Pros +
- Hotel seem to be perfectly taken care of, territory clean and well maintained, all the furniture seem new and clean, everywhere is amazing odorThe special impression is cats everywhere, loved it, they are such cute and funny, our little neighbors throughout all stay
- Pools, food , the beach and the staff
- Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes!
Cons -
- Furniture of the room
- The room is a little dated and might need some modernisation. The air-conditioning in the room could be cooler.
- Rooms are very very old, that its even very humid in the rooms, ventilation very old and dirtyThere is definitely lack of lightening in the roomsRoom cleaning service was bad (towels were taken, but new one was not given on time, shampoo was not renewed at all even after we called the reception), towels and sheets are old, grey and with holes, making general impressions uncomfortableFood offering is quite diverse, but not much of meat and fish, mainly smith like potatoes and macarons

Swimming pools for all ages, variety of food, plenty of sunbedsBig varieties of fresh and amazing Fruits and Veggies all dayspa center with multiple options for massage and hamam Quite rooms - perfect for families with small children (we were far enough from music etc.)

All amenities restaurants are close to each other, good architectural designed and food has excellent quality.
lighting was not enough and hair drier wasn't powerfull at all but its nothing than compares to other qualifications
The staff that worked in the restaurant and in the bars.
The hotel is nowhere near 5 star, rooms are very poor and very very outdated, balcony was very small and bathroom was poor, water temp was up and down during showers, room service didn’t come everyday, mini bar wasn’t done every day, stains and marks all around the room, the floors were dirty and furniture was stained. Food was very very average and definitely not a 5 star hotel compared to many others I have stayed in.
its a great place every thing is free and comfortable i would say paloma grida hotel is greater and more fun than rixos sungate and the land of legends thank paloma grida
the air conditioning is poor thats all
The facility is nice .. entertainment program is nice
The food was not great. Drinks were not good Too crowded
Amazing location, incredible food and variety of activities. Very kids friendly. This was my third time there with my two kids and I absolutely enjoyed it to the max.
I love everything about the place.
A lot of the staffs at restaurants, cafes, bars were nice and reliable. The buildings are also nicely decorated, creating a nice atmosphere. Buffet meal was OK, the vegetables were nice.
Our room had zero sound proof, and the music from the bar or the stage was too loud in the night time. The quality of buffet meals was below our expectation. Turkish cuisine was quite nice, but other cuisine menu were not good at all (especially the sushi !). The housekeeping staffs kept providing us insufficient number of towels, never gave us slippers, never picked up our laundry, and customer relations person was not nice. The extra beds (sofa beds) were really uncomfortable, so avoid the rooms with extra beds.
The only good thing about this resort is the waterpark for children.
I recently stayed at the “5-star resort” Paloma Grida and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The rooms were dirty, with visible dust and stains on the Beds and furniture, the towels have very stinky smell. The air conditioning barely worked, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The food was terrible – bland, cold, and definitely not what you'd expect from a luxury resort. The pool was also a letdown, it was dirty and the water was hot and not well-maintained. Considering the high price, this resort is definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We stayed at this hotel for a week, our second visit here. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. We appreciated how helpful the staff was with our food restrictions, offering good lactose and gluten-free options. The water pools were very nice and the service was great. When we had a problem with our flight, the hotel management helped us a lot, which we really valued.
One thing to note: Antalya in June can be very hot, reaching 42°C. It wasn't comfortable to walk outside in this heat. But the pools were perfect for cooling off, and the air conditioning in the public areas and rooms worked well, keeping the indoor temperature comfortable.
Wonderful resort for a family holiday , food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful- facilities perfect for all ages
Personnel, food, facilities and atmosphere were great. The best hotel we've ever been to. Children were delighted and we also felt well taken care of throughout our 11-day long stay.
Rooms were a bit outdated, especially air conditining which needed to be on all night but even on lowest setting it blew strongly in our faces. Balconies were very small.Key cards to our room stopped working 8-10 times and we needed to exchange them in the reception.
Room booked through Booking.com was excellent and location on complex was great. Entertaintment was very good apart from one night when a comedian was on.Drinks and food very good. 18+ bar and beach was excellent. This was our 2nd visitwith no children and our week was primarily before school holidays. Sun beds plentyful our week but towards the end of the week prior to leaving sun beds became few and far between. Our week was 17th to 24th May.
All fine
Amazing for children. Our toddler had the best time. She loved the kids club, soft play, pools, evening entertainment, child’s eating area, beach, couldn’t have been better for her.
For adults it was terrible. The food was not good and on the one night we managed to actually get an Al a carte booking we were all ill after eating the food and there was a dead fly in my meal. Our room was very tired, not 5* standard. Plugs by the bed didn’t work, air con awful, shower either boiling or freezing, mini bar never re stocked, very loud music playing until gone 1am each day. Staff at hotel also very miserable and rude.
the food was great and we enjoyed the territory with turtles (my kids liked to play with them). Cocktail bar for adults is amazing,
we stayed in April and none of the outdoor swimming pools were heated which was a big disappointment. The beds overall are quite ucomfortable.
Very clean hotel and comfortable bedrooms. Staff very friendly. Plenty of choice to eat at different restaurants and a buffet.
Nothing to mention.
It has everything one needs. From kids activities to food to spa. It’s a perfect family vacation spot
Very bad quality food
The food was bad quality - both myself 2.5 days diarrhear - daughter 2 days.Range of fresh fruit very limited.Buying low quality products to maximise profits
