Loved the location away from the busy villages yet near enough to get to the main attractions. The view of the Caldera was possibly the best in the island and sunset from the terrace to our room was queue-worthy

Fantastic service, with amazing humans running the place - starting all the way from the front desk to the people by the pool and helping with room service. The team makes an effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast in the room is a wonderful idea, and a fantastic addition to the visit.The place is well located to both observe the sunrise and the beautiful Santorini sunset all from the comfort of the resort without too much effort. It is also located slightly farther away from all the crowded places, making it a quite haven and a true slice of paradise.

Given the location, connectivity to the other parts of Santorini are either quite expensive or hard to come by, depending on the season. A better idea would be to either hire a vehicle or talk to the front desk about getting a cab ahead of time.

It was perfectly located walking distance from Fira and Oia ( a slightly longer walk ) - amazing hotel, restaurant is awesome and breakfast is really good!

The AC had to only come on when you enter back to the room, however when I spoke to reception they quickly sorted it out and gave me a spare key.Overall such an amazing place we will be going back!

The sound of the music ، laud music even in the morning. (Need relaxing at the morning, and in the evening the sunset can see it completely from the hotel ,and it's amazing view always with the laud music .

We’ve stayed at West East Suites for 2 nights. That was great experience. We’ve loved location, just 10-15 minutes of walking to reach famous “white villages” of Santorini, stayed in quiet. Beautiful suites. Perfect service. Delicious food. Nice and helpful staff.

Very expensive for the value offered. The private pool with the view is amazing but room is too small for the price they ask. And privacy sometimes depends too much on the quality of the neighboors

It wasn’t 100% private as people would walk pass and see you sat in the pool.

Great location away from main cruise ship port with beautiful views and decent walk ability. If you don’t like crazy crowds stay here and Not in the main port. They get 7-10 cruise ships per day in that area and it’s a ZOO.

The entire staff made themselves available for all of our wishes and needs. Without fail always asked if there is anything else. Manny the assistant manager addressed promptly any concerns. Chris the head waiter at the Fly Away Restaurant made himself available beyond his duties as our waiter in this 5 star restaurant.

Many of the rooms were not handicap accessible due to the location. I suspect many of hotels on this island are not equipped with elevators. The price you pay for the spectacular views both sunrise and sunset

We came here on our honeymoon and loved it! The staff was incredibly warm and helpful and the hotel and pool were beautiful. breakfast every morning served to your room is a nice perk as well. highly recommended!

Modern and comfortable room, nice balkony with private pool. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The staff was amazing and highly professional, always gentle and helpful. Our daily Highlight was definitely the breakfast which was served at the room and left no space for complaints. The Restaurant was great, we booked a dinner in the evening and it was a highly enjoyable experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, specially at the reception and pool area.We had our stay at the executive suite it was nice pool and lake view and the breakfast was amazing.To me everything thing was amazing and sure I'll take this vacation with the same hotel from time to time

Breakfast is the unbelievable best! We enjoyed eating it for 4 days!! The staffs were so friendly and helpful!!!! We love them!! The location is the perfect place to stay! We glad that we picked that hotel over Oia or Fira! It's pretty quiet and less crowded!

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the fresh lemonade on arrival to the parting gift. The infinity pool view from the terrace is unreal and the food and drinks were delicious.

The pool was a little colder than I would have liked but other than that, everything was exquisite.
