A little far from the main sites. Also, everything is really expensive. Finally, the cleaning staff took my half full bottle of wine from my room after I paid a lot of money for it.

The location is sensational, with an amazing view of the sea and mountains (if you have a room facing that way). The hotel is also conveniently located just outside a small town, so it's tranquil but you can get to other restaurants and activities within a 5min walk.Our room was nice and spacious, with a private pool overlooking the bay.The hotel in itself looks nice and modern with attentive staff.

The overall issue is value. For a high day-rate, our room was not properly noise-insulated, which affected our rest, and the breakfast, especially the bread and pastries, could be better. Lunch, drinks and dinner, though of reasonable quality, were not great value, especially considering some of the fantastic options within a 10min walk from the hotel. Same with service; we encountered an issue with a booked excursion, and the resolution could have been handled better. Overall, the experience was very good but could be enhanced to better align with the rates charged.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The views were absolutely breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop that elevated every moment. The culinary experience was phenomenal. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable staff. Their warmth and friendliness made me feel genuinely welcomed, and their attentiveness was unparalleled.A standout figure was the hotel manager, Giannis, whose presence was a constant source of reassurance. Giannis was always around the property, ready to assist with anything and everything, ensuring that every guest’s needs were met with utmost care and efficiency. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience to savor. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable and truly remarkable stay.

The room was amazing

The pool area and the smell of the surrounding area! Also fitness center is poor compare to the rest of the quality of the hotel

The view, breakfast and service! It was my husbands 30th and the team filled the room with birthday balloons!

They have redone the pools in the rooms and the edges are now rough to touch whereas before they were smooth. The waterfall pool wasn’t clean, a lot of dead bugs so we didn’t use that which was a shame.

We never had our Transportation from arrival from the Port to the Hotel unfortunately even after sending the request by email.

The room, on first impressions the room seemed impressive, however these gave way to how poorly thought through the layout worked for guests. The lack of a useful vanity station, mirrors and bins was irritating. The only sink in the room was a small 500mm vanity sink right next to the toilet with no space to put anything and no hand towel. The room layout meant you entered right next to a steep staircase which seemed somewhat dangerous. The restaurant food was over-priced and below average. Additionally, we felt like we were constantly being upsold.

We loved the views, the breakfast, the location and the service provided by the staff.

3 things which would not bring me back to an Andronis hotel.1) Our bathroom was smelly and the smell came into our room. When we pay more than 1,000 euros for a room, we expect the room to have no smell. We would rather have a smaller room without a view than having a room which smells. Unacceptable.2) We were told by the reception staff (the day before our ferry ride) that there is a lounge at the port we can use while we wait for the ferry. The day we were checking out, they insisted there was no lounge and we found it very strange. Then we asked the driver to take us to the lounge and he took us there. Once again, unacceptable behavior from a hotel which is supposed to be for premium clients and our staff is lying to your customers. 3) We were asked if we wanted to book a ride to the ferry dock. We said we were going to use an outside company since it was cheaper. They asked how much we were paying and we said 40 euros. They told us the hotel can give you the same rate and we accepted and cancelled our other reservation. The night before check out, we were reconfirming our hotel car and the staff said it was booked at 60 euros. We explained to here that we were offered 40 euros and therefore we booked with the hotel. She said OK, we will change it. When I got the bill at check out, it was still 60 euros. Once again, this kind of detail is important if you want to cater to high end clients. It's not about the money, it's about the principal and getting the small things right.We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the hotel and staff were great, the location and views were stunning. Until you cannot address and solve the above 3 issues consistently for your customers, you will have a hard time retaining high end clients.

Peaceful location, amazing view from the restaurant, especially at sunset. The very nice, respectful, kind and helpful staff, all from the cleaning people, drivers, reception, bartenders, chefs deserve 5 stars.

Simple and old room. Intentionally don't show pictures of the cameras on the website because it is disappointing compared to the rest of the location. Everything in the room, the terrace and the pool needs renovation. My vacation in Santorini was overshadowed by the stay at this location. Excessively high price, for a minimum of comfort.

Everything exceptional. Staff, Facilities, location, massage and spa options, food.

There is a hiking path in front of the hotel and rooms but that didn't bother us. In the morning there is some traffic there from hikers.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. Wonderful view and most unbelievable sunsets. Gorgeous restaurant. Walking path to Fira or Ia. Nice spa. Infinity pool on 2nd floor of our “Cosmos” room was the greatest of all. The most beautiful view? Not far from airport

The gym could be better. It needs to be updated. Treadmill makes a lot of noise and it’s bothersome to others.

It was great, quiet location between Fira and Oia. The caldera views from the room was beautiful. The private pool was great and it was also heated. The room was two floors and very clean and spacious. The hotel offered a car service that was able to take us to restaurants which was helpful given cabs on the island are hard to come by. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was at the hotel. The spa at the hotel was also incredibly relaxing. Overall we loved our stay and would would definitely return again.

The rooms are very spacious. The view is incredible. The warmed up private pool is absolutely awesome. The breakfast was very good as is the spa. In general, the service level is very high and the little gifts they give each day really put a smile on our face

I didn't like how I felt like a cash cow. It felt like the staff, which were very pleasant and accommodating were also elegantly trying to squeeze out whatever additions to my bill they could. For example, they asked for twice the fee of a taxi to book the taxi through the hotel - twice the fee. There were also additional charges on the bill that we never made. These were removed from our bill upon request. However, I also saw another bill where the same error occurred. Considering how everything else was amazing this really put a sour note on our vacation and was a real shame.

excellent views of the caldera, 10 min walk to Imerovigli, all staff are super friendly and helpful - service with a smile is so important and they all carry this out with ease. good gym and treatment facilities. would highly recommend.

Andronis Concept Wellness is one hotel in a handful scattered through Greece.The hotel grounds are very I keeping with the Greek Cycladic esthetic and this particular resort is committed to environmental sustainability. It is situated just outside of the village Imerovigli but easily accessible from any one of the other major villages as well (Oia and Fira). We a transfer pick up from airport and it was in time and professional in a stylish white Tesla! I also communicated with the staff through my booking website several times prior to or visits and they were also prompt and informative in their responses.We booked the Cozy Suite and the room was super cute with all needed amenities. It also has a killer view of the caldera. The pool is heated so no worries for those chilly moments. Bed was comfy, it is found so if you are unusually tall your feet may hang off a bit. Wonderful view from laying in the bed also!The staff at Andronis Concept were all SUPER friendly and accommodating. They have aWhatsApp set up so that you can communicate with the reception staff at any point at any time from anywhere in the island. They are Turk at your disposal and helped us with EVERYTHING from arrow ing taxis, reserving tours, and even helping us set up ATV rentals which can conveniently be transacted right in the resort reception area!We ate breakfast every morning at the feature t which in and of itself has killer views. The staff was extremely friendly in the restaurant as well.We did not use the pool or spa facilities during our stay but we did see them during our check in tour and truly look fabulous.All in all, Andronis concept is definitely a so option here in Santorini.
