The honest housekeeper found my daughter's jewelry and the front desk was able to send it in a taxi to us at the ferry port. The honesty, the resourcefulness, and overall care was extraordinary.

The location was amazing! It was very close to the centre of Fira (a quick 5 minute walk).

Lots of stairs but the staff assisted with luggage.

The view from our balcony was brilliant - right over the Caldera and the sunsets were spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. We were particularly happy that our family were in rooms surrounding ours. Lovely peaceful location a short walk (uphill!!) to great restaurants and bars. Reception was very good at helping us meet up with our tours and organising cars to other parts of the island (at no additional cost and at rates competitive with the going rate)

The stairs would not be to everyone's liking - they are steep and there are a lot of them.

The room upstairs was not very convenient , with steep stairs and low ceilings, but besides that it was a very nice room with amazing view to caldera (volcano) from the balcony. Quite place , loved our stay there .

The view is amazing but a lot of ups and downs that are not clearly explained in the ads.

Rooms were very comfortable and patio great. “Hot tub” was tepid… warmer than the pool… but after a twenty mile bike ride was looking forward to a hot tub.

This hotel is all about the view - the rest is very average.

Hotel feels unloved. Breakfast was poor. Staff polite but not particularly welcoming. Location not suitable if mobility issues.

Beautiful cliff side hotel with stunning views. Loved sitting on our private patio watching the cruise ships come in and out. Comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was outstanding.

Wonderful view, great access to amnesties, nice pool area, clean, nice staff.

It’s in a great location. The hot tub was well sized and nice. Plus the room had a great view.

They need to inform their guests about the many flights of stairs that a guest will need to make to reach their room. I can’t even imagine what someone with a disability would have to do. The price is very high, but that’s Fira. Also the bed is very European (it’s a hard mattress).

Lots of steps. Original room was near top however a few issues with the room we were moved to a room much lower. Still has same facilities in room and same view but was a journey each time to get to the top to exit the property.

The location is great with valcano view. Sunset view near by the hotel is amasing. We can walk through the route seeing different hotels , restaurants along the hillside. All surroundings amase us.The staffs welcome us with smile & good service. They are ready to assist us when request for anything. We really appreciate them. GOOD JOB.Just one comment, they should provide us drinking water for complimentary. We have to buy drinking water everyday. Anyway, we might not understand the culture of Santorini as it is island .. water may be precious thing. However, you can include drinking water cost in the hotel room rate. This will let customers feel better.Thank you.

We travelled with our aunt, who unfortunately broke her ankle just before we arrived. There are lots of steps to the property, but the views are sensational. A lovely man met us at the top of the hill & carried our luggage. Anastasia, in reception from the moment we arrived, was an absolute godsend. She could not do enough for us. I travel a lot but I have never experienced such warm & helpful staff. She advised where we could bring my aunt to the beautiful village of Kamari, where my aunt could enjoy some shopping as the ground is level. She recommended restaurants & we got to bring her to the beach. Our room, wow the view. I've never seen anything like it. The room was beautiful, clean, and bright, and the beds were so comfortable. The shower was incredible with a small window view that was breathtaking.Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from, and again, the view was just spectacular. The location is absolutely perfect. You are literally beside everything. I can not recommend this accommodation enough. I travel regularly, but I've never experienced anything like the treatment we received here. It was a 5 star experienced. Again, a special thanks to the beautiful Anastasia for her help & kindness. We will definitely be returning

Tzekos is ideally located in Fira. You are walking distance of the breathtaking strolls along the coastline. The property itself has stunning views and remarkable sunsets that rival Oia.

It is a place prepared for the summer and as such, it is rustic but which mimic the location.

the staff was super nice and accommodating, the Hotel is a little far from the Main Street and they come and help you when you arrive and when you leave. I thought that was Amazing

Lovely views from the hotel and room. Great location. There were a number of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing to dislike.Only suggestion would be to give one bottle of water complementary for guests when they arrive! It was hot when we checked in and there was no option but to buy water from the hotel which was 4 times the actual cost.

Spacious room with an amazing view of Calderra from the balcony of the room. Witnessed the famous sunset from the comfort of the room. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
