It was absolutely beautiful!! Amazing views, delicious breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Could not be more pleased. We did not want to leave!

107 stairs down to our room. We were able to do it but you might want to let people know in case they aren't able to manage them. Also, the bed being up on a platform was slightly tricky in the dark.

The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure you were happy and to assist with whatever you needed. The views were incredible. Breakfast was delicious and had such a wide variety of options, exceeded expectations.

I would have liked to have chairs that we could lay out on the balcony. It would have been great to have a service like transfer from the hotel to the airport or the port included in the price.

The Room was nice and big with a lot of room. The view for the sunsets were incredible. The people were nice. The electrical was great for plugs and lighting.

No garbage near the bathroom sink and the counter space was limited near the bathroom sink.

We stayed at Kasimatis by La Perla in Imerovigli for two nights in September, and it was an absolutely amazing experience.The things that I loved most- 1. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and memorable. They coordinated our atv rentals, they coordinated our transport from the ferry and to the airport. They even packed us to go breakfast boxes when our shuttle to the airport was really early in the morning. 2. The views from our room were stunning, the jacuzzi pool on the porch is a must. 3. I loved their location. Not in the congested areas of the island, but directly along the path that leads from Fira to Oia, making it easy to explore while still feeling quaint when at the hotel. 4. Breakfast delivered to your room is amazing! You have a lot of options on what you would like, that you pick the day ahead.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. Planning to go back at some point!

Gorgeous views

-Too many steps to get to room. Unnecessary steps inside the room as well.-Booked a honeymoon suite and paid a premium but there was nothing special about the room or to celebrate the moment (note, flowers, chocolates, wine, prosecco, balloons etc)-sterile vibes

Had a fantastic time here. Loved the clean room, pool, bar (and happy hour), daily breakfast, and seeing the sunset from the jacuzzi every night. Super helpful and accommodating staff helped arrange transportation from the port upon our arrival and to the airport after we checked out. Definitely worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was our best stay during our time in Greece. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The hot tub just outside our room was incredibly enjoyable.The staff were friendly and worked hard to keep the facilities clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served à la carte and delivered to each room, which we really appreciated.The hotel’s location in the middle of Santorini is very convenient for visiting both Oia and Fira. The most beautiful trail to Oia starts right at the hotel’s doorstep. The onsite restaurant was also one of the best in town.I will definitely return!

On our checkout day, a staff member informed us that our taxi was coming to pick us up, but we ended up waiting in the sun for over half an hour without seeing our taxi. For such a highly rated hotel, this was disappointing. However, the manager handled the situation very well and resolved the problem promptly.

Stunning view to the caldera. Very nice and attentive staff, mainly Salome taking a lot of time to explain in detail everything. Nice and clean rooms. The restaurant was excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was very tasty and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially Leonidas and Salome, who made us feel right at home. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

Nothing everything was perfect we really enjoyed our stay and the great hospitality.

The staff was very attentive, friendly, welcoming, everyone kept a smile, and the views were stunning.

Incredible views, amazing breakfast and lovely staff

We unfortunately only had the pleasure of staying one night ar this lovely hotel but was very impressed in all aspects. Clean with the most amazing views and a breakfast that had a wide variety of fruits, bread, cakes, eggs etc. The staff was very kind and helped carry our bags and my husband loved the jacuzzi and the ease of ordering cocktails to our room while enjoying it. Food at the restaurant was also good while enjoying some more amazing views. I can highly recommend this lovely hotel!!

Excellent location, fantastic view,staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast lovely and plentiful delivered daily to your door at exact time requested.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The property is accessible to the shops and restaurants . It's clean and a nice view.The staff are helpful and friendly specially Nikos (the receptionist) .Wifi connection is fast no issue at all. highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kasimatis by La Perla. Beautifully located with a caldera & sunset view without the chaos of Oia. The staff, especially Salome, were so helpful with recommendations. All of the staff including housekeeping were just so lovely. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.
