Pros +
- Overall the room was very clean and had excellent facilities. Conveniently close to Tennoudai station and excellent value for the money.
- Classic business hotel. Close to station and amenities. Not fancy but excellent for it's class.
- Disappointing
Cons -
- The room was quite cramped and there were some minor stains on one of the duvet covers.
- I reserved a non-smoking room via booking and once I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist gave me a smoking room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the receptionist said that he received a reservation for a smoking room which is not true because I dislike that, and I never reserve smoking room ... I am not at all satisfied with this hotel and its welcome

Extremely comfortable bed, great location beside the train station and local shops. Room bathroom was spotless and there was an onsen on the second floor! Excellent facility.
