We didn't stay but based on our checking in experience, we would never consider his place in thfutur

We decided not to stay there because the room that was assigned to us smelled a lot loke sewage. Hotel staff refused to accommodate us in a different room and denied a refund.

Simply exceptional, the private jacuzzi and terrace were perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset, and enjoying the beauty of Santorini in complete privacy. Our suite was elegant, spacious, and spotless, with great attention to detail. Breakfast served in the room was delicious and beautifully presented, and the cocktails and food on-site were fantastic.

The view of the caldera was amazing. The rooms were well kept and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The walking distance from Fira was exactly what we were hoping for, as this area was not nearly as busy with tourists. The staff helps you carry your bags down the steps, which was essential, even with light suitcases.

The steps to get to the property were a downside, but you will have to experience this almost anywhere you stay in Santorini. Also, the hot tub was comfortable, but could be a little warmer (especially for November).

Amazing place !

Unlike the other suits , these suits offer privacy and the best location to watch the sunset and all Caldera! Highly recommended.

Hot tub wasn’t hot; staff seemed tired, a little unfriendly

Their cave room very specious and view is amazing

The first were they assigned us was a small room and they were saying that I booked room with the deal. But outside light was not working. But the manager and other staff were really goods they changed our room next morning.

The mattress was too soft and the proximity to room neighbors for our room.

We really loved the view and our room was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming!We had to wake up early one morning and they made an exception to prepare our breakfast before the normal schedule (it was delicious too)… our stay was amazing.

The view was spectacular and the breakfast excellent.

The facilities could be a little hit and miss. Needed to request tea mug, kettle, glasses .A little warning about the walk down and up would have been good.

The location and sunset view were incredible in the honeymoon suite.

We loved the room itself. Very unique experience staying in a cave hotel. The staff was amazing. They catered to whatever we needed and even offered to carry our luggage up the hills and stairs. They offered information on transportation, sights, and restaurants without us asking. The breakfast was included for us and it was great. They also gave us a welcome snack and wine. The views from our room was stunning. The sunset was comparable to the sunset in oia. We were very happy to spend our honeymoon at Cocoon. Thank you!

The location and service were the highlights. Imerovigli is highly recommended to stay when visiting Santorini, great views and lots of nice restaurants. The service at Cocoon was extraordinary, Nicky and Gianis, both recommended great places to visit and restaurants. They helped with all the bookings, amazing, very professionals and friendly!

Nothing really, the stairs but that’s Santorini ?

The most amazing place I have ever stayed at. The view is incredible and our hot tub was right on the edge of the cliff for insane views. Staff were amazing and the breakfast so good! I couldn’t recommend this place more. 100/10

Absolutely amazing experience at Cocoon Suites in Santorini! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, making our honeymoon truly special. They even surprised us with wine and cheese, adding a romantic touch to our stay. The flexibility with check-in and check-out times was very convenient, and breakfast was served right to our room, enhancing our relaxing experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini. Five stars all the way!

The communication has been top-notch—Maria, Niki, and Dennis are absolutely wonderful! We’re in love with our room, and Cocoon serves the best croissant we’ve had. I genuinely look forward to breakfast on our patio each morning, taking in that breathtaking caldera view.

Everything is great!

An accommodation with a picture-perfect view, beyond my expectations. The property is very nice, it was clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything.

The breakfast was very basic; you could definitely make some improvements.
