    Pros +

    • Not much
    • Nice location good service clean room good food
    • Very well maintained. Looks new, probably built 10 or less years. Good variety of food, manageable at the beach. If you reserve your beach spots around 6:30 am you can get front line closest to the sea (if you have kids and want to keep an eye on them playing on the shore). Around 8 am still plenty of spots behind. By the way Wifi is more reliable at the back rows closer to the building. Wireless coverage is bad, so you have to rely on Wifi there. If you want to book a-la-carte restaurants do it the sooner the better. I booked on Wednesday and they gave me Saturday (our last night).

    Cons -

    • I specifically asked for a quiet room, and I got just the opposite. The disco that was supposed to cut the noise at half ten (this was guaranteed by the hotel on paper) continued way past midnight
    • 1. Beach towels cannot be exchanged at the end of the day closer to 7pm. You have to keep beach towels overnight to reserve the spots on the beach next morning. 2. Hotel does not deal with any bookings for the organized tours. The taxi to Antalya is 60 euros so round trip is 120 euros on top of any tour from Antalya. I booked transfers through Booking.com, cheaper (around $40 USD per trip). But you have to do this 24 hours ahead. Would be great if some affiliate travel agency have on-site agents to arrange the tours.

    Cleanliness, staff, amazing beach

Very friendly and fast staff. Especially in the cafe above the pastry shop, where I would single out an employee who was always smiling while doing her work.

When you open the terrace door it was very noise due to climate facilities I guess.

Access to the beach , food variety, sport facilities, nice sea views, swimming pool

The night shows are very noisy and finish very late. If you are planning to get rest, this could be impossible. I went for a triathlon race and the night before the noise was extremely loud. I believe, the hotel doesn’t even take any consideration with guests that don’t want to join to the shows . They are not the best in customer service, not friendly . The pillows are uncomfortable and need an urgent renovation.

Very comfortable and spacious room with spectacular sea view from balcony.

Small things like not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom. No soap / shampoo dispenser

    8AmeenaPosted on: 10-11-2024

    Great location and relaxing

Food selection poor on some days and mattress not comfortable for a week long stay, meant that we didn’t get good sleep

    Sandy beach.Polite & helpful staff.Entertainment program.Buffet.

Our experience at the hotel was very good. We will definitely visit again. Our only advice, do not book the submarine trip, was a complete waste of €150, that's nothing to do with the hotel, it's run by a different company. Very rude staff I couldn't believe it.

Real all inclusive, huge pool with nice water slides, not crowdy despite huge number of rooms, cristal clear water in the sea, 12 tennis courts, lots of activities, nice shows every night, nice room, great weather end of October, several nice bars, numerous sun beds,

Food was not really sophisticated, but still acceptable

    5MuhammadPosted on: 10-14-2023

Hotel pool very clean some of the team workers are very polite and games with the Animation team are fun , the tea place and the small cake place are wonderful and very tasty

Furniture old and bad in the rooms the bed are not comfy , clean workers make al lot of noise and throw the towels from the secon level into there bags , the same food Manuel no big changes in the whole week

Liked everything, I aqve to say I was not mad about the food. Plenty of it but am not keen on buffet food at dinneee. It quite often was warm to cold. I guess its difficult on all inclusives.

    As above

I have been a recurrent guest at Adora on more than four occasions. The initial visit provided an enjoyable experience, but over the years, there was a noticeable decline in the standard of service. However, subsequent to an interlude of seven years, I was pleasantly surprised to witness substantial enhancements. The accommodations had undergone impressive refurbishments, and the persistent connectivity issues that had been a subject of discontent among previous patrons were effectively rectified. I was gratified to experience consistently robust internet connectivity, even on the beachfront, a challenge that, in my experience, had not been adeptly addressed by any other establishment. I commend their proficient management in this regard. The remaining facets of my stay unfolded as anticipated, with a splendid swimming pool, impeccable service, comfortable lodgings, culinary delights, and a plethora of engaging activities such as airgun shooting, volleyball, archery, water polo, darts, and more. My sincere gratitude extends to the animation team for their exceptional service. What particularly drew my attention was the well-appointed fitness center, which boasted an array of state-of-the-art equipment, providing guests with an impressive spectrum of fitness options. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover two meticulously maintained ping pong tables complete with paddles and balls, available for the enjoyment of guests. The spirited matches held prior to the evening performances were riveting, and the shows themselves, encompassing magic, acrobatics, and comedy, were nothing short of spectacular. It served as an impeccable conclusion to the evening's entertainment, and for those with surplus energy, there was always an exhilarating afterparty to partake in.

I would suggest that the beach loungers could benefit from the addition of cushions.

Great family resort, especially for kids! Beachfront, nice beach with sand. Food was really good!

In our bungalo you could hear everything that neighbors say or do. Even behind the door in the hallway. Literally everything, can be heard in the room.

    Smoking everywhere

    The outdoor facilities were nice.

