The room was decent but no kettle was provided in the room and neither was an iron.

The food was bland and tasteless and not very appealing to the eye but the confectioneries and desserts were ok

Staff is mostly friendly, close to the beach

SunBeds on the beach are worn out, the “private” beach section is very tiny and not comfortable to be at. The food was horrible and too much noise from the hotel next door with loud disco until 12pm

Some bits in the room could do with a bit of tic-replace mouldy grout, a/c bit weakFood particularly breakfast poor-lots of cheese and processed meats CHIPS for breakfast! Almost everyday a ‘kebab’ but just meat in different formation and mostly turkey. Pool snack bar very limited to a burger as far as I could see and not open till lunch service startedBar only had gin, vodka and raki for spirits. Beer ran out a few times. No bar menu/list so no clue of options. Sun beds limited on busy days and many broken with fixed parasols so couldn’t move them as sun movedBroken pool edges and decking areas No drinks service at beach and sun beds behind the water sports stand so not direct access to sea also next to canal entrance so not as clean water in that areaI recognise we were in turkey but staff limited in English apart from main reception gentleman.

Quite before season start near to beach, foods are good, staffs are kind

There was a company event, one Nihat restaurant was resereved for them,we couldn't choose olur meals, we had to order to waiters without know all options, but it was ok bu the way, just they did live music for this group and it end up around midnight.

Not bathroom facilities in every room and very bad Wi-Fi but I understand,it is like that everywhere there so it’s not a big deal :)Food could be better but still nice!

Air con does not work properly in the room and cannot be controlled (we could not switch it on / off). In the night, we were freezing. But in the morning and day, it was like a sauna. The food was also very limited - mainly stew dishes. Lastly, the bed did not come with an over sheet. But instead a small hard blanket which did not cover us.

Check-in not good arrived late after a long flight no food or drink offered. Breakfast needed more fresh fruit & yogurts maybe. Cleaning around pool not good tables never cleaned. Pool needs a good clean around. Beach sun loungers has never been cleaned. Staff only friendly and happy after you tipped them. Wi-fi not good.

it is by no means a 4 star hotel ! It isn’t clean, worse air conditioning , no parking, there is no good breakfast , (except omlet), bathroom … no words to describe

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the middle of Icmeler

The number of dishes was very limited. Unfortunately, the quality of the most of them was below average as well. No natural juice. Poor wi-fi connection only in public locations.

The food was good and everywhere was so clean. The location is perfect only few metres from beach. Some of the staff members were kind. Good price for what we got.

The wifi was not so strong and some of the members from staff cant speak english.

The hotel was exactly what we expected it to be and slightly better. The bedrooms were clean with a mini fridge and an air conditioner. We had a nice view of the pool and the sea. The pool is not too big but is the right size if you just want to chill. The sea is literally across the road from the hotel with dedicated space for the hotel residents. However, if you are looking for crystal clear waters, we would recommend you drive 30mn to Amor beach or just go on a boat trip. The food was amazing, really good variety and the quality was great. It was our first time going all inclusive and we liked it. Drinks are also available and the staff gives you a list of what is included in the all inclusive. We also were working remotely whilst there so if you are the same bring your own wifi as the one in the hotel is not the best and you can only get it in the reception area. Icmeler is a really nice town with everything you need, at night you can go for a walk nearby as it is very safe to do so. The neighboring stores are very cute and adapted to tourists. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a good value for money.

Food is trash Air conditioning in the room almost didn't work all drinks are so bad quality it's impossible, coffee - forget it. Wine - don't even try.That's my first and last time giving a chance to all-inclusive hotel

The property was in close proximity to the beach. However pictures shown of the beach are not part of the property.

There are many hotels and bars in surrounding areas playing loud music so it can be quite noisy in the rooms in the evening.

Can’t say that it’s 4* hotel, I would say 3+. Stuff tries to be friendly, quite clean, but small issues decrease you satisfaction, for example: after room cleaning from 5 towels were left only 3, or 4, or again 5. Showel gel and shampoo bottles has never been renewed within 1 week. “All included” after 4 days start to be annoying, because dishes are very-very similar all the time. Absence of real juice, something strange instead of that. Internet is weak and is available only in public places. Hope you’ll fix these small issues to correspond to real 4*. So can’t say that all these are fatal or bad, but price-wise it’s not optimal - choice of better hotel without food with eating at restaurants will cost about the same but will definitely make you much happier with more impressions. That’s what we did for our second week.

In comparison to other hotel like elite world next door, its 30% cheaper - difference is , no drink service on the beach or the pool self service, or more variety of food. On the positive side rooms are always clean, all the staffs are very helpfull. Location to the beach only 50 yards away where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Another plus side the pool was not busy and sunshine all day. We used the price difference money from the hotel for the daily tips we handed out throughout our holidays, of course everyone to their own opinion. To work 12 to 16 hours a day every day and give a superb service deserves credit in my books.

The extra fee for the safety deposit box 2 euros per day and the very slow and weak wifi signal.
