Amenities were nice and room was very new and comfortable.

Staff experience and adaptability was less than expected. Do not disturb tag does not fit on the style of door when closing from the inside of door. Hanging tag when leaving room is ignored and room is still cleaned, but not desired.

Very minor - but a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea supplies in the bedroom would have been nice.

Service - Rooms - Pools

The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach with a lovely pool area. The room was great - really spacious and the interior was nicely decorated. However it was the staff that made this property shine; Demitri, Jorge and the housekeeping team were amazing. So friendly, lots of great recommendations and really welcoming.

The only downside was the breakfast - a form had to completed in advance and the options weren’t great. More B&B buffet standard as opposed to 5*. The fact there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing (especially as a kettle is listed on booking.com). The pool was freezing and our kids couldn’t swim in there which again, was disappointing. They had to use our jacuzzi when we were at the hotel.

Very calm, nice and clean room, friendly staff. Liked that it was a little walk from the city center, made the atmosphere more calm and relaxed

The only thing we missed was hooks in the bathroom and the room in general. For bags and towels. But it almost feels ridiculous to complain about

The staff was very responsive and provided everything we asked for and without any delay. Very generous and made sure we had everything we needed.Dimitris from the reception also provided very goods tips on places to visit and good restaurants and general was very kind.

Breakfast was great and on time to our room daily. They followed up with us if we forgot to put in an order. The staff was attentive and helpful and incredibly nice. Peaceful surroundings, away from hustle and bustle of the town.

Lack of food options after breakfast - although easy to order food from nearby spots through app. Wish i could have made the hot tub hotter.

If a 5 star hotel you expect:-Restauranr: -The hotel hasnt got any restaurant. You can only eat in your room or next to a pool only in a choosed time where the staff brings you the food. You can not eat luch at the hotel, bc there is no restaurant, you can only order by wolt.No dinner too, onyl order.Room: the room is spaceous, nice BUT the outdoor terrace jacuzzi's flushing and filtering equipment going almost all the time, and it is very noisi. Yoi can herar the negihbours jacuzzi too.Pool: the side tiles are broken, the in-out handler is broken, overall seems not so tidy.It is far away from the town, and a bit noisi bc of the planes. I feel a very strong 3star, but very very far from 5 star.

It is perfectly located to the town of Kamari about a 15 min walkIt is far enough away to be quiet and close enough to entertainment, so you have the best of both worlds

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Vitae Suites and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities I could have needed for a comfortable stay.The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, beach. The breakfast was a daily highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Vitae Suites to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Santorini

The best thing about the hotel was the hospitality of the staff and especially George who took care of every little detail and made my stay at the hotel and on the island wonderful.

Lovely style, very clean, great size of pool for Santorini and the staff were exceptional.

The property is new. It is well organised. Great pool that was never busy and plenty of space. Large rooms and great air conditioning. Breakfast served in our room was amazing.

What makes this property stand out from all the rest is their excellent, professional and lovely staff members. Demetrius, George and Mohammed are all an incredible asset to this business and I believe are what will keep guests coming back. They really do go the extra mile to welcome you and ensure a memorable stay. The property is ideally located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle however it’s within walking distance to the busier area of Kamari (bars, shops and beach) Overall a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Food and drinks at the property are excellent quality and reasonably priced.

The only negative I had, was that we’d booked a room for four people and the room given only had one double bed with the further two beds as camp beds. Had we have known this, we’d have booked two separate rooms. However the beds were comfortable.

There was not any restaurant in the hotel you should go out for any meals Very far from landmarks so you should pay alot for taxi each time you go outNo elevator there you should go upstairs for 3 floors if you are getting up units

The hotel was immaculate and was thoroughly cleaned daily with good size room and balcony. Hot tub and lovely cabanas by the pool. The staff are really attentive and are flexible to accommodate your needs, we had breakfast by the pool one day instead of having it in the room. And lunch menu is decent.Nice quiet location, and small hotel so you don't need to fight over sunbeds or anything.Around a 15-20 min walk to the main town of Kamari, and really easy to call a taxi to the hotel.

There was 3 of us in the room and although a 3rd bed had been made up on the sofa there was only 2 sets of towels, the staff then came up asking where we wanted the 3rd bed- so was a little confusing why the room wasn't prepared before we arrived. We just kept the bed made up on the sofa. Breakfast was delivered to room everyday, but the hot food was never that hot, and tea and coffee not great.

Would have been nice to have more options for breakfast like waffles, pancakes and more fruit options

The staff were friendly and were accommodating of our individual needs as we used the room to get ready for our wedding. The room was large and spacious, just what we needed for the morning of the wedding. Our breakfast was brought up to our room every morning where we had lots to choose from. The location was just on the outskirts of Kamari with little traffic which made it nice quiet. A short walk to Kamari but can be a bit of a struggle in the heat. Lovely facilities, bar and communal pool.
