Anezina Villas

From the staff to the facilities, to the location and even the other guests staying it was perfect. I would never stay anywhere else on the island, we loved every minute and can not wait to go back!

The staff were absolutely incredible. Kallinikee was the best hostess we have ever had. She was So much fun to be around, provided very prompt service and had wonderful recommendations and advice. She also made some incredible drinks and coffees. The rest of the staff including Markos and the two housekeepers were extremely polite and took great care of everything. I highly, highly recommend this place. The location is pretty prime as well as it is close to the beachhead but perfectly quiet at night.

Pool closed at 8, but a night swim would be so great here. I understand it’s probably for safety but man… it felt early.

The nights were quiet, the staff cleaned our room daily and the room was exactly as in the photos.

When we moved to the apt for three because a friend joined us, the bathrooms needed some updating.

Very friendly staff, who will help you with whatever you need. The room was very clean & exactly as shown in the pictures.

Excellent facilities & location. The room was cleaned each day with clean towels. Pool / beach towels are provided also. Food is cooked to order & breakfast needs to be pre ordered. However, it is of excellent quality & good value. All the staff are friendly & knowledgeable, especially Demi on Reception. Good choice of affordable accommodation.

The hotel generally was very clean and smart. Our downstairs room was quiet, cool, had a fridge and a good sized patio with table & chairs. The Manager Demi was welcoming and helpful. We used the swimming pool and bar. The young lady on the bar mixed some excellent cocktails! Food was pretty good too.

We would have liked some table lamps by the beds so one could read if the other wanted to sleep.

Everything, Demi greeted us with a smile and remained helpful and friendly throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble.We stayed in a deluxe double room with a pool view , very spacious , well decorated, beautiful shower area and a balcony to die for, so big with a wonderful view of the property and mountain…could maybe benefit from a couple of Sun loungers, since there is plenty of room for them, but not a problem we still chilled on the chairs.Anezina is in a quiet area of Perissa, with a supermarket opposite and a wonderful bakery a few minutes walk down the road.Would definitely return in the future.

Advertised as having TV but nothing for English to watch and we like keeping up with news etcBed quite uncomfortable-sheets didn't fit well.En suite shower room is cramped and a bit dated with occasional nasty smell.We were not informed about any food availability at the pool when nobody was manning the bar so we didn't realise we didn't have to feed ourselves at lunchtimes.We had to pay 75 euros for the pleasure of a few hours extra use of the room when it was not needed the next day as there were other rooms available.Was't keen on the choice of music round the pool with occassional song blaring out swear words-not appropriate.

Property is super clean, tasty food and cocktails, location is in perfect place - lots markets, near see and restaurants. And that bakery working 24 hours such a good place to eat and enjoy sweets and fresh juice just a few minutes away from anezina villas.

Friendly helpful staff. Accomodation cleaned on a daily basis including clean towels daily. Great location for supermarket and amazing bakery nearby and only a few minutes walk from the beach and local buses.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach and restaurants but set back from the main road. We stayed in August and whilst there were people sitting around the pool the kids were usually the only people in it. Warning - The pool is very deep, but you’re allowed floats.The accommodation was large, with a big bedroom, two bathrooms and a large kitchen, diner, with 2 single beds in it. There’s also an outside table and seating area set back from the pool, which was a nice place to sit for breakfast.There are plenty of restaurants along the beach, we had lovely pastitsio, souvlakia and stuffed vegetables at a couple of places. There’s a mini market next door and there’s also a few restaurants along the main road. Sirocco is great for pizza. A bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can easily get to/from Fira.The staff were really friendly, particularly the lady who ran the pool bar whilst we stayed.

The bathrooms are quite run down. One just had a shower curtain so the shower soaked the floor. They also weren’t as clean as they could have been when we arrived, but they did clean them better during our stay.

The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful shared pool and outdoor bar area.

We had a double room with pool view. Not huge but big enough and had all the amenities including good air conditioning. Location is perfect, just 5 mins walk to the beach and the many restaurants in the town. And a mini market right next door. The owners and staff were all super helpful and friendly.

We had a family room facing the pool. Everything was excellent. The service from the staff, the facilities, the room and the staff. We had a late flight leaving Santorini, but were alloved to use the pool and bath facilities after check out.

Nice stay at the pool room. Cozy detail oriented and personal family run hotel. Can highly recommend. Owners speak English well.

The property is beautiful, we liked staying here very much. The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The shower was great as well. Cleaning was done everyday. The pool is also nice and clean. Good value for the price, really recommend Anezina Villas! Also close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Demi was also a treat, we communicated very well and she helped us with anything we needed. She is great! Thank you for everything!
