Loved that free parking was included! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with restaurants, cafés, and markets just a short walk away. Having a washing machine and kitchenette was super convenient, and the complimentary supplies were a nice touch. We’ll definitely book again.

The front door could benefit from a more user-friendly lock system to make entry and exit smoother.

Good location - room is clean

Very rude staff, not helpful at all - they don’t even give you water bottles super stingy. No room service for cleaning, we asked for more cookies which they had in the room first day we got there, never refilled it again for us even though we asked and they said okay. No one speaks English from the entire staff. You’ll have to take your bags up and down the stairs by yourself without help. Also it’s super loud in the room at night due to the bars/clubs around you.

The property had a nice interior design and a bright room. The location was relatively convenient for exploring Marmaris, and there was a dedicated parking area about 200m from the property.

Cleanliness was below expectations – the room and facilities did not feel properly maintained. Apart from Mrs. Aslı, who was kind and attentive, the overall service could have been more welcoming and responsive. In addition, for the price, the lack of an elevator to the 3rd floor was inconvenient. Overall, the value for money did not match what was advertised.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and in a convenient location, near to shops, restaurants, beach etc. We did a day trip to the ruins in Amos and the views were stunning. Great stay!

Very comfortable place, lovely looking. However, kitchenette facilities weren't functional. Moreover, there was a sign in the kitchenette that cooking fish is not allowed!

no single thing i didn’t like

Nice, large room with three balconies and a bathtub in the room. There was a small, functional kitchen and a good smart TV. It was rounded off by a comfortable, large king-size bed.

It is just a building with apartments, not a hotel. There is a small reception but no restaurant, bar or anything similar - you should be aware of that. The rooms were handed over clean, but not even cleaned afterwards. The towels were not changed either, despite being asked to do so. The really functional kitchen was very sparsely equipped. What I really didn't like was the solution with the toilet and shower - very small rooms, only separated by a pane of glass, which makes it extremely uncomfortable over a longer period of time. Also the sink is not in the bathroom, so you can wash your hands, but simply in the room. The cable on the hairdryer was broken. The doors have a traditional lock with a key, you always have to lock them.

It has a beautiful décor and our room was spacious, making a great first impression.The bed was very comfortable. the balcony with perfect sitting area was great, and we enjoyed our time there.Also, nice coffee always available at reception.

the bathroom and toilet are uncomfortably small and lack privacy, which was awkward for both of us. you have to pay extra (about 7 euros) to have your room cleaned.the stairs are tricky if you have mobility issues, so request a lower floor.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely clean rooms. Loved the natural feel of the place. The grounds outside of hotel were lovely and serene.

The stairs as I struggle with stairs after an injury.

Great location in the heart of shopping area .Nice apartment ,really clean, smells beautiful .Its very quiet with fab gardens with Olive trees everywhere. Run by such lovely kind ladies always ready to help. I travelled with my husband & sister & we all loved this place it’s a real gem of a find.Cant wait to return and see the resident cat Suleman & his friend who enjoyed our treats haha! Seriously great stay with with wonderfull hospitality.100% recommend it!

Fourth floor room (penthouse) no lift.

The set up in the room was beautiful and relaxing. The place was neat and clean. But it was the staff whom was incredible. I can't remember her name but she was extremely helpful and kind and made our experience really memorable. We will be back bc of her.

the showers were a tad small didn't have a door on the glass which soaked the bathroom.

Hard to curry the bags cause no elevator and you have to take it 3 floors , no services available cause its apartment not hotel , the air condition is not enough for the penthouse so its hot they have to add one more

The location was good, the staff were friendly and kind. The room had good amenities including the in-room tub.

There was no water for a large amount of the time we stayed there. We were told this happens frequently in this area. It was very uncomfortable because of this at first.

Staff especially Mrs. Yüksel sh was extremely helpful and has great passion for her work

Not having elevator

The staff especially Mrs. Yüksel she was extremely helpful, she helped with carrying our luggage to the room is there was no elevator and she responded to our calls and requests with great passion, she is great to deal with.

Clean and good location. Close to beaches, located right on the main street with shops.

Rooms were small, but did have all the necessities required. No lifts made it difficult for suitcases.
