Super Hotel Minamata

Everything was neat and tidy and the breakfast was good, at an affordable price.

I got a smoking room as I think it was one of the last ones, so there was a clear odor. The corridors weren't air-conditioned, but that's pretty standard.

Very practical hotel, close to Minamata station and affordable

Location and a large room. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was basic but okay. Parking under the building.

Great location, central to Minamata downtown. The staff was very nice, and there were small bath/skincare related items for female guests in the lobby.

It was really hard to sleep with the pillow provided in the room. I didn't realize until the next day that there were other pillows available in the lobby...?

I always love super hotel, bed is comfortable, staff are kind, water is nice to drink and to shower.Breakfast is tasty.Close to bus stops, restaurant and supermarket

Bed could be wider

This is a convenient location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. I appreciate the steps taken by the hotel to be eco-friendly.

The staff gave together a little packet of information in English which was very thoughtful and helpful. However, some of the information about nearby restaurants was outdated as some of those restaurants have shut down. This isn't really a complaint, but if its possible, it might be helpful to future guests if the packets are updated.

I stayed at this hotel when visiting Minamata for research. Clean, convenient, comfortable and cheap. The room had good air con. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Not much for me at breakfast as a vegan, but that's standard in Japan. It would be helpful to have the hotel listed on Google Maps in English. No real issues, though!
