The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the team at the beach and the bar

The rooms are very small — the first one we were given was even smaller, and we had to insist strongly to get it changed. The hotel felt more like a children’s playground. In the morning, it was hard to find space in the pool because of the large inflatable toys, and you constantly had to watch out for everyone playing with balls so they wouldn’t hit you. Just use the beach side, but careful the towels, someone can take it. In the evening, if you wanted to sit in the common area, balls could still hit you or kids could disturb your table. We mentioned this to the management, but unfortunately, nothing was done about itPlus: If someone brings a glass into the pool and it breaks, the pool has to be closed for a whole day. However, bringing glass cups or bottles of champagne to the pool is not prohibited. No rules there, you can do what you want :) And You can also see that the provided bread is past its expiration date at main restaurant

We got put in a different (lower) room than we booked. Got into correct room the next day. A/C went out for a couple hours, there was a huge cockroach in our bathroom when we woke up this morning. Random kids knocking on our door and running up and down the hallway. Very loud guests next door parting until after 5 am. Food was very low quality.

No chance of getting a sunbed. Cats allowed to roam in the restaurant, some food not labeled. Breakfast finishes at 10 and then nothing to eat until mid day. Evening entertainment is quite late One silly blanket on the bed not big enough for 2 . Tea and coffee items not topped up the room when cleaned

Marmaris Prime beachExcellent, true 5 star experience, in a multicultural style hotel, most of the guests were from western Europe and Great Britain. No rude people occupying lounges with their towels. No lineups in huge main restaurant despite traffic. FOOD & DRINKS are abundant, including international brands. You can't be hungry at Prime Beach - there is always something cooking around, starting from shawerma/döner, stuffed potatos, or boiled corn, to sushi rolls and pasta in parmesan bowl.Management went miles making this stay comfy and unforgettable.Special thanks go to corteous people at reception, especially the supervisor lady. This hotel employs beautiful stuff, who helped throughout the entire stay. From welcoming valet people, to waiters and cleaning crew. Entertainment wasn't boring thanks to talented various artists.BEACH is a sand, not pebble, much of the better quality compared to Kemer and Alanya (where everything was of cheap quality and oriented for pushy, loud tourists arriving from russian federatıon)We never had an issue with the parking, valet service is just beyond the expectations.Facilities are meticulously cleaned and spotless.Short walk, manageable even for people with disabilities, brings you to a nice beach and Maldive`s style peer, offering plenty of sunbathing lounges, and bar with nice sea and sunset views.Pools were crystal clean, you can see birds drinking of it. Night club is strategically located away from the main buildings, so it could be very busy and loud 24/7 with parting young people, while not disturbing others.Endless supply of crispy snow-white towels and fresh linens - thank you to housekeeping team and hotel's management. Some of many features are: a shopping street with malls within a walking distance, ambient live music, watersports, fishing etc.Highly recommended place for all ages and countries, family and/or romantic holidays, even during the low season.

The staff were very polite and respectfulYou can’t expect five-star standards from this hotel, but its services can be excellent for a three-star level.

The hotel rooms are very old, and the bed sheets and covers are rough and uncomfortable. I recommend at least replacing the sheets in the rooms and, if possible, providing bedding of a quality comparable to five-star hotels.The hotel offered a large and varied selection of food, but the quality was very low.

We loved everything about this hotel, amazing beach and pool area, rooms cleaned every day food and drink’s were 5 star, staff could not more helpful, we will be back again next year

I could not find anything wrong with this holiday

Common areas, proximity to the beach and town. Fitness facility is reasonably good. Swimming area at the beach was very good for long swims. Coffee shop and the trained baristas are good touches. Entertainers were quite good.

Food was average. Room was old (this may be only for the wing we stayed in). Wines included with the all- inclusive tasted cheap.

Great staffs, clean facilitiesAlso entertainment was incredible. Because of my disorder, I could not eat all foods but as far as I eat, they were nice. Sea is good. Disco is nice if u like nightlife but not so much people show up

- Rather quite and chill place for staying and having good R&R with the one you love- Excellent location on the seaside with many places to walk and visit nearby- Nice clean room with an excellent sea view, comfortable bed- Clean tiny beach that offers what's needed for a good tan or swim- Excellent food diversity, you have almost everything you can wish for here- Large hotel territory with lots of places to chill in when you have time- Totally quiet after 11PM, thanks to that we got a lot of good sleep- Higher room class was offered on check in, did not expect that, and the room offered was gorgeous- Tremendous satisfaction to cost ratio, I'd say it's one of the best- Very helpful staff: I have forgotten my bag in the hotel on checkout, and they kindly collected and packed it, gave it to the taxi driver I communicated with that was to bring bag to the airport, promptly communicated with me on the issue when the bag was found and then tracked the issue to the very happy end (until the bag was delivered), many many many thanks for the help!

Room is non soundproof , its look like caravan , if the room beside your room go wc you can hear them , if talking is such talking in your room , always people book from booking app. They get bad rooms , my room was in last floor , roof is very low so room be very hot if air condition off one second .

Great location. Staff were lovely. Food was plenty and great tasting. Rooms were quite comfortable.

The property was awful. Small rooms that look nothing like the photos, not to mention the room wasn’t cleaned properly . There was blood on the bed sheets and pillowcase plus blood on cotton pad in the vanity box which clearly hadn’t been checked. The breakfast dining area was unclean with stains on almost all dining chair fabric. The breakfast was abysmal, how anyone could eat it really puzzled me.

The reception area is the nicest part of the hotel once you walk beyond there it’s not very nice

The location was amazing! The food was available from early morning til 9 pm. The variety of the food and the activities. Shops are few steps away and the Bazar is 10-15 mins walk or 3 minutes with a taxi. The staff were friendly and the place was super clean around the clock no matter how full the hotel was.

The hotel is located in the center and it is easy to reach everywhere. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The food was delicious and diverse. Even a picky eater can easily find something to eat. The hotel's staff are polite and helpful. The pool was large and had enough sunbeds. The beach is narrow but long. There are enough sun loungers on the beach. We had no problems finding sun loungers. We had a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
