Air-conditioning cooling and Minibar cooling, mosquitoes.Long distance for elderly people to reach elevators from their rooms, although the customer relations in charge was nice enough to let us use the employees elevator after two days of rejection. This elevator was next to our rooms.

Cleaning the rooms was awful, most of the employees they dont understand any other language other than turkish or russian, guest relation employees are very not responsive, AC was broken at the beginning they just switch it on and wasnt cool at all just a fan for our whole 5 days stay although we requested them to fix it many times or to change the room and they didnt do anything! Plus the whole resort is not suitable for Muslims neither Arabs, most of the hotel residents were Russians with very bad attitude and behavior

The hotel's architecture was very calming, with a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The beach was clean and well-equipped with chairs and private cabanas. There was also a 24-hour restaurant that served a fun and unique pizza, which I loved.The entertainment for kids was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. The reception staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady surprised us by beautifully decorating the bed after noticing a birthday celebration — a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The food overall was of medium quality, and the breads, in particular, were not of the highest standard.

The staff were all lovely although alot of them didn't speak even basic English but only meant we had to improve our Turkish with the help of Google! The room was amazing loads of space. Food was also really good.Big thanks to Ivana in guest services she was super friendly & very helpful at all times!

There was a youth football tournament on along with a conference when we were there so lots of people in the buffet sometimes making it a bit too busy.

Really lovely family resort directly at the beach. We visited over the Easter holidays and it wasn't too crowded. Clean and lots to discover.

Amazing stay, rooms were great, all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. Plenty to keep the kids occupied, kids loved the mini disco and entertainment in the evenings. Overall a lovely family resort.

The deserts could do with a flavour uplift, most of the deserts tasted the same with the same jelly like texture. Our room view was somewhat blocked with trees, if I was to visit again I would definitely pick a different room, as we enjoy evenings on the balcony a nice view would have been great.Some mornings housekeeping were knocking on doors at 9am, too early if you have kids and want a little lie in. The entertainment was different every night to what was stated on the website, this needs to match so you know exactly what to expect.

We booked a last minute stay here and had a fantastic stay. Food is exceptionally good for all inclusive. Drinks are spot on lots of import alcohol available which is such a refreshing change to most all inclusive hotels. Fatma guest relations was so warm and welcoming and very helpful. Room beautifully clean. Hotel lovely natural surroundings, beach perfect. Great location for visiting Land of Legends too! Great facilities for young children. We will definitely be back! Thank you Selectum for a lovely mini break!

Not a bad word to say...

The location is great if you want to play golf. The hotel's surroundings are also park-like and green. Beautiful! Nice things for children, e.g. rooms with a slide.Generally clean. The pool is constantly being emptied of trash, which is great. There is room for improvement in the spa. There was poop in the shower! The rooms were clean, although we had to replace the clean drinking glasses in the room ourselves.The big problem was the language barrier. A few people spoke good English, otherwise communication in English was poor. Apparently the hotel's priority is Russian guests.We asked the hotel for a transfer to the airport. The hotel said that card payment was OK. On the way, we found out that the driver only takes cash. The driver stopped at an ATM so we could withdraw money. Unfortunately, the machine was broken and the card was left in the machine. Luckily, we were able to pay for the ride over the phone. But, the card in question was the one we would have used to get into the lounge. Luckily it didn't bother us this time. We almost missed our flight because the traffic was so chaotic. It was a really stressful day!Overall it was a successful trip. The food was good, with enough variety. The a la carte restaurants were not open, so we didn't get to try them.

One of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff is super friendly and well trained.. they all went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Make sure to book a hammam or a massage while you're there..if you're still unsure, Ramazan from the spa will give you a great tour of all the facilities and give you all the details you need to get the best relaxing experience you need. Rooms are spacious and facilities are top notch. The restaurant serves high quality breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with options for everyone. Can't wait till my next stay here. Thank you Selectum team for making this a memorable experience.

The swimming pools are very nice especially for for small children as well as for adults. There are plenty sunbeds and seats around the swimming pool area.

The quality of food is really terrible. I have been in Turkey and especially in Antalya for more than 20 times. The quality of food here is bad. No good taste, repeating the food almost everyday at the main restaurant. There was a sign showing International food, or farrst food or medical food or Turkish food but 90% of the food is the same. I had only one time Turkish Kebep. Very rarely the servants will come and ask you what do you want to drink unless you ask them first. I think they people working there not getting enough salaries to work harder. The room are big but very old.

Staff was very good,location was perfect.the hotel facilities were very good as well.my daughter loved every bit of our entire stay

The only thing which didnt meet my expectation was food.Being vegetarian ,you can only have salad.the only disapponment was that they had fries just one day in dinner.they didnt had fries in any of the meals for next 3 days.i have asked staff many times as my daughter would only eat nuggets and fries,bt they have said that they dont have fries.its very common to have fries in every hotel in turkey even in breakfast

We stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary for five nights and were thoroughly impressed with our choice.ROOMWe communicated with guest relations before our stay and were allocated a wonderful room on the top (7th) floor of the main building. The room was spacious, with a large shower, a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea, and a romantic but tasteful theme. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, and the minibar was replenished daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise was a joy. The only minor downside was occasional fluctuations in shower temperature during peak times. Overall, the room and cleaning service deserve 4.9/5 stars.FOOD AND DRINKSThe main buffet served a wide variety of food, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We often skipped lunch at the buffet and opted for the 24/7 restaurant, Chef's Cellar, which served a la carte dishes. Dinner at the buffet was varied with different themed nights, making each meal an exciting experience. There were also many snack options around the hotel, including ice cream, waffles, and fish sandwiches. For guests staying five or more nights, a complimentary dinner at one of the three a la carte restaurants is included. The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. The drink options were extensive, including imported spirits, and freshly squeezed juices were available at the pool bar. Overall, food and beverages earned a 4.5/5 rating.FACILITIESThe public spaces were impeccably clean, with toilets maintained every 30 minutes and all surfaces spotless. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and the pools were well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the 18+ pool, which was a peaceful retreat. There was also a water park with slides for both adults and children. Additionally, the hotel had shops for essentials and souvenirs. Facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, earning 5/5 stars.
