Location
Rooms were not the cleanest and food was horrible.
Close to the beach, delicious food, friendly staff.
Staff where very good, rooms ok, breakfast
Look like end of Season Feel, untidy in parts and looked in need of a brighten up.Beach access poor due to erosion and rocks and lack of beach will effect foot fall of hotel.Food apart from Breakfast lacked imagination and we only used hotel for breakfastThe Hotel would be far better going down the B & B route
Staff were friendly
Pool was disgusting Food wasn’t great at all. Had to travel for food
We were there for a wedding. It is great for a large group
Food is ok our shower didn't work properly but they tried to repair
Location was great. Short walk to town. Direct access to beach although you have to pay for sunbeds!
If I were to book again I’d book bed and breakfast. Can’t bear drinking rubbish drinks from a plastic cup I’d much rather pay. All inclusive shouldn’t mean sub standard food and drink ?
The food is very good, delicious
Its dirty, no hair dryer in bath, no quuen or king size bed for couple, no quality
Hotel: I stayed at Tsivili Beach Hotel in August 2024 We arrived at the reception at 10 o'clock in the morning, the lady at the reception was friendly but she didn't show us anything, we were given some short and incomplete directions about where the rooms are, the restaurant, etc., the hotel rules say that the accommodation is from 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we were given a room where we could leave our luggage and immediately had access to the pool and bar to enjoy a refreshing drink! Luckily I got the room at 12 noon! I chose a comfort room with a sea view on the 1st floor, a room that did not disappoint, the view is magical! The room was cleaned daily, but only the floors were washed and the household trash was emptied. A minus was that for 7 days the bed sheets were not changed, and due to the heat it would have been necessary! The climate in our room was working fine, it just couldn't be set! It had only one setting, 16 degrees Celsius at maximum air level. Hotel 3/5 ☆ Restaurant/food- The food is...edible! You rarely get anything hot, most of the food is frozen, and the cooking style was ..fried in oil Very repetitive food, and not very diverse very rarely other food was added! The juices, beer and cocktails were mixed with a lot of water! The restaurant itself is organized more like a canteen than a 4-star resort restaurant The staff work hard and deserve all the applause for the work done! Restaurant/Food 3/5☆Pool/Beach- There are two swimming pools, they are quite clean, they have a shallow water area for children! The problem is with the marble or stone pattern on the floor because it is extremely slippery! There is no shade and it gets extremely hot in the pool area, shades are not for all sunbeds! There are only 7-8 places where there is a little shade but those places are "reserved" by people who leave their towels or other personal things on them! Beach...
- The Food - The Beach - Resturant- Room cleaning TOTAL 3/5☆
The property has a decent location, close to the beach and water is clear, this is definitely an advantage. When it comes to advantages, in my opinion that’s pretty much it.
Really a lot of things:1. You have to wake up really early to get a sub bed. 2. The sea is very shallow, you have to walk forever to actually swim. 3. The hotel itself is not great, and definitely not a 4*. The food was not good, limited options for breakfast and lunch and a bit better for dinner. The quality of food was not that good and snacks were really bad and limited.
Great food with lots of choice- loved the Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and fresh pancakes every morning! Lots of meat and veg options available for lunch and dinner and melon and watermelon for all meals. Snack bar availability was welcomed too! And the water fountains were so nice to have! The hotel should aim to offer more umbrellas or shaded space.
Fresh orange juice would have been great! All juices were not fresh.
The hotel is not that big, which means it is not a super crowded/noisy pool and restaurant. The swimming pools are really nice. It's also literally by the sea.The sea is absolutely stunning and crystal clear, also warm.
Food: The food is competent, but not what you expect of Greek cuisine. Also not to the food quality of the likes of Iberostar. Also the snacks outside of the main meals are always the same and not that good. It's basically French fries with gyros, a sad sandwich, and either pizza, hot dogs or burgers -- none of them particularly good. For some reason there are no small forks anywhere to be seen, which means I had to deal with my daughter's unwillingness to use big cutlery.Swimmingpool: The widespread problem of people placing their towels on the swimmingpool chairs before having breakfast is obviously happening. This is aggravated by very small umbrellas and almost no shade except for 8-10 chairs.Room: the air conditioner is really underpowered. We left it in the coldest temperature and strongest wind and it was still hot. We solved this by leaving the ac on for the whole day, so the room would not get warm. Not environmentally friendly, but that's how we copped with the heat.Service: service is ok, but sometimes weird. Examples:1. One of the cleaners took a liking to my daughter, so every day when leaving the room she would try to talk to her a lot, which my daughter clearly didn't like. This kept going for every single day. The same cleaner entered our room on the checkout day twice 30 minutes before the checkout time. Super inappropriate. 2. On arrival, the staff gives a leaflet without the key info and that is it. Info missing: hotel map, where is your room, how to get to the sea, how the restaurant and snack area work, what services are available in and around the hotel... It is not so bad as you figure these things out easily, it just feels sloppy. Beach: the sea is absolutely stunning and crystal clear, but the beach is pebbly and the sand is on the darker side. Not a deal breaker, but we needed swimming shoes to go around the beach because of all the stones. 2-3 meters in the water there are no pebbles.
Delicious food, perfect location close to the sea, view from balcony,, helpful staff
Great location
Hotel is a little dated. Aircon not great. If you are wanting to only sit by the pool all day then this is the hotel for you.
Rooms brill, very clean hotel and staff okay. .
Food choice not great and not alot of choice on the snack bar. Was same the 4 things all week
The beach is nice shallow for a long-long distance. It is rocky for a few painful steps but it gets sandy in the water. A/C is quick and powerful.
The courtyard gets unbelievably hot. Food was great but most of the desert options were mousse with no texture. The outside pool bar does not open at advertised time. Lot of smokers. Small bathroom, nowhere to put cosmetics, shower curtain sticks on you while showering. I’m listing a lot of negatives but my stay was great overall.
Great place right on the beach with powered watersports (paid) and lovely localTavernas - family atmosphere & food exceptional for the cost with majority local produce!
People when we stayed did like to leave towels on sunbeds which was a bit of a shame as there were plenty of sunbeds
The pool is great, the location is great
The food!!! The food and the food!!! It was disgusting!!! And the room are not like the photos at all!!
The location on the beach, and close to the lovely little Main Street of Tsivili. It was lovely.
The drinks were awful. If catering for all inclusive, it would be good to also have drinks that can be purchased as the wine was literally not drinkable.
