The view shown on the sight is very misleading. All rooms facing the ocean are actually overlooking a dirty parking lot and construction site with constant drilling.

Great place to stay on Santorini. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room had a great view of non-caldera side of the island. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located. There are a few good restaurants nearby. The walk from the hotel to Fira and a longer hike to Oia are great.

Nothing you could fault at all

I had the incredible opportunity to stay in a suite that was nothing short of amazing, complete with a private pool and an incredible view of the sea. Every morning, I woke up to this stunning panorama—truly a slice of heaven!However, what made my stay truly exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, Dimitris and Konstantina greeted me with warm smiles and remarkable attention. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home and catered to all my needs.The room service, led by Lucas, was simply outstanding. He knew my preferences and brought me delicious breakfasts every morning. What a joy to start my day this way!I can’t overlook the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, thanks to Maya and Margo (Margarita), who did an extraordinary job while being incredibly kind. Their attention to detail and warmth truly made a difference.Lastly, a huge thank you to Chrysa, the Operations and Concierge Manager, for her flawless management and professionalism. She made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unparalleled experience. I will undoubtedly return!

Not on the best side of Imerovigli, the view is nice and overlooking the sea but not on the « sunset side »

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Loads of breakfast options. Location was good, shops near and loads of restaurants near.

The room, the breakfast, the pool, the staff were all amazing.

Beware the sea view is for sunrise, not sunset. Despite its excellent location in Imerovigli, rooms face the east, not the western Caldera.

Facilities were immaculate, the bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, the breakfast served daily on our patio was wonderful. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine and fruit was such a nice touch. The staff, especially Elena & Dimitris, were so very kind and extremely helpful. Chrysa was very responsive and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area and just a short walk to many restaurants, shops and the bus stop. We highly recommend NERO Light-Filled Suites!

Needs a full length mirror in the room. Also, the walls separating the patios are low -- maybe add some hanging plants to increase privacy.

New, modern, clean. Loved our room and view! Liked how you can increase the water temperature of pool! Great towels size, fluffy! Liked daily water refill for our consumption.Welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Loved Elena wonderful! Chrysa concierge via What’s Ap great!!They help retrieve Chet’s designer sunglasses from a restaurant and ship to our friends in Nafplio. We received them thank you !!

The property advertised as non-smoking but then the guests on the left of us facing the water all days smoked on the patio. Goes right into our room - can’t keep windows open for breeze or enjoy the pool deck when they smoke. Please make all facilities nonsmoking and have smokers step off the front porch of the hotel to smoke. The privacy of each patio - too late now on design but guests on both sides look right into our deck and windows. If the walls were 2feet higher each room would have more privacy. Perhaps raise the patio roof and hang plants between to block out.

I recently stayed at Nēro Light filled Suites and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to assist, offering us free water daily and providing towels for the pool without even asking.The breakfast (served daily in our suite)and food were absolutely delicious, and they were so helpful in making reservations for us at local restaurants.The suites were spacious and luxurious, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful retreat. The swimming pool was a highlight—it offered a calm and private oasis to relax.This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, making it a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, great service, and tranquility.

The property was amazing! We had a beautiful sea view, a romantic terrace with a private pool and a clean spacious room. The staff was wonderful and they helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. We can’t wait to go back for another romantic getaway ?

From the moment we walked into the front gate you could smell the freshness and cleanliness of the hotel, the reception check in was effortless and the butler service was top draw, thank you Lucas and the breakfast selection to your room each morning was fantastic and there's lots of it.

The only one minor comment would be to look at getting full length mirrors for the shorter ladies but its a minor comment

The town itself is picturesque, perfect for photography enthusiasts. Nearby, we visited Church Mother of Lord Theoskepasti, the most beautiful blue dome church we've seen on the islands, also an excellent spot to watch the sunset.Service:The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary white wine in an iced basket. They also offer valuable suggestions for sightseeing and dining.

The in room dinner is good but the three restaurants just near restaurant are better.

Perfect quiet spot with absolute privacy! Private pool at the terrace with sea view and morning sun. No people passing by, no street - but still close to nice restaurants in Imerovigli. Very friendly and motivated receptionists who make your wishes come true ☺️ Excellent breakfast, also gluten-free, which can be served to your terrace.
