Food buffets were amazing, lots to choose from, both Turkish and German inspired and just world cuisine.

Would have been great if there was more programming for teens and kids ages 10-16, many activities were limited to 16+.

This property is awesome. There is nothing I can complain about. Staff is very friendly and try to accommodate any need. Kudos to chef/s, even though all inclusive is not something we prefer, this resort changed our view on these type of resorts. Landscaping is something needs extra mention as the gardeners doing a perfect job, you feel being in paradise. And for the entertainment crew is keeping you always busy and enjoy the events. The name of the food selection tags are sometimes mixed and unless you know the name of the food, you may be confused as what the name of the plate is. This is not a complaint but rather constructive criticism. Considering this is the only negative I could come with, this resort is doing very well.

The staff is really great, exceptional even. Big thanks to the amazing work of the housekeeping staff! The resort as a whole is very well maintained. Everything is kept really nice, clean and tidy - clearly a lot of effort is put into this. The food is great. Plenty of room in the different pool areas and lots of watersports opportunities.Very neat part of this resort is that most guests are from western-europe, UK, Baltic and central europe countries.

The pools are not heated. We were there in October and if the weather is not sunny then well, u cant really use them with small kids. Maybe think about even just heating the small kids pools.The walls and ceiling in the rooms have very little noise isolation so u hear basically everything going on in the other rooms near you.

We stayed with our family for two weeks in early October. We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, great entertainment program, delicious food, friendly staff, and nice beaсh.

We didn’t like the cleanliness in the rooms — they weren’t always cleaned properly. I noticed that the shower wasn’t washed for four days even though housekeeping came, and our feet were always dusty after walking barefoot in the roo

Pools not heated.

The resort is perfect overall especially if you have kids, you will find alot to do.Staff is extremely friendly and the daily activities are perfect.The food is delicious , we liked how much the restaurant is offering the verity of food.

Nothing, all good but if you are coming to Belek and Kadriye the first time be careful of the taxi’s.

Enormous all inclusive. Reserved this an hour before i checked in just to sleep for the night so I didnt see all the facilities. The room was enormous, the breakfast buffet had everything, largest buffet I have ever been at. The drive you to your room on a golf cart with a bell boy, make sure you have cash for tipping, they accept euros.

The hotel has a big, clean, and beautifully maintained territory. Walking around feels like being in a botanical garden. The facilities are great, spotless, and well cared for. Staff members are overall very helpful and super friendly — even the housekeeping team in both the rooms and common areas consisted of warm and welcoming ladies.The kitchen is good, offering a wide variety of dishes every day, perhaps even more than needed.Rooms are spacious and clean. A supervisor came a couple of times to check the quality of cleaning and ask if there were any issues, which was appreciated. We had to change rooms once due to technical problems, but both rooms offered plenty of storage. In one of them, the bathroom sink storage was rather small, but manageable.Special kudos go to bartender İbrahim Hazar, who makes cocktails perfectly tailored to your taste.One thing we truly valued was the absence of intrusive animators inviting guests to activities. Instead, all activities are listed in the hotel app where guests can sign up. This keeps the atmosphere calm, while still offering a wide range of activities for different interests. The only disappointment was not being able to secure a spot for archery beginners as it was always fully booked. Still, it was clear that the hotel puts genuine enthusiasm into making the activity program diverse and engaging.We also loved the presence of hedgehogs, turtles, and cats living on the grounds. They looked healthy but some of them lived outside of the main area and seemed hungry, we even bought dry food to feed them. We were concerned that the animal water points had dirty or empty bowls. In such heat, it is important to ensure the animals have reliable access to clean water.

