Zarkadis Beach Apartments

This was a traditional Greek building with lovely Greek owners who kept the place spic and span . It was a natural beautiful garden with old Pinetrees with the most amazing smells of nature . I could not have wished for a better place to have stayed .

There was nothing I could fault at all with this hotel I have travelled extensively and I’m confident to say that I was very happy and satisfied overall with this beautiful traditional place. We stayed in the attic so it was amazing .

Wonderful location next to the beach and close to amenities. The owners could not be any more helpful and the property is clean and well maintained. Second time we have stayed here and will hopefully return in the future.

Amazing location on a private beach and not far from the tsilvi main center with all the good restaurants. The hosts were incredibly nice. We had a blast

Location was fantastic almost on the beach. Sunbeds in the garden were a great advantage. Location late Sept was quiet. Large bed was really comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine and the sandwich maker were a bonus to the kitchenette. Water heated quickly and there was a good shower. The apartment was clean as wrre the grounds.

Wine glasses would have been a nice addition.

Scrupulously clean, exceptionally friendly owners who couldn’t do anymore for us and if Carlsberg did locations …. It would probably be the best location in the world

Beach right in front, free beachbeds, friendly staff, really nice garden and overall exterior. Close to center of Tsivili in a walkable distance, but far enought to be in a quiet area. Cleaning was done daily, room is big

Not sure how the other rooms are based on other reviews, but ours surely would need some renovation. Also in the first night we had an ant invasion in the bathroom.We got one mini showergel and that was it for the all the days.

Location was exceptional, the balcony was lovely and shaded from the sun, which was very welcome. Staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was fine but probably wouldn't have coped had it been hotter.

I think it is a bit pricey for the standard of accommodation offered and the fact that breakfast isn't included. It needs a bit of TLC soon or it will start to look tatty.

Great location at the sea. 5-10 min walk to the main street with all the restaurants. Spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Sunbeds are not the most comfortable.

Location to beach. Well run family business. Roxanne very helpful and accommodating would do anything to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely come back again!

Beautiful family accommodation, right on the beach, in a quiet area. 5 minutes-walk to all the good restaurants. Spotless clean! Cleaning every day; sunbeds and beach towels included. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Thank you for everything, Maria & Roxana! Would definitely go back!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Flowering gardens and lush grass. The rooms are decent size. Mine had a veranda overlooking the sea. Would definitely stay again. They have lounge chairs and umbrellas on property.

The location is great, close to the beach, close to the boulevard. It was perfect for our stay with the family!Also the personel does everything to make your stay perfect.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view, located directly at the sea. Sunbeds and beach towels were provided. Maria was super nice and welcoming, as well as the other hosts whom were super friendly. Close to restaurants and markets, all in all a perfect location and we had a lovely stay.

Amazing seafront view, staff friendliness, private parking, spacious rooms/balcony and comfortable beds.Kitchen facilities include pretty much all basics.Tsilivi is the most touristic place in Zakynthos for families with plenty of amenities and a descent beachfront.

- Quite pricey, but looks like all accommodations in Greece were pretty expensive this year...- Toilet & water smell (had to brush my teeth with bottled water cause it tasted like metal).- Rooms need some sort of renewal!

Perfect stand alone building with a large front lawn leading down to a safe sandy beach. Small number of rooms Gave a special feeling and Roxani was amazing helping us with everything we needed, from tips and information.ation to sorting a taxi for us. She is a star! Location is great with beach walks in each direction with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highlight for our family was renting a small boat self drive to go exploring caves, shipwreck and hidden beaches,even seeing a turtle ?. Loved it all. thanks Roxani

Location superb. Apartments had lawns front and back, the front was literally 30 metres or less from the sea. Gorgeous. Cleaners called daily and at convenient times so apartment was spotless. A special mention for Maria and Theresa who were so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs more cleanup and the beach too. Umbrellas had a lot of spider webs and on the beach were a lot of algae.

I liked the location, the cleanness, the fact it is a small hotel in a quiet area. Stuff is discret and paying attention the the needs of the clients.We had a studio at 1st floor facing the sea. It is large and has shadow from the trees when sun comes on that part of the building.The garden it's a huge bonus!Sun beds, umbrella and beach towels are in the price of the accommodation.The hotel has it's own larking places.It is not that far from the airport. We paid 20euro per way to the taxi. It is quiet although many restaurants and other activities are around, but not interfering with the hotel "peace".The sea it's best for the kids: water not deep, only sand under water, water activities close by.

The kitchen could have better accesories, but this does not make me not to give a full 10 to this hotel.