We stayed at room 3519 which had very bad mattress and a very poor decorated room for a five star hotel.

The food was really good and it was nice to have several different cuisines to try. We especially loved the Sehrazat restaurant the Turkish food was gorgeous, Anil was really kind and even asked how it was the next day. We also enjoyed the Meyhane restauraunt despite the issue we had the meat was fantastic. The shows in the amphitheatre were entertaining for the group but seating was an issue and it was boiling with the amount of people there. There are a few staff members we really appreciated for the service and kindness, such as Berat at the Kappadocya restaurant and Mehmut. Our Housekeeper was really kind to the kids in the group. Fun and sun tour group were kind enough to arrange a private tour for our group with an English speaking guide, Rutland from the tazi canyon rafting was really amazing and ensured we all had a fun day.The resort itself was absolutely gorgeous, better than pictures. The wellness activities were really fun, shout out to Kamelya from Fly yoga, and Kadir from TRXThe spa was really nice and the massages were absolutely amazing. The water sports activity staff were great, we booked so many activities that they gave us a discount which we appreciated. We loved the concept of having stores within the resort, almost like having a mini mall.We would definitely come back mainly because of the staff because the service they gave was impeccable.

There were just a few things we didn’t like and that could be improved upon for future guests:The Wi-Fi was absolutely awful in some areas of the hotel especially in the club rooms. The AC was really weak in our room but strong in other rooms. It also ended up leaking and we had the ceiling leaking but at least they repaired the leak quick but couldn’t do much about the AC.Smoking was really annoying especially for the little kids in our group who had asthma, the need to have designated smoking areas as not everyone wants to second hand smoke. There was misinformation about the closing time for the swimming pool, the paper we had said 11pm but then we got told off by the security saying its at 8pm because they start putting chlorine in.Most of the guide companies at the hotel accommodate for the Russian and German guests there were limited English speaking guides. The mini kids club we couldn’t utilise as they wouldn’t allow us to leave our 2 year old as they ‘couldn’t be responsible if he leaves the building’ It would have been better when during check-in we get told about all the other activities that are not mentioned on the leaflet and how to access them.On one of our last days we arranged the Ala Carte Restauraunt but then had a call on the day by guest relations saying the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us, we ended up splitting the group to two different restaurants and when we did go to the restaurant they said they were expecting our whole group and didn’t have an issue with seating or anything. It really annoyed us that we had to split our families over obvious miscommunication.

First of all i want to say thank you from bottom of my hear to all the hard worker staff in the resort, Cleaners / Receptionist / Cookers / Show Performers / Event workers / Miniclub staff .... every single one of them they were really and i quote " AMAZING". As of the resort what can i say, you have The great big pool and i mean big, the splash pool for kids, the slides for tone of fun for all ages from even 60's the great clean beach, even if your not a sun person they have a great indoor pool for all ages. FOOD , wow a lot and i mean a lot of food with a lot of verities " traditional Turkish food + healthy food + vegetarian food + dam good food and every day is some thing new even if your a doner / burger or pizza person dam good they got you " and not only 3 times a day dam it was 6 times a day dam you eat twice you eat in your normal days. they have the morning breakfast - fast food snacks - lunch - dinner - late snacks - Early breakfast for people who are coming or leaving.KIDS, well they have all the fun, pools , beach, sand, water sports for them also, miniclubs, dance music shows everything is there for them , outdoor games, bikes , motors , trampoline , slides, splash pool, well you name it they got it.Spa and turkish bath is there, water sports is there, shows after dinner is there, late music - DJ - live bands till 2:00 AM is there....dam your alwasy full with joy to do...even they have shops for shopping, a barber shop , beauty salon and even a doctorBottom line AMAZING

Only one thing, if your a city lover or would like to visit the city to check it out like night walk or at sun set to check it out, well its far, and Taxis is realy expensive like it took me to airport 1200 Turkish / 45 $ ... so imagine you want to visit the city for lets say 2 times you need like 200 $ for going and and coming back 2 times....other then that every thing you will enjoy

    9KonstantinPosted on: 11-8-2022

    Everything great except transportation.

If you want to go to city or somewhere else, it’s expensive as hell and you don’t have a choice — your only option is taxi near a hotel with fix price like 50$ to city center.

We absolutely adored our stay at Adora! The room was comfortable, the food was first class and lots of choice, the staff were attentive to guests and e couldn't rate them any higher. Special thanks Emre, Ali, Zainab in the food/drink area. Also thanks to Ismail and the guy who works in the Photo studio that wears the earrings(sorry we couldn't remember his name). -The Tajudeen family

A few minor blips- we requested a kettle for our room as it didn't have one. In the night a staff walked in our room while we were sleeping. We were shocked someone was in room and we jumped out of our sleep. Another blip was that a life guard at the spa swimming pool pushed my 6 year old child in the deep pool as she sat on the pool steps on the 28 October 2022. My child was very frightened by this. I confronted the staff and he wrote in Google translate 'I was just kidding.'
