The property is in nice location a bit old outdated Ac doesn’t work even if it’s hot outside they control the Ac

Customer service it’s 0 very bad response the only good and smiling were the Valet section Other than that the other staff not helpful specially Turkish speaking ones

We stayed at Pine Beach Resort for four nights, and it was our second all-inclusive experience — absolutely wonderful!The resort is stunning and very spacious, with multiple large swimming pools — two with fresh water and another with seawater. The private beach is wide, sandy, clean, and beautifully maintained.Our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. There are plenty of family-friendly evening activities and many play areas for kids. The resort also offers tennis and football courts, and golf cars are available to move easily between different entertainment areas.Food and snacks are available all day long, with a wide variety that suits every taste. Seafood lovers will especially enjoy the fresh fish options served for both lunch and dinner.Last but not least, the staff were incredibly kind and professional — from the reception team to everyone working around the resort. We were there for our honeymoon and asked for a quiet room, and they gave us a large, peaceful one, plus a complimentary dinner at A la carte restaurant and a free day at the pavilion.Overall, it was a beautiful and pleasant experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and great hospitality. ?✨

both Booking.com & Hotel management were not supportive to solve my problem on extra charges applied by the hotel

There are plenty of attractions and relaxations, very friendly staff, and luxury service. We spent a week with family and were very excited. There are a lot of beautiful memories. Thank you!Looking forward to coming back.

NOT a 5* star hotel - stay away!!! Rooms are dirty, restaurants are dirty with scrappy floors / tables / plates. Food choices are awful… coffee is cheap nescafe . Swimming pool furniture is broken and torn.Wear and tear of all hotel is 80% … Personnel doesn’t speak English. Huge disappointment for 250£ per night

Good and comfortable rooms, very green territory, great beach with a lot of sun beds, nice swimming pools, enough seats in restaurants

Several times in the evening for short period of time there was some smell near the stage and pools

Access to the beach, lots of space to walk, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurants. Entertainment program is good too. Good for people with children.

Variety of meals is less than in the hotel we stayed before, restaurants are crowded, they should have at least one more cooking station for hot dishes. The rooms which are located not in main building are old, sometimes AC smells and leaks. TV is not modern too.Daily cleaning in rooms is below average. For example, there were always dirt on the carpet. Overall is not good value for money they ask.

The staff are very kind and nice. The foods are very good. The pastry and desert are amazing. The services are excellent.Everything was very very good.

Everything in hotel was very good but outside of hotel and in airport everything was expensive.

Staff were amazing and always helpful. Children (6 & 3 yo) loved the aquapark, as well as the main pool.

The food options and variety were decent here, we found plenty of options for the kids too. Previous reviews said about limited healthy options but there were tons in the main restaurant. The poolside restaurants have a smaller range (understandably) such as burger, hot dogs, small salad/fruit bar but immediately upstairs is the main restaurant with heaps and heaps of healthy options. The bars are good too with quality cocktails (pina coladas etc) Decent spirit ranges included. Note they dish out the Jonny walker black label in the bar next to reception. People order non stop doubles. They serve freshly ground bean to cup coffee in the patisseries as wellAs a good range of iced coffees and chocolates - I made the effort to grab one and take to breakfast as the main restaurants had lower quality auto coffee machines. The salt and fresh water pools were decent. Entertainment was excellent but can be a little slow burner before the shows start. The beach was also very good with piers and floating platforms to swim up to and jump from. Kids club and entertainment also very good. I’d recommend spending that little extra to get into the main building .

I’m addicted to coffee so I’d like to have seen a freshly ground coffee option in the restaurant but no issue due to the patisseries.

It was a great experience. The resort is integrated in terms of activities, food, and the availability of entertainment and recreation methods. The food is varied and delicious. Many thanks to the waitress Raziyh SAHiN she deserves a promotion at work ?

Great location, facilities and the logistics. No queues. Everything was clean. The food and service were great.

Room cleaning could be better. But it was fixed quickly.

In general, everything was good. The personnel was friendly. The food was good and diverse. There were always options to find something new and interesting to eat. The best thing in the hotel was the many options for children's entertainment.

The things which I didn't like:* The cleaning was not perfect. Garbage might lie for many days without the attention of cleaners. * Some things were a little broken. For example, my son cut his foot on broken paving slabs.* There are not enough chaise lounges on the beach or near water pools. They were always busy, and finding a place for family wasn't easy.

Same food everyday. Should have different countries theme food e.g. Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Lebanese etc. Not much choice for Vegetarians.

Bad service and facilities are shattered apart fm each other, u need the hotel shuttle to get around

The hotel looks ok, they had a renovation recently. The territory, the layout, the aquapark, and the beach are good. Animation is OK.

The staff is overworked, kitchen employees seem to be working in a very hard and hot environment, some younger bartenders can't make proper cocktails, health and safety is not very noticeable, lifeguards are often absent or distracted, couple of cases of children's poop in the pools on the bottom that got smeared and never cleaned (I cheked with my own eyes). My family (all 4 members) had a stomach infection on day 7 of our stay, and the youngest had to be hospitalised for 3 days. Maybe it's the year 2024 to blame.
