Towels with holes, Big dirt stains on sitting area, it looked like the kettle had water in it since already some time. We booked a room for 4 people and almost every day we had to say that we needed 4 pillows and 4 towels. Sadly alcoholic drinks like cocktails were very bad made :( tasted bad. Food was ok, a lot of options but some looked very oily, others had too much salt.

I liked everything, I would only recommend some renovation for the shower and bathroom as it looks a little outdated, everything else was perfect. The service in buffet restaurant and beach was excellent.

Service, food, beach, enterteiners were all top quality. We traveled with a kid of 2.5 year and it was very exciting for him with a lot families with kids arround us as well.

First impresion was that the hotel is overrated from the start. We enter in the room on the 5th floor and got dissapointed instantly. There were very old and modest furnature and beds, like from 20 years ago. Bathroom wasnt clean and smelled on a piss from previous guests. We got out immediatly and visit the reception. Their response was fast and correct with a later offer to change the room which we kindly refused.Bigger problem despite old bads were uncomfty maddraces on the bed, very thin, used for so many years you could tell. Other couple who was with us was having a whole on one side of the bed. Last dissapointment was a very low quality of alcoholic drinks wherever they served including a la carte restourants. Even the beer they claim was Efes, tastes different then the Efes I was drinking recently during my visit od Istanbul.Cherry on the top was a message from a guy who supervised guests from booking with a plea to not give a feedback here if my score is not a max 10! Be happy I didnt gave you score 2 or 3 for that, thats a scam.My advice for you, either lower your price for next season for 25-30% or invest in your hotel rooms, give the people what they desirve for that money, a nice rest at least.

We’ve had an amazing vacation during our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with Mr. Serkan standing out as the best.I don’t understand why some people posted bad reviews—this resort offers the best quality for the price. The food is amazing; while some dishes are repeated, there’s always something new to try.

Just one remark: the alcoholic drinks and cocktails could be a bit better, but if you’re a beer person, you’ll find it amazing.

It has all the commodities to spend a relaxing getaway. Food and drink option is quite vast and for sure the highlight of the property!, has many activities for all ages, Spa was great, the beach is sandy with a bit if pebbles, the animation team is great and fun! Is worthy all the way

Is not a major issue but rooms could be revamped for a better experience. In any case rooms are quite comfortable and super clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaya Belek. Each day was wonderful, and the staff made the experience very entertaining. The food was excellent, and Mr. Serkan was especially helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

one area that needs improvement is the room cleaning. The cleaners were not very attentive, and the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. With a little more attention to this detail, the stay would have been perfect.

The hotel facilities were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the pools and beach were clean and well-maintained.

The internet connection was extremely poor during our entire stay. This was very disappointing and needs urgent improvement.

The Evening Party events, and Theater show as well as the Pool Party.

Beds & Mattresses aren't comfortable! It Cause Serious back pain and it is very disappointing.

The food was amazing – great variety and quality every day, with delicious desserts and fresh fruits from the first day to the last. There was also a wide selection of drinks. The staff were super friendly, professional, and always ready to help – very service-minded and well trained. The evening programs were really cool and entertaining. The location is also great, just a 20-minute walk to the Land of Legends.

The room key cards didn’t work well – we had to get them replaced almost every day at reception.

I had a great experience with checking in and overall staying in, spoke with Sercan Sapmazturk , very professional and helpful. I loved the room I was in. Excellent choice of food. And all staff including kitchen staff and hotel service very friendly and helpful

All inclusive part is great and the hotel was clean. Location was good. Great access to beach. Deserts at buffet were excellent

I thought the drink selection especially whiskey was poor, hotel looked dated and tired around the edges. Although rooms were clean. A lot of things in the room didn’t work like sink plugs, hair dryer, door didn’t lock properly. Had to move rooms once to find similar problems. The music was loud until late, buffet was good but seemed similar most days.

Our stay at the hotel was off-season (end of March), which we are very happy about. Since we do not like extreme heat and large crowds of people, which is typical of the summer season. The location of the hotel, the area around the hotel, and the beach at the hotel are magnificent. The staff is beyond praise. Special thanks to the girls in the SPA: you are great and true professionals. The food is delicious and varied.

There was absolutely no seafood and a small choice of fresh fruits on the menu, which is very strange for a hotel of this level.Also, the room lacked forced exhaust ventilation from the shower, and natural ventilation was not adequate.

Nice place, friendly staff, great food. Breakfast till 11:00 and lunch till 15:30 which is great timing.The water in the indoor pool is pleasant 28 degrees.
