I love the fact that the workers ,receptionist were very polite ,helpful ,supportive and welcoming. Andrea was so so kind to us. Love everything about the hotel so clean and organised. Beautiful in fact very beautiful ?

I didn’t love the fact that the suction (air suction pump) in the bathroom was so loud seems as if the filters were blocked ? resulting to too much noise when turned on.

The staff was absolutely amazing – both receptionists were incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely happy to see us. The property itself was spotless and always smelled fresh, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. Since we arrived late in the evening, our keys were left at reception with a kind message guiding us to our room – a thoughtful touch that showed great flexibility with our arrival time.The pool area was another highlight. It was never overcrowded, and there were always enough tanning beds available, which was a pleasant surprise. Both the pool and the surrounding rest area were kept very clean, making it a relaxing place to spend time. The location is also the best, it’s literally a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira.

The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast. While we did find most things we like, we missed having vegetables and fruits, and the selection was the same every morning. Just a small idea as well – it would be nice to have a mini fridge at the reception with a few drinks available for purchase.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely ideal—close to everything yet still peaceful. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Andrew is very kind and made our stay very good. He is very polite and patient.

We were surprised by many things, from the location to the hotel's environment. It is very close to the main bus station and shops, very clean and comfortable, and they have the friendliest staff I have seen; with their help, we were able to explore the whole island in a few days.

The toilet has an issue, when you are having a shower, the water does not go to the drain the way it was supposed to, so the toilet becomes wet. I imagine is not something easy to fix, otherwise they would have done... But for us this was very small, we would pick there again and again.

Ideal location a few blocks from all restaurants, bars, and the bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy rooms.

The pool was dirty, which was a shame cause the prospect of relaxing there had made me book this option.

The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is lovely (albeit chilly) and the seating around and over the pool is awesome when you just want to laze in the sun.

Small room. After island hopping 8 other islands, this was the first hotel that did not provide a one time complementary welcome water.

The location was wonderful, the rooms and everything was spotless. The staff especially Cindy were fabulous and helpful. It was a good deal. And the pool (although cold when you got in first) was spotless also. Highly recommend

Perfect location on a quiet street just a short walk away from central Fira.Staff very friendly and welcoming, and could not have been more helpful.We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing but extra credit to the two receptionists; they honestly made the hotel the best experience. They informed us of everything we could do, checked we were happy everytime we came in and helped us everytime we needed information. They both deserve a payrise !

Only thing I could think is the room we booked was quite small but totally got our moneys worth!!

The location is superb, the staff is warm and accommodating, and the amenities are quite commendable.

The bathroom layout is not ideal, leading to poor drainage and water accumulation in the bathroom area.

Everything.it was a perfect place to stay.affordable and very good value for money and located at a prime location

We love the staff. Sindy is a lovely person who makes us feel like a home. She answered all our questions, and she was always there with a lovely smile.

The room was very dark, not really day light.

the pool is clean and beautiful, comfortable new rooms, cleaning every day, there are balconies ,charming staff ready to help with everything, convenient location of the hotel on a quiet street, but very close to the center

We arrived very late at night and staff had arranged for our arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Our room was on the lower floor so no great views. Close to everything meanwhile quiet.

Typically hotels provide complimentary coffee, tea and water bottles. This was not provided.

Rooms were very clean and the shower (when it works) was amazing! It’s also nice to have a pool in a hotel. Nice little front area to relax and have a beer in the evening. Close walking distance (5mins) to the bus station (however it’s a hilly walk). Breakfast was ok.

We had a group booking and one of the rooms’ shower didn’t drain properly. When my friends informed the receptionist, the hotel engineer (who was also the owner of the hotel) mistakenly checked the sink instead. When my friends went back to the reception to say the shower was still not fixed, they finally fixed the correct drain (communication issue - these things can happen so it’s fine). However, when I approached the receptionist at checkout to enquire about a slight refund for this drainage issue, she looked at me like I had taken away her Christmas and wondered why I would ask such a thing. Staff clearly need training on how to handle complaints instead of getting so defensive over everything. Finally the pool is freezing and there are about 6 beds in total. We could leave our bags in the hotel during checkout, but no shower is available if you want to explore during that day. Our room was also BESIDE reception so we were woken by people coming and going.

type of room - small, lack of facilities in room. no coffee/ tea, had to ask for toilet paper as not replenished and no glasses in room. all this together with not enough towel hooks bar in toilet made for an uncomfortable stay. pool area and facade of hotel look great however our room did not meet our expectations
