They let Another guest in my room when I was out and he ripped up all of my clothes and smashed my belongings they did nothing to help I was in the police station for 3 hours

The family feel welcome was amazing. We arrived many hours before check in and within 2 hrs our room was ready.. 4hrs early! Beds are over due a replacement. Breakfast was perfect. Rami's pool/bar was an added bonus! ? memories made ???

I booked this hotel for my mom and aunt. They said everything was good.

But the hotel try to charge for the air conditioner. Which does not make any sense.

Even you don’t have water in the bathroom. big face from owner !because of it, that workers are afraid every little step they are taking… incredibly poor breakfast. But really poor ! Never ever again.. besides location nothing nice in the hotel!

The diva bar is amazing, the staff are lovely the food and drinks and delicious and reasonably priced and all staff who work there go out of their way for you, and they LOVE kids. The hotel is what lets the place down, so if you want to visit diva I would recommend going to the bar and use the pool facilities but don't use the hotel

where do I start!! having stayed in this hotel many times the year before and loved it I can't believe I am now writing this and definitely not returning here again! the hotel rooms are small but they are absolutely fine for the price. however for out 10 nighty stay we didn't have our room cleaned once or our bed changed. the cleaners came in to empty our bin and occasionally give us clean towels but most of the time they hung our dirty ones back up in the bathroom. I also had my engagement ring stollen from our room which was 100% stollen and not lost and the worse thing is the smug face on the cleaners face when spoke to about it. I fell disgusted by this... not only this other people staying there got talking and they had money stollen from their room and a children had her teddy taken also, all within the 2 days of speaking to each other. the hotel did NOTHING! my nan who was also staying there found a live bat, yes BAT under her grandchild's bed and god knows how long it was there because the room wasn't cleaned in 10 days. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT be staying here ever again and I don't recommend anyone stay either! on the other hand the diva bar next door is absolutely brilliant and we do recommend highly

I didn't like anything at the hotel

There were several things I didn't like about this hotel especially the very high price, poor cleanliness of the hotel, poor cleaning from the staff, different bed arrangement to what I booked, too many noisy people who came to use the pool even though they were not staying at the hotel and I nearly got charged for my breakfast even though I paid for it.

Location, room was sufficient for 2 people. I’d requested twin beds, when given a double, I spoke to reception and they were happy to change the room

Nothing that I disliked enough to remember. I usually go self catering. Because of this I think I’d of like a kettle in room

Cleanliness, Location, pool, bar, staff

Free breakfast was bland and boring comprising of boiled eggs, fetta cheese, bread, and sliced tomatoes.The air con cost an aditional £44 to use, which i refused,I had to step into the shower to gain access the loo after openning the door to the bathroom, a tad tight for space.Wifi only available on the ground floor.

Rooms a little dated

Location is ok but doesn't matter where you are in the town as it's only a 10 min walk to the other side

Breakfast was dispicable one small table with sliced salty cheese. Hard boiled eggs black and green olives over ripe sliced tomatoes sliced cucumber and some sliced bread pots of margarine and runny strawberry jam. Tea or coffee you had to chase them for it if they remembered and a slimy barman room was dated probably from the 90's when it opened no WiFi upstairs only by bar I booked through booking.com otherwise an extra £40 per week for Aircon.

location and value for money

on our first morning the lady on reception approached me very abruptly and said that the room had not been paid for. I told her that I booked it a few months before through booking.com and paid on my credit card (I even showed her my credit card transaction)she kept demanding that I put my card in the machine to pay them! I honestly don’t know how I managed to keep calm as I was raging at this point. I told her I would not be paying another penny and I would contact booking.com and my bank. My partner then asked if our second booking had been paid for (we had our first week in Diva hotel, Icmeler, second week in Istanbul then back to Diva Hotel, Icmeler for our third week)the lady checked and she said yes this is paid for so I said well I booked them together so how can 1 be paid and not the other? she was looking through the paperwork and found my booking for the first week and it had been paid, she didn’t even apologise she just brushed it off!I think they will have tried to do this with a lot of customers and people will end up paying twice!I will not be booking Diva Hotel again! ☹️

i did not like the extra charges for the air conditioner when playing pool at night the reception complained about us making a lot of noise although the whole street was full of noise and music… it seems they did not like us playing without buying any drinks or something ?

The location is very good

Once you arrive thy will ask for extra money to use the AC in the room , but in booking dose not show or tell something like that. And i asked for a double bed room which was showing in the picture when you select your room , but again once you arrive they gave us different room which was 2 separate single bed

Very poor

everything is extra pay ( air-condition -water ) .It is forbidden to use room towels for swimming, new towels must be purchased from the detective. the breakfast is not fresh . No billiards after 12 o'clock . Nobody speaks English .

Great location for beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and tidy with a nice pool area . The staff were lovely in the hotel, Diva Bar, and Chef Restaurant where we had breakfast. The shower was good, plenty of hot water. I paid for air conditioning which worked well, still a very good price for a 2 week stay with breakfast. Breakfast was fine for me, eggs, cheese, bread, etc. Can purchase a full English for £2 , although personally not my thing ! I would certainly stay again, good value hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

I had a double room for single use, but the wardrobe was tiny, with 4 hangers provided. Not much storage for clothes, especially if there were 2 people . However, this is a very minor problem.Also, it can be noisy until midnight, due to the proximity of bars. Didn't bother me - if you can't beat them....
