Very helpful and friendly staff at this family owned hotel. Great Perissa location next to the acropolis restaurant which was also wonderful. Very clean and modern Mediterranean style accommodations. Pools are very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and kept very cleaned. The staff were fabulous! The location is steps from the beach! I would recommend this location!

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. It would be great if the attached pool had been warmed a little for the October weather. Breakfast was lovely with many options for baked goods, eggs, meets cheese, and juices. It was fairly close to the bus stop

I was surprised that the room didn't have any windows to look out. The windows that were available to open only opened a small few inches. I also would have liked for the pool to be a bit heated due to the October chilly weather.

Everything about Anastasia Princess Luxury Beach Residence was perfect. From the beginning of our booking, they demonstrated excellent and clear communication, they helped us arrive at the resort safely by calling us a taxi. Upon our arrival, at after 10pm at night, the greeted us as the desk and gave us recommendations tailored to us (our honeymoon) with their recommendations for locations and things to do on and off the island. Their sailboat of the island recommendation was very romantic and they did get us a great price for the private tour (this is probably season dependant as we went in shoulder season and they probably weren’t as busy). Once we were settled, the place perfect. It was clean, quiet, and as described. All the staff and the guests were friendly and welcoming. We used the facilities both gym and spa both were very good. Gym has a manageable amount of machines to maintain your workout routine while on vacation. The spa service was reasonably priced and an excellent service (we did the couples massage). The beach was amazing. Through and through the resort was flawless and I’d recommend everyone book here.

The property was right on the beach and there was a walkway into an amazing boardwalk that featured restaurants bars, and a nice convenience store right on the beach

We spent amazing week at Anastasia. The property is immaculate and designed with tremendous taste and care ! Room was comfortable and spotless thanks to our cleaning lady Svetlana)) Breakfast was delicious and somewhat various. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ivan , Emerald , Julia thank you for your hospitality, it really made our holiday special. Also I’d like to mention their private beach - it’s very nice and clean, the sun lounges are very comfortable

It was a perfect location. The staff was great especially Emerald at the front. We enjoyed the lounge chairs at the beach and the wait staff was amazing!

The location was highly appealing and well-maintained, featuring a clean and beautiful environment. Accommodations included comfortable rooms, balconies, and access to pristine pools, beach beds, and a spa area. The welcoming attitude of the staff further enhanced the overall experience, making it a memorable stay.

The entire place was so beautiful! It's on the strip of.one part of the island but still accessible to food and some shops. We rented car and toured the island at our leisure. It was awesome!

Breakfast eggs were a little cold.. and not much of a variety but still good. It was included in stay.

We Loved EVERYTHING About Anastasia Princess Luxury Resort. From the moment we arrived our hostess Emerald was just that. A gem. The Room, cleanliness, atmosphere, food, location accommodations EVERYTHING was Amazing. The owners, who are 3 Brothers Stavros, Lefteris and Fragkiskos were on site. Always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely return to Santorini just to stay with Anastasia Princess Luxury Resort again. You All were AMAZING ?

There WASN'T Anything NOT To Like!

Fantastic hotel, staff focused on customer service, great location and really comfortable private beach area with top quality sun loungers right infront if the hotel. Cleaning staff top-notch and breakfast was varied with new items offered daily.

Although there was a kitchen space, with loads of cupboards etc, it was not possible to cook anything as there was only a kettle. We were happy to eat out but be aware this is not suitable for self-catering. We used the kitchen cupboards to store our clothes due to limited bedroom storage.

It was an amazing experience. The owner and the CEO Stavros was so friendly and generous that he took me to clinic few times and waited there when I had a small accident. Emerald helped us at any moment and our wishes were treated like commands. Nothing was delayed or ignored. Christophe made the best cocktails in the world (we are experienced so we know when it is good) and finally Sophie was doing great service at the beach made us feel like VIP all the time. Thank you guys. We had wonderful time.

This is truly a stunning place! My wife and I have travelled all over the world and this is up there with the best. Two brothers own it and ‘Anastasia ‘ is their mother’s name. It is spotless and I have never before witnessed the sheer delight the boys get from doing absolutely anything for you. Whilst a cliche - nothing is too much trouble.Breakfast is amazing with all sorts of homemade delicacies to try. Our suite overlooked the pool and was very spacious and immaculately presented.The location is excellent. We preferred walking left to bars and restaurants as it is slightly prettier and more compact than the other side.Well done guys - we will be back.

Leaving!!The pool was a little cool and just be aware that there isn’t a restaurant for dinner on site. That didn’t affect us as we prefer to eat out anyway.

First of all, the staff and the kindness with which we were received, especially since we arrived in the morning because of the flight, but the lady at the reception offered us a room, and in this way I thank her for all the help she gave me. We felt so good that we extended our stay for another 3 days. The own beach, beautifully arranged and with a friendly staff, and around you can find everything you need, restaurants, bars, Market, etc. We will definitely be back

I think a little more diversified breakfast because I was a bit tired of eggs and scrambled eggs for so many days and some problems with the internet with which the TV also works

Great rooms, great pools, great service. A really good place to be in Perissa.