It seems the hotel is understaffed, as waiters and bartenders were often stretched thin. Tables in the restaurant were not cleaned during service, and we had to wait each time for staff to clear them — otherwise they remained dirty until the end of service.The sunbeds under the tents were positioned very close together, leaving no sense of privacy. Another inconvenience was that the towel station closed at 6 PM. Extending it until at least 7 PM would make a big difference. Be prepared for crowds — there are a lot of people.The spa experience left us disappointing. While the masseuses worked very hard and were extremely attentive, the Balinese massage technique itself did not meet expectations, especially for the price. If it had not been part of our package, we would not have retuned. We also had a negative experience with the hotel’s photo booth service (Eye Photography). Payment was required upfront, yet we had to chase the photographer repeatedly, and the final photos were not worth the trouble.Our first night highlighted the need for better communication and problem-solving, and it had much to do with the way we were ultimately spoken to. Around midnight, the ceiling above the toilet started leaking. The engineer who came said it was “probably the air conditioner” and that nothing could be done at that hour, then left without offering a solution. We had to insist on cleaning and call reception again for an interim fix. Eventually, the night receptionist offered us another room, but it was affected by strong vibrations from the disco and impossible to sleep in. When we called back, we were told it was the only available option, and the music would end in 40 minutes. In the end, we returned to our original room, where my husband managed a temporary fix with tissues. It remains unclear why the engineer could not provide such a simple solution himself. The next day we were offered a room change and a box of sweet treats which we appreciated a lot.

The bathroom didn’t have much so we need to call the resort but they respond and gave us the equipment

Rooms furniture is more likely for 4 stars Hotel instead 5. TV size is awkward small 26 inches may be and should be at least 50.

Many activities available, friendly staff, good variety of nice food

Breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings were diverse. The theme of the resort is nice.

The AC in the dining hall is insufficient. The kids club staff is negligent.

- location is great, and we enjoyed the green nature inside the hotel- facilities were satisfactory, easy access to food and drink at different locations- Internet service was great, allowing us to be connected continuously- Staffs are very nice, and helpful. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Huseyin in the restaurant for his sincere helps and service

The hotel has some flaws which urgently need to be improved:- As a customer who has paid a certain amount of money to stay in a 5 star hotel, I am very disappointed with the absence of freshly squeezed juice. I would love to drink orange juice, or similar which are NOT pasteurized. There is a juice spotin the restaurant, but it is like a big containter filled with some branded pasteurized juice. This is not what a 5-star hotel should provide to its customers.- There was no any cleaning kits (tooth brush, and paste, ear stick, etc.) in our room. If they forgot to provide it, then, it is okay. However, if they are not providing such a small kit box to its customers, then, this is a big shame for a 5-star hotel. - It seemed that some food was not carefully prepared. If you are providing shrimps for example, they could have been cooked after their shells and legs were removed. Simply adding some asian sauces does not make them taste good. - AC in the rooms are not automated properly. While sleeping, it was really annoying to get up and swith it on/off every time. A remove controller in every room would give much more convenience. In addition, AC in the restaurant was not enough to sit. I was sweating while eating like other customers. - I noticed couple of electricity shutdown. One of them occured when I intended to go to spa. After I saw the darkness in the spa due to electricity issue, I gave up entering the spa. The hotel should have a well-developed generator system.

They didn’t have a pharmacy, only a clinic with good doctors but they didn’t afford even panadol.

The vast amount of available activities - between Tennis (beach, table and regular varieties), football, Volleyball, Waterpolo and various bar and pool games you are really spoiled for choice. A special shoutout to Kiwi for all the fun at the beach tennis courts. My kids loved the animation team as well - Holly, Alya and Oscar took great care of them even though my son barely speaks a few words of English.Evening entertainment was also top notch with varied parties and quality performers.

It was a struggle finding sunbeds at certain pools, particularly after attending the evening entertainment and sleeping in past 9AM :)

I don’t know where to start, everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the reception all the way till the moment we left. Everyone was smiling and welcoming, animation team was amazing, activities were great, food was extremely good and everyday there were new dishes, you won’t get bored and kids were happy and entertained all the time. We strongly recommend this hotel for families with toddlers, this was our best hotel stay so far in Turkey and maybe in the whole mediterranean coast. Special mention to the reception team who gave an amazing suite near the kids pool and also housekeeping lady for her great service.

A few setbacks but did not really affect our stay in a bad way: the rooms did not have an iron or an iron board, the shops and the barber at the hotel were so overpriced and there are no nearby options to shop outside. Last, and this one is more serious, we noticed the pasta was smelling bad twice meaning it was not freshly made the same day.

It was one of the best holiday I ever had! Everything was perfect! The staff, club feeling, activities, room, food, the great areas, kiss club! I absolutely enjoyed my time in this hotel. Heartfelt thanks to all staff making this trip incredible! I really loved this place and everything was beyond my imagination! Lots of love!
