windowshutters or none that closed properly and I didn't get as good of a rest as I had hoped for due to the early sunlight.

The view was great. The room was big I like the location. The staff we’re very professional and nice very good people everyone was very helpful full of knowledge about the local area.

I stayed in room C3 it smell like mold it was so overpowering we had to sleep with the door open all night to try to get fresh air. The strong smell of mold was so bad we tried to stay out of the room all day and only came back to sleep since we already prepaid the room. I told the staff the room smells and they told me they don’t have mold and it was from the weather. But if anyone has been around mold or knows the smell then you know what I mean. The staff wasn’t rude when I told them but they tried to tell me they don’t have mold. Which is ok if you say you don’t have mold but you do have a strong mold smell. I wonder what could cause such a mold smell.
