Location and super super friendly staff

Absolutely not !

Everything at the hotel was all clean tidy and well done. Room was cleaned everyday but sunday which is understandable. The breakfast was adequate for what you need. And the bar was fantastic. The family and staff greeted us with open arms.

Everything was good. Only thing that is needed is another space to put your clothes as if there are 4 guests, 1 wardrobe isn't enough

Great little find on booking.com! Worked perfectly for our last minute trip to tsilivi , we stayed for 3 nights and it ticked all the boxes for what we needed. Breakfast a lovely little extra too

Paid additional for aircon - in the height of summer this wasn’t sufficient enough to cool the room. Left us very hot ? but rooms very clean and tidy -and cleaned daily .

Disappointing

The cleaning in the room was very bad, the balcony was NEVER cleaned up during our stay.Sometimes we had salted water in the room when showering, after a couple of minutes with actual no water - and this was actually really frustrating. The photos from booking do not actually express the reality of things, I wouldn't say that the accommodation is bad - but the photos are taken/edited in a way for everything to look better/bigger.

The property was in a great location, ideal for all the restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and the beach. The hotel was always clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a double deluxe room and although the room was nice, i would not recommend for a family of 4, this room would be perfect for a couple or even a small family of 3, however it was a little bit small for a family of 4. We also struggled to get a sun-lounger some days and therefore found ourselves visiting other local pool facilities.

On the first night, we couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner and woke up in the middle of the night. The next day, we found out that we had to pay extra for the air conditioner. We think that in such a hot summer, this information could be explained to guests at check-in. The Wi-Fi in the hotel room was completely unusable, even text messages could not be sent. During the two days we stayed here, we could only stand in the corridor to use the Internet every day. As soon as we closed the door, there was no Internet at all. Also, the mobile signal in Zakynthos could not use data traffic, and we disappeared from the Internet world.

The hotel was fine. Spacious room, large and comfortable bathroom. In a relatively quiet place.

It is unacceptable when it is 40 degrees outside, for guests to pay 6 euros per day for air conditioning. The breakfast is not varied and a person from the staff pours on your plate an amount at his discretion. In 7 days, the towels and sheets were changed once. The maid cleaned very well - this is a positive rating for the hotel. Overall, everything else was good.

The hotel offers good breakfasts and is near to the beach and good restaurants. Also the quality of our room was good, always clean and the staff was always very kind and helpful.

The bar that is next to the hotel plays the music extremly loud so it is hardky possible to sleep until 1am. We visited this bar only once and the music is so loud that we couldn't hear anything what people were saying. I think that they should turn down the volume!Regarding ACs, they charge extra money for ACs. I think that the accomodation is expensive enough to cover the cost of AC.

The location was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and pool area was good, everything was clean and my partner enjoyed the breakfast.

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. The mattress was very hard.

The location is very good. Tsilivi is one of the best tourist village in Zakynthos and Plaza Pallas is very close to the beach, around 5 min or so.The breakfast was very good, buffet style, a lot of choices. It changes slightly from day to day, but it's very good.The room was nice and clean, we had a family suite. The staff was helpful. I am really happy with the choice we made.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The pool area is spotless and relaxing with a fantastic bar to watch the sport or to just relax. The relaxing bar gets quite lively as the evening draws in with plenty of laughter delivered by Spiros and his team.

The breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. The location is great and a short walk to the beach. We stayed in a Family Suite which exceeded our expectations.

Location was perfect, friendly staff. Room and balcony were nice.

Additional spenditure for airco, airco did make a lot of noice and the bathroom was outdated.

Breakfast Buffet but couldn't help yourself.A waitress behind a screen served everyone meaning long waits when busy and getting wrong items on plate due to language barrier. COVIS IS OVER!I would not stop here again because of this!
