    • Value was tremendous. room was adequate nicer than we expected. fridge. window, can;t beat it
    • The beds very comfortable.

    Cons -

    • Bed sheets looked old and with stains. I would renovate them immediately.
    • The access to the room and inside the room was difficult and uncomfortable. Decoration poor and old. It is not Greek style. Bathroom small and poor design.
    • Shower space very small, can’t hardly turn around other than that the room has everything you need

Basic hotel, clean room, comfy beds.Had a Quadruple Room, 2 beds were up a steep ladder, having just a small outside window. The air conditioner cooled the room nicely.Breakfast is very basic (eggs, yogurt, bread with jam, apples and oranges)Host was very kind and prepared breakfast for us at 5.30 AM because of an early departure. We didn't use the pool.Beach is very busy in the area, but restaurants are plenty.

Breakfast - poor quality, no mosquito nets, very small room

    8OlexandrPosted on: 8-26-2025

Close to the beach, clean, comfortable and authentic Greek style. Excellent swimming pool :-)

Probably some more variety of food can be added to the breakfast menu. Like fried bacon or sausages

The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. He even drived us to the airport very early in the morning at discounted rate. Dont miss the sunrise at the beach which is just 3 minutes by walk from the hotel.

None really as far the accommodation is concern. But the place Perissa is a bit far from the center of Santorini and the bus schedule is erratic and only comes at 1 hour interval, so the best way to go around is by renting a car.

This quaint, typical, local hotel was near to everything I traveled to Santorini for or would be interested in:1. Great beaches for open-water swimming2. A great bakery to get Greek Spanikopta (spinach pie)3. A great bicycle tour4. A great train tour5. Local bus to Fira (capital city)6. Local sites to see7. Winding countryside roads ...and much more!

Local taxis are very expensiveExpect very high prices for everything

The location was close to the beach and management nice people!

Too tiny rooms and tiny bathroom.

    10LiliiaPosted on: 6-24-2025

Delicious breakfast. Perfect location - 2 mins from the beach from one side and 2 mins to restaurants and markets other side. So helpful and kind stuff, love them, so kind and positive! Everyday cleaning, everything what we needed was in room. Interior cosy and traditional, good furniture, air conditioning work good, napkins exactly to se pool, looking so great

    All is fine

    10AnnettePosted on: 6-22-2025

All staff were so friendly and spoke good English. Very accommodating as we arrived at 1am! Plus they let us have a late checkout with no charge. Convenient to beach, bakery, parking. Most have balconies - great to dry bathing suits(ours had a line!) Variety of food for breakfast. We had 3 dif rooms. The basement one was big and all had a fridge. We had the quad upstairs which was a CAVE room - very cool! The double was also nice. Pool clean. Area to lounge. Short walk to beach. Loungers there are "free" if you buy some food or drink - good deal.(dif restaurants)

Pillows could have been softer - all else was GREAT!

The location in Perissa was awesome, steps from the ocean walkway along the black beach with plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy. The pool was exceptional. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. (There were some choices of eggs, bread and cheese, sweets, basic but good with coffee and juice.) The AC was good. WiFi worked ok, better on the patio than in the room. Lots of shade at the pool/patio. The room and hotel were clean.

The room was very tight and almost cave like. The photos are accurate but at the same time very misleading. It did have 5 beds but it was too small for our family. The shower had a weird half bath thing but it worked fine. The only window was to the front by the two chair patio. The electricity is tied to the key dock, so if you are gone all day you cannot leave the fridge or AC on. At the end of the day it a clean, small hotel room. Good value still for the price. Wish we had gotten two rooms instead of one.

Hosts were very good especially Siliros and his sister Woula .. very warm and accommodating.. We went just for the day and they were kind enough to give us an early checkin (9am!!!) and breakfast on the day of checkin.. gave us excellent tips for sightseeing

Bathrooms were a bit smallACs need servicingRest was all perfect

Property was clean comfortable and relaxing.

The break fast, cleanliness and daily supply of fresh face towels and fresh bathroom towels along with the toiletries, I also specifically like the sunbathing chairs with umbrella adjoining my room in my private terrace adjacent. The midsize pool is also great to practice my swimming skills . Above all the establishment is run by friendly , helpful and professional people.

Only one but it is more of a personal taste, I don’t like that the bathroom floor and walls is using a black or dark blue coloured tiles as I personally always wanted them to be white or light coloured as possible so it can see through and verify right away that it was clean and thorough clean up my own standards. Again it is a personal thing, their bathroom and whole room are clean daily.

    9MonicaPosted on: 1-10-2025

The room was comfortable and had anything we needed. The breakfast was nice and the pool was a nice bonus. Rooms are really closed to the pool, but it wasn't crowded with people. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants, and the bus stop. The staff was very friendly too. They also helped us book an airport transfer.

The place was as expected. We have no complaints.

    8KarenPosted on: 10-8-2024

The location was good for being close to the beach. The breakfast option was nice to have. And an outdoor space, a balcony, was great.

However, the tour offered was terrible. DON'T do it, more time on the bus and boat than anything. The volcano visit was a steep climb, the mineral waters swim was about q0 minutes (once you swam to it) in rust water, and the next island stop was basically for lunch. The sunset option left only 2 hrs to look around Oia. AND, we were taken there in.anothed bus, dropped off in a bus parking lot and told when to be back without knowing where we were. And we were asked to pay cash for it at the hotel.

Very cute hotel ,we stayed in the family room with the loft ,I loved the old fashioned 4 poster bed ,and the pool was great. The breakfast is good value for money and the location is great -a minute from the beach.

    I liked everything

We stayed 2 nights Great location close to beach for swim & walks & places to eat.About 25 mins from airport, we hired a scooter... If hiring I recommend Moto Panos they collect you from the airport ..super easyThe owner of Porto Perissa was great & helpful, I got a Gyro from walking distance 150m " Ari's " also a good bakery close by for excellent food & coffee FreddoRooms are clean & comfortable.Great value for money.

    No complaints..

Staff was helpful and pleasant Breakfast was adequate and very good but the same everyday. We had to leave at 4AM for early flight and there was coffee made for us!

Hotel was quite far from everything so we spent alot of $ on taxis. But I was aware of that before I booked.
