We did not get the sea view room that we paid extra because the room was on the first floor with partial sea view But we did get a free upgrade to a suite.

It is compact and convenient. Good value for money

The woman at the reception, Elvan. She’s really disrespectful, she treats guests as if they’re there to beg for help. Hotel management should do something about her

Food.

Our bedroom had many issues. The toilet was not stable and wobbly. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were feeling the springs in the mattress. Even though they changed the bed, they put a protection that was sliding which didn’t feel comfortable. I asked for a fresh orange juice on the 1’st day and the restaurant manager rejected it and said those are with an additional charge. He could have honored the first one as a courtesy rather than being mean.

Great location, facilities, staff, quality of food and drinks.

The beach is private and public at the same time. that means that non hotel guests rend sun beds and umbrellas to stay there, need be careful with personal belongings.

The staff, the service and the atmosphere was 10/10.We liked the thematic nights and the water sports in the pool. The food is also very good.The staff is super friendly and attentive.

Everything was great.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great entertainment program. The food is good but a bit repetitive. Great location, nice pool and beach. Really great english-speaking staff, friendly and helpful. Daily refilled soft drinks in minibar.

A bit dated facilities.Some of the alcoholic beverages are really poor quality.

We liked the entertainment in the afternoon and evenings.Thanks to the kids club team and to Mrs Funda from guest relations who assisted us throughout our stay.She was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

We didnt like the lack of air conditioning in the corridors upstairs.It was stinking hot and smelt of mould.Housekeerping was also very poor standard.

some of the staff not understanding English will and also they give more regards to some nationalities either than others specially in restaurant and open buffet staff and guest relations.No one asked us about our opinion and we didn’t found any agency for trips or front office to help us if we want to make any tours.

Staff are professional and their behavior indicates a very good management. Animation team and their programs are amazing and very interactive with hotel guests. Bad luck we had to attend the night show at the lobby for two nights because weather was windy. However they did really well even in their. View from the beach is beautiful. Food variety and taste are very good in all 3 main meals. Hot, cold, fresh dishes and stations are good.

The way to the hotel entrance is a bit tricky if you are driving and relying on maps. Tried the snack bar once and ordered pan cooked chicken and it was really bad from taste and presentation aspects. Some facilities look old.

very clean and excellent staff throughout the hotel- they could not do enough for you from the service from the friendly waiters to the animation team - evening entertainment was very good the shower was the best I have had on a holiday!!!!the spa was also amazing - had last day couples turkish bath with aloe Vera wash and a massage - absolutely amazing ! the views of the bay are lovely - and the hotel has various places to sit to appreciate this - on the beech too which was brilliant - never sat at the beach as the sun beds at pool were so comfy and good breeze around the pool area

only down side is the journey from the airport but taxi service is good - hotel opened earlier than normal (usually may) so ichmeler itself was quieter

Worse Experience Ever

Location and hotel was once Casablanca of Turkey. But time has changed and now it looks like a rip off cheap hotel. Hotel is visibly very old. Staff are uneducated cheap workforce. There’s no European or western guests and hotel obviously don’t target them. Hotel is targeting local tourist who have no understanding of 5 star concept, etiquette or manners . We came with my wife and her parents and form the first moment we’ve regretted. Not a single professionalism or quality were witnessed.

1. Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling, cooperative and fluent in speaking English.2. Hotel clean, calm, not no much noise and with stunning nature view 3. Restaurant with a different variety of food, friendly staff and quick service 4. Shows for kids and adults are nice5. Good concierge service

1. AC is not cold: can be adjusted and improved

The food was outstanding, especially the Adana bbq. The staff go out of their way and they are very friendly. Also, They have great entertainment for kids after dinner. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We will be back next year!

Beach front, very big garden, large swimming pool, sandy beach, excellent food, daily fresh , hot BBQs in the main restaurant. Very much helpful staff, very active and cooperative staff in the clinic, in restaurants , in the bars.

Carpet in the corridors. Low ceilings in the corridors.

Great location on the beach and right in the village. Nice compact rooms but so well organised and comfy. Nice fresh varienty of meals. Clean and tidy everywhere. Great job!
