Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Property close to big shopping area where you can walk and buy good brands and spend time. Beach is 4 mins by private shuttle, sauna, hamam, animation at night, big swimming areas.

The main buffet had less food options than I expected, for example kebabs or other Turkish meats, no seafood options at all, I saw maybe one fish during lunch time. Sometimes you have to stay for while to wait for omelette. The cleanliness of beach could be improved especially for restroom. You have to stay al least 6 nights to use other restaurants free even you have all inclusive package. The walls or rooms are not sound proof

It literally includes everything from breakfast to dinner to cafes and pool bars and ice creams. We also informed them it was our honeymoon and they gifted us an in room breakfast for 1 day

the room cleanness.the toilet cleanness.the shower drain was blocked, and it took the hotel 2 days to finally get a worker to fix it.the noise from the toilet exhaust.the waiters attitude.the spa staff attitude.the main restaurant manager attitude when he turns off and on the light @ 9 pm till everyone leaves!. it was very unprofessional unexpected act.will never consider going back to this hotel.

The sliding water games for kids under 15 should be seperated from the adults!The sliding water games should be opened all time.The Resort is NOT at the beach directly!

Mini club and minidisco, child friendly hotel, and everything well ordered. The food is really nice and good quality.

The beach is a bit far so you are dependent on the shuttle bus.The stones on the pool area can be slippery.

Very nice and modern hotel with great facilities. Rooms are new, clean and very spacious. Food was amazing, there was a big variety and it always tasted yummy. The pool was very nice, dj at the pool and animation are super friendly. Staff at the hotel are all very welcoming.

The property is located on the main road, next to local farms. At night it can get noisy with cars driving past if the balcony is open. The beach is 10 min away, with a free shuttle provided to it. However, the facilities at the beach aren’t so nice and we felt it was more pleasant by the pool.

Our stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa was absolutely fantastic! We visited as a family and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful architecture and impeccably maintained grounds.Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a fun day. The pools were a huge hit with the kids, especially the slides, and there was always plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sun. The all-inclusive dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food at every meal, including great choices for the kids.The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, even with language differences. The entertainment team did an amazing job keeping both adults and kids engaged throughout the day and evenings.Loved different types of option related to pastries, cookies which made kids really happy.And cherry on the cake was availability of Cocktails and Mocktails for everyone, you just felt like you are king in the Queen‘s resort ??We also loved the easy access to the Land of Legends theme park — such a bonus for a family trip! While the beach wasn’t directly on-site, the shuttle service was quick and convenient, and the beach itself was lovely and clean.Overall, it was a truly memorable experience for our family. We left with so many happy memories and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday.

There is nothing to dislike about the property, just more vegetarian options will make stay of people like us more comfortable.

The aqua park hours could have been a bit longer

The staff were very helpful and did their best to ensure guest satisfaction. Each meal offered a wide variety of food options, so you never got bored with the same dishes. Some of the cleaners were especially attentive, and their work was efficient and thorough, their names are (Gizem, kezban, emine).

The playground for small children is too small, with only a few drawing papers and a small number of Lego pieces. There are also some painting papers placed on the table, which cost €10, making children pressure their parents to buy them.It also takes a long time during the day to receive basic supplies, such as toilet paper and towels.

Very clean, nice feel. Walking distance to land of legends. Beach bar with food & drinks. Free sunloungers on beach. Free bus to the beach.

Being end of season, there were no activities on, no entertainment team so quite boring, no ice cream as they'd run out and weren't replacing it, drinks not available for the same reason. I don't think there would be enough sunbeds, facilities etc when hotel is at full capacity. Shop keepers constantly sat smoking.

Pool was incredible and food was good too

Some room cleaning ladies are dangerous I lost my earrings and towel, and when we go to massages, we try Turkish bath it’s not comfortable most of the time he touches my private parts then saying he does that because he is professional, next day they begging for us to come back but we’re not going there again.
