Marti La Perla - Adult Only+16

What I really enjoyed at Marti La Perla, was the beautiful beachfront location, the calm and relaxing atmosphere, and the stunning views of the sea. The rooms were comfortable, the pool area was well-kept, and the direct access to the beach made the stay truly special. The overall vibe was peaceful and perfect for unwinding.

What I didn’t like was that the food wasn’t tasty at all, so next time I would prefer not to take the all-inclusive option. Also, the staff were not very welcoming, and it was quite hard to communicate with them in English.

Very good location, large and clean rooms, nice view on the pool and beach. Nice night animation.

The food needs improvement with more varieties Breakfast as well needs improvement, no omelet bar, no waffles for kids, no fresh juice. Parking is an issue.

Location and staff

Food revamp. If you are not in the first line you will miss plenty of food. All you will have is bread, some eggs and butter. The same was with dinner and supper. But to admit you'll never stay hungry. Also the beach bar cocktails - I couldn't differ alcho and non-alcho ones, they seemed all the same to me. Probably, I am not much of a heavy-drinker but we started asking for pure booze and making cocktails by themselves. Wi-Fi coverage was strange. It worked properly only when you were in the hotel or very close to it. Couple of steps away to the beach or the lawn and it's gone or worked very slowly.

Food service entertainment location for water.

One of the best pet-friendly hotels in the region.Food is delicious and healthy.Staff is fantastic, including management to reception, animators to restaurant chefs, from bar tenders to waiters.Each afternoon, there is an activity, and each evening, an additional one. The sea and the beach are fantastic, and the pools are good.

Parking might be problematic, but Reception solves it quickly, no worries, just communicate with very friendly people from the hotel.

Location and facilities. We have stayed in this hotel before and this year services had improved, especially Dinara at the reception was particularly helpful and very hospitable. Food was great and common areas were clean.

The staff at the property were lovely, but the Marti team were exceptional. They had issues with sorting out our accommodation due to the large frequency of visitors at the time that I attended, and were more than happy to move us over to their sister hotel Marti Deluxe Resort. The whole time we were there they gave us exceptional service and the Assistant Manager Ahmet was outstanding. He made sure to let me know to ask him if I needed anything. As much as I didn’t want to be a burden, at times when I needed help, I went to him and he always solved my issues with a massive smile on his face and made me feel more than welcome. On my last day there, one of the saddest parts was saying goodbye to the amazing staff that we met there and I will most definitely be attending Marti again. Kudos to you Marti team! You really impressed me. :).

The room offered a stunning view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The evening entertainment was of high quality, and the variety in the all-inclusive meals, which changed daily, kept things interesting. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Easy and nice access to the private beach with beautiful sea. A lot of services and activities in the hotel during the day and night. Great food at the restaurant and all inclusive services at all bars in the hotel.

Being a 4-star hotel one would expect high-level services as impeccable cleaning of rooms and full availability to accommodate guests' requests. Our room was not cleaned at all one day and the other days there was no towels nor sheets change unless specifically requested to the guest relations manager. We noticed that the fridge was not cooling water bottles and we were told by the reception that that was only a cool keeper not a refrigerator. However, after a technician passed by to look at it, it turned out it was cooling the bottles again.Very poor reception service as they did not answer the phone when we tried to call 4 times one afternoon when we were out of the hotel for a tour. Finally, we requested if the restaurant could stay open 10 minutes after closing time as we were running slightly late but we were told it was not possible. We were not even offered food to be stored for us.Finally, it's a shame that such a beautiful beach is ruined by hundreds of cigarettes and plastic in the sand which is never cleaned by personnel nor are the sunbeds.

The food was not as expected for the price, the no variety and most of the main dishes are not tasty Also we notice that most staff clothes are dirty.Finally, although it is all inclusive booking, but most of the drinks are not for free, only the basic ones..

I had an exceptional stay at Marti La Pera in Marmaris. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms offered stunning views of the coastline. The amenities exceeded all my expectations.

Staying at the Marti La Perla exceeded our expectations without a doubt. This +16 hotel is just like a paradise. Kind staff welcomed us with famous Turkish hospitality. Every member of the team is extremely professional.

I can’t understand why previous reviews were so bad.We visited this hotel in July 2024.Thıs year the hotel ıs wonderful! We enjoyed everything in this hotel,especially the fact that there are no kids in the hotel (16+),beautiful area, everything close at hand the sea is very close to the hotel .There are umbrellas and beds at the beach , they give you beach towels every day. There is imported alcohol in the pub.The coffee machines make coffee from real coffee beans. In the lobby they make also Turkish coffee for free:)Fom 2pm tıll 4pm they serve ıce-cream(Algida).The main restaurant ıs amazing there are different kinds of meat every day even from tandoor.good wine.they clean rooms every day and change bedding very often. The staff is super friendly.In the whole the concept of the hotel is brilliant.It’s like a 5 star hotel.

This property would have scored exceptional by us except for the cleaners stealing 2 pairs of shoes from our room on the last day - very very disappointing (we even left a good tip for the cleaners which I regretted afterwards) - completely spoilt what would of been a great holiday - would not stay at the hotel again because of this ? - food was good but service in the restaurant was very hit and miss - the pool bar was terrible for service and very very slow - however when you did eventually get a drink it was good

Need to get on top housekeeping. I had to ask to clean my room, and they would not leave the basic like towels toilet paper. But when asked, I would quickly do so

The location was good.

Many things:- They gave us initially the smallest possible room even tough we booked a Deluxe Suite.- The title for this hotel should be: Al Inclusive but you don't get anything! - I asked at 4:10pm if I can get an Ice Cream. The Lady answered very nasty that it is closed from 4pm! - At diner when I asked for a second glass of red wine the answer was: Red wine is finished.- AC did not work.- Minibar although advertised was empty from the beginning.- Food options were not as expected.- Staff not helpful at all.- Almost no one speaks English in the hotel.- When we left one day earlier none of the staff asked a single question why!
