Stelios Place

This hotel was run by a great family and dog, who were so friendly and hospitable. The location was great- just one block from the beach, and had a beautiful pool. The breakfast was delicious and our host was very helpful arranging a tour for us.Loved it!

It was difficult getting our rental van and our tour van into their driveway, but not sure what they would be able to do about that.

What we liked most about the property was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, who are a lovely family, were incredible and made us feel truly at home. The room and the balcony were wonderful.

Definitely a great location, free parking, nice pool, spacious and clean room, family owned.

They do’t have breakfast which would be a plus to get the max stars

Property looks and feels very new, very cute, peacefull, a really nice, clean and quiet place to relax. We absolutely loved it.

Had an amazing 3 night stay here recently. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, everything was cleaned to a high standard and the family who run this place are wonderful, so helpful and warm with regular communication. It was a quiet, comfortable location within minutes walk to everything you could need. As a solo traveller I felt very safe, comfortable and well looked after. Would highly recommend. I had a late flight on the day I checked out but was able to use the facilities (including luggage storage, showers, pool) and they provided me with towels to use, and took care of my airport transfer.

This hotel is a very well maintained and clean family run business. It is in a great location, close to the beach and has plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

The staff were so friendly! Always smiling and just a wonderful place to stay. A really short walk to the beach and then an even smaller walk to the bus stop to get to fira. Plenty of restaurants near by. Thanks very much

Everything. Staff terrific, pool cool & clean, room clean, facilities excellent. Lockers available and common kitchen. Location was great,- 5 mins walk to transport, 5 mins walk to beach.

Fantastic place. Katerina and her family were amazing. Great communication before we arrived. Sorted out airport transfers. Really welcoming, including a cold bottle of water. Lots of local knowledge and help with bus times. Lovely room. Great view of pool and church. Cleaned daily. Coffee and tea. Full size fridge in room. Air con. Beach/pool towels provided . Pool was also really clean and welcoming. Location of Stelios place is perfect. Near beach, bakery, restaurants and bars. Good luggage area and showers as we were flying late and taxi ordered back to the airport Perissa is beautiful. Stelios place is A gem of a place with a goodbye gift too. It was cleaned everyday! And all the public facilities are wonderfully kept! Most of all, the family is just so friendly and accommodating!

Wifi can do better. I cannot really use it in my room unless you stay closer to the pool or reception.

Incredible place in Santorini, really calm but next to a beautiful beach and a lot of good restaurants. A bus station for Fira is also near the place. Katerina is really helpful and can arrange transfers and book cruises for you. Thank you again and all the best !

Great decor, relaxed vibe and exceptionally clean

Everything. The pool area was spectacular. The luggage storage, communal kitchen and shower areas all came in very useful. The rooms were superbly clean and exactly as described / photographed. We loved having a proper fridge too. The service was exceptional; they are such a wonderful generous family and excellent hosts. The walkability also deserves a mention (2 minutes from the bus stop, 2 minutes from the beach with all the local restaurants, bars, shops and cafes). It really was spectacular value for money and the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The only thing that could have been better was the view from our balcony. But I believe we only paid for a basic double room hence the less appealing view.

This property was really close to Perissa beach! I'm talking maybe a 2 minute walk! The pool was nice and clean, and had lots of seating. The staff was SO helpful! I am so glad we stayed here!

We liked everything.

The location, cleanliness, but most of all the hospitality. Katrina and her lovely family are amazing people. My daughter and I stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our time here greatly Katerina is so helpful with everything from port transfers to excursions and recommended places to see. The location is great and easy to access by local bus. Katerina checks to make sure you are enjoying your stay and are happy throughout the entire time. The gift provided at the end of your stay is so thoughtful. I recommend this place 100%. You will not regret it. If you are lucky, little Stelios will gift you a wonderful drawing!
