Great location with gorgeous surroundings, really enjoyed the area. The hotel and amenities are dated but thoughtfully refurbished, and the beach was decent.

This property is not a 5-star hotel as advertised, and it’s not kid-friendly. We came for a family reunion at the end of the season and the hotel was clearly short-staffed. Food was decent but repetitive with limited options and empty stations at lunch and dinner. At times only one bar was open with a single bartender. Entertainment was weak—no host, music blaring—and when I politely asked the manager to lower the volume for our child and relatives, he dismissed the request. Staff rarely engaged with feedback, and many struggled with English, making simple requests difficult. If a hotel claims a 5-star rating, service and hospitality should match. I would not recommend this property for families with children.

The location is one of the best . Another issues is cost all together - means breakfast, lunch and dinner , mid day snacks, evening snacks and mid night snacks and unlimited drinks make me too much happy …. It’s great package. They are best but upon my request they allow 2 hours late check out . It’s very important of your flight in mid night or more then 6 hours later …. Thanks the team

Mid night check in staffs need to more professionals with good English. My check in take long time and some with others who come to check in at mid night … after a log journey everyone wants smith check in

When we checked in (at 16;30) first we were told the room was not ready (although it should be ready by 2pm), the reception was super hot but we thought this was an exceptional case, a lot of people were filing up at the reception asking about it and the reception confirmed all would be resolved in couple of hours. We checked in to the room after an hour later and it was like a sauna inside. Mind you we were with a 6 year old so we could not stay inside, went out to enjoy outdoors - have dinner in Marmaris. We called the hotel couple of hours later, nothing was fixed, and then tried 3-4 hours later - again no AC?? the weather is 45celcius outside so there was no way we could stay in this hotel and had to check out. Since this incident, we have been trying to get our refund but neither booking.com nor the hotel helps. In fact, the hotel does not even respond. The worst experience, avoid at all costs.

Everything was included from food, drinks, and sweets as well the food was so tasty . Also the beach was so nice and they offered also free snacks.

The staff were not polite and they didn’t give me the room that i booked.

It was incredibly dirty, run down and poorly organized. It is a very long list of things and I am not going to waste my time listing everything. From dirty and ripped towels, to leaking bathtub to clogged sinks to broken faucets and shower head, and toilets falling apart, broken doors that stay open or do not lock, and everything dirty dirty dirty. What this hotel needs to do is close down and remodel everything and train their staff better. How dare them charging 800 euros per day for our room? Complete joke. They claim they are a 5 star hotel but I give them 3 stars max. I do not mind paying but this was a complete rip off. False advertising. Stay away!

the room was terrible 1st the room wasn't clean and old worn out. full of bugs and cockroches , the bed sheets were old , the AC wasn't efficient . i spoke to the staff lobby about the housekeeping issue they only cleaned the balcony forgot about the room . the phone wasn't working properly so the replace it and safety box also the technician came and fix it . the buffet was decent not 5 stars .

A business with disastrously poor communication, starting from the highest level of staff, that urgently needs professional help in communication. It’s sad to see that a hotel that claims to be this “established” is so far behind its competitors in terms of professionalism. Let me list their communication failures point by point:1. Due to the reasons I will explain below, we decided to leave one night early, forfeiting the fee we had already paid for the last day. When I went to the reception for check-out, the receptionist hastily called the guest relations manager. Just as we were beginning to wonder, “Were we being unfair?”, we explained the situation to the manager, whose only reaction was: “Oh well, never mind.”2. On the evening of our departure, we decided to have dinner before completing the check-out process. We had already removed our wristbands. As I hurriedly parked the car in front of the hotel and rushed to the restaurant, I was rudely called out from behind by an older man with a bun hairstyle, whom I later learned was Mr. Cem (internally referred to as the F&B Manager). He asked why I wasn’t wearing a wristband. I found this strange because, as he himself later admitted, at least 30% of guests weren’t wearing theirs either. When I politely asked him at the table why he had singled me out, he claimed, “I ask everyone.” Yet, at that very moment, two people at the table to my left—clearly a Russian family—weren’t wearing bands either. I counted at least 15 guests at nearby tables without wristbands. So I can’t help but wonder: does Mr. Cem decide whom to accuse of theft based on clothing or whether they’re Turkish?3. Since we live abroad, we booked through Booking.com. The reservation was non-refundable, but due to a last-minute change in plans, we considered canceling the last night. Knowing it was non-refundable, I still contacted the hotel through Booking.com, assuming they might care about goodwill and customer satisfaction.

The location was amazing and the staff so friendly. Great activities for kid’s.

The room is getting a bit old but it is comfortable.

There is nothing to say about “what did you like?” There hotel does not deserve any single USD that we paid for. A total disappointment!

