The lagoon rooms are nice and spacious. Plenty of swimming pools. Enough space, seating and sunbeds even in high season. Friendly staff.

The food quality seems a bit down compared to previous years. The evening entertainment music is close to the lagoon buildings, so don't expect to sleep before midnight.

Had everything you’d expect of an all inclusive resort. Great facilities, staff and food.

A resort with full entertainments

The main room temperature in the family room wasn't cold. Maintenance took a long time to respond and fixThe Family room wasn't ready to take it. All the family stayed 2 hours in my other Deluxe room.

The resort exceeded expectations in every way—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious and clean rooms, and a wide variety of delicious food options. The pool and beach areas were stunning, with plenty of loungers and shade. The entertainment team was energetic and engaging, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The spa and massage services were also a highlight.

Wi-Fi could be more reliable in some areas of the resort.

We booked a lagoon room and were upgarded to family lagoon. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, 2 seperate rooms and 2 WC. It was directly facing the breakfast and buffet building so the location was perfect, in the center of the resort and close to everything.The staff were nice and seeking to help. Entertainment was great: we had a silent disco night, another silent movie beach night with pop corn, and one or 2 fantastic dancing shows. We were traveling with kids of different ages, everyone had something to do with different activities ( banana boat, archery, pool games). As adults we also enjoyed the activities(Yoga, watercycling....).We also enjoyed an ice pool party and a beach foam party , both very fun.The resort has many pools, maybe 10 pools, includine one with slides. You don't feel that the place is crowded. The beach is clean with warm water.The food was amazing, the all-inclusive is very practical with kids. The main restaurant serves buffets for the 3 meals and it was really a huge buffet with lot of varieties. There is also another 24-h snack restaurant where we were able to grab some sandwishes and salads our first night ( we arrived around midnight).

The floor is slippery, so we had to be very very careful.The spa is not very nice, it lacks the spa mood (music, scent...). I did a reflexology, the lady was good but the door was open with noise and people talking outside, so you don't really enjoy it, and it is not cheap.

Staff was amazing, always seeking to help, genuinely felt welcome. Entertainment dance crew was very high quality. Free mountain biking activity around villages of Antalya and our guide Mehmet was outstanding, exceptional value. Food was very good, lagoon room was amazing.

House wines could have been better. Extra Turkish wines were reasonably priced though. The shop at the hotel had some outrageous pricing, paid €49 for an inflatable swan sea bed.

We tried to play ping pong for many times but either we couldn’t find the rackets or we couldn’t find the ball , the food is a little salty, I wish they will reduce salt as it is not suitable for everyone

Most of the things! The food was superb, the resort was very clean. It has several different types of saunas (steam room, finnish, bio sauna, salt room) - all free to use. Also, a spacious and well-equipped fitness center. The beach is sandy, wide and well-maintained. The entrance into the sea is quite shallow - you can walk almost all the way to the buoys - perfect for kids.

We didn’t use the kids club, and outside of it there are not too many kid-focused activities.

The cuisine is just perfect, better than in any other hotel or restaurant in Turkey (except maybe other Tui hotels). Many sport activities, very good trainers from all the world.

In Flavor restaurant which is a la carte and supposed to be better than the main one, the service was incredibly long, the place was too loud and we didn't like it at all. When a guest service representative came to ask us about our feedback, we shared this but he just smiled.The main restaurant is much better in service.

Kids club is 10 out if 10. The main restaurant waiter Mr. Ömer was unbelievably fast and nice. During his shifts the tables were always clean.

The kids very much enjoyed it here. However can be quite busy and importantly although a nice place it is quite expensive for the facilities as we have stayed at more luxurious sites for similar price.

One could get lost in here , the ground is very big . Lovely environment, Friendly staff , especially EbruPublic Relation Supervisor she was so accommodating. Our trip was short but we plan on going back for a longer holiday . Pls take advantage of the spa , I couldn’t recommend it enough. The ladies doing the massage are so good , I slept off , very relaxing the ambiance was amazing.
