Over priced room. Hard to access and complete breakdown of communication about luggage assistance. Not due to language they just never showed up at agreed location to assist with baggage

The location is perfect to restaurants and shops. However the taxi can not get there and you have to use your GPS to walk there after getting out of taxi. Was never told this even though communicated with property many times. We booked a seaview room with terrace and room was very nice. Breakfast excellent.

We booked 2 other rooms of same category and they gave us rooms in other buildings with no seaview and commmon terrace was outside the room and they said this was same as private terrace! Ridiculous. Just be aware. They are very nice and apologetic but said they had no other rooms so basically oversold the better rooms.there are lots of stairs. Not an issue for us though but may be for others

Access to the hotel is very difficult. There is no internet in the rooms, the reception does not speak English, it is difficult to understand the language

The room was extremely small that we had a hard time just opening the luggage inside

Only 1 bathroom The internet was poor and it was very difficult getting the password from the staff at the property.When we eventually got it only 2 devices were allowed. Nowhere near enough for this modern world with kids.Lots of staff standing around but not much happening.The whole stay seemed controlled, internet/breakfast. Not something I expected for the price.

This hotel was an excellent value for the price. The otel had exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, amazing views and a clean comfortable room. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic staff and amazing terrace breakfests. Lounge furniture on main terrace for a glass of wine in the evening was really nice. In the center of old Marmaris, lots of walking small streets up and down. No parking, but the owner took our car from the edge of old town to a car park where we left it for our stay. Room was beautiful, overlooked the old harbor.

Very close to "Bar Street", got really loud 10-4am. Shut windows and running AC made a world of difference after our first night when we didn't know better.

The room with the amazing view of the sea! The location is near to the centre, full of nice shops and movida. Breakfast and staff super ! Additional note: the toothbrush :)

Great breakfast with spectacular terrace views.

In the morning staff seemed to be lounging around the ground floor waiting for guests to vacate their rooms so they could clean them. Just wasn';t a good look of staff sitting on the floor looking at their phones.

The property was nice and so is the location.

You could hear the neighbours next door as if you are in the same room. If you want to a have good night sleep, you will not get it here. Very close to the clubs which goes on until about 2am and also close to the mosque, where prayer starts very early too.

Location, staff and cleanliness.

The hotel is in separated building and it is in narrow road up hill therefore car can’t reach it. You have to work 5 minutes from where the car stop and there’s no sign for the hotel unless you ask or go up the hill to see small sign. Also there is no privacy for using the bathroom.