The housekeeping is horrible, the rooms are extremely dirty, there were full of hairs in the room, full of dust and lack of staff. We traveled with our kid hoping to have a kids club; yet the place was so extremely dirty. We kept our kid there only for 5 minutes. On the other hand, the entertainment area is like a kids club size, there is nowhere to sit at all. Most of the staff are agressive; nobody smiles at all. Moreover, the AC was horrible, we sweated all the night since they put a tiny AC into a large room.

I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. The outdoor pools were large, clean, and pleasantly warm — and despite the number of guests, it never felt crowded thanks to the spacious layout. The spa was excellent, offering a truly relaxing experience. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.The food was great, and both the restaurant and bar had a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the resort’s private beach — it was a peaceful and beautiful spot to unwind. After my first night, I moved into a different room which turned out to be very nice and comfortable. One unique highlight was the on-site photographer — we took advantage of this service to capture a few special moments from our trip, which made for some wonderful memories.

However, my stay started off on the wrong foot. Upon arrival, I was given a different room than the one I had booked — it was clearly a downgrade, not properly cleaned, and yet I was told it was an "upgrade." It was disappointing to feel misled. Fortunately, I was moved to a room closer to what I had originally reserved the next day, which was much better, but I do believe this situation could have been handled more professionally from the beginning.Despite this issue, the resort itself has a lot to offer, and I did enjoy the rest of my time there. I would consider coming back, but I hope the check-in experience is improved for future guests.

We had a Fantastic time at Marti! The resort was just stunning, Ahmed was fantastic and upgraded our room on arrival to celebrate our son's second birthday and our anniversary which was much appreciated. The views were gorgeous, food was delicious with constant variation and choice for all dietary requirements. The staff couldn't have been more child friendly. Exceptionally clean and great facilities! We spent a lot of time at the indoor pool and jacuzzi too which was brilliant. Fantastic stations all round the resort for relaxation, drinking, playing, a patisserie or Icecream, snack bars and a tiered pool that was fab. We will certainly be coming back in the future. Location was perfect, right on the beach 2mins from Icmeler town, a bus stop literally out the front to travel either direction. Less than 10min to Marmaris town.A fantastic disco and kids club for the older kids.. although our son was turning 2 during our stay (club was 5+) they welcomed him to be included with activities as we stayed with him to allow him to paint and create and interact with the others. Great holiday. Really wonderful memories made!Thank you Marti Resort! ???

With a bus stop right outside and just 10 minutes to Marmaris.•Memorable experience: Warm, inclusive atmosphere made it a truly special holiday with wonderful memories.

Food was delicious and well presented and staff are very helpful and nice , the massage is very nice also the hair stylist , in the evening was kids disco and life music ( pianist excellent) last day we found out that there was more activities for kids , views wonderful , Leo is very nice he helped us to organise better our activities, Thanks for making our stay amazing!!

Ac not working properly, and the reception didn't inform us about all benefits we have there , we didn't know what we can do in the hotel . No music in the evening on the terrace ,the room was clean!

I have never had a experience as good as Marti hotel, since the moment we walked in to the hotel till the minute we left we had nothing but a amazing experience.We got to the hotel and Ahmed at reception had upgraded us to a suite when we were only booked in a standard room. We got to our room and was given wine and fresh fruit which would come again everytime we were finished. The workers are so hard working and the loveliest people we have ever met and we were there with our 9 month son and every single staff member made so much of a effort with him constantly making him smile, watching him while me and my partner went to pick our lunch.Food was outstanding and 5* presentation the drinks were also amazing I was having sex on the beach as it was absolutely lovelyOur room was cleaned everyday and was perfect everytime we went back in Every single person in Marti work so hard to make your experience the bestOn Valentine’s Day they set up a table for me and my partner with roses and candles with such a amazing view of the sea they also give him flowers to give me which we thought was the most thoughtful thing they could have done.Definitely 5* quality hotel!!We didn’t even leave and we booked to come back in September which we are so excited to do.Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a fabulous trip

Everything was perfect starting from the check in to checkout , the staff were very professional and Kind , especially the manager assistant “Ahmad” he is one of the reason that will let me back again , the view was wonderful , everything was clean.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room can see the sea. You can see the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. It's also very quiet and a 5-star hotel with a lot of history. This reservation includes breakfast and dinner. The food is very good and highly recommended. It was also my favorite hotel on the trip. Thanks to the hotel manager HK Phi nar Front office Ali for upgrading our room, the service was very good, thank you very much

No, everything's fine

The location is excellent you can easily walk to the Icmeler centre or get the sea taxi to Marmaris. The food was very good for an all inclusive. The Mexican restaurant was excellent.

No beach bar, little choice of restaurants. Rooms are a little dated.
