- The ocean view and beach
- it had a great proximity to the down town area and there is a new grocery store across the street. Staff was great, the free breakfast was awesome. The food was good overall and reasonable.

- They nickel and dime you for everything. Even discharged me for a bar tab that I had already paid but instead of arguing I just paid it again. Kind of ridiculous to charge you for a towel or an extra room key.?
- it was fine for a short stay but a bit rough overall(3 days in our case) and they may have other rooms of better quality. It was too close to their bar area (loud music at night). No mini fridge & limited clothing storage.
- It came with free breakfast, but they never had anything on the menu, staff was very slow.
