On our first night they tried to double charge us. We had pre-paid for the room and when we arrived they said we had not. The bathroom was not very clean at all

It was not as advertised. Their was drug use and smoking right in front of the entrance. Water was leaking from the roof as you walked the hotel entrance. Staff were not experienced or knowledgeable about hospitality. It's a bad hostel, not a hotel.

Location and the staff were pleasant as well as good pricing.

Lots. Old, no upgrading or maintenance. Rust throughout bathroom. Pet fee exorbitant. Pool water was murky, I would not go in. Heating/cooling unit so loud it was difficult to sleep. We had to turn it off.

Carpets in the hallways puckered. I was stuck in my first room, after unpacking, the door would jam when you pulled on the door handle. So I was moved to another room. My room was with a kitchen, but staff would not let us take complimentary breakfast bac

Bathroom was very old and needs upgrading. Black spots and black grout, faucet in bathtub not working properly, towels under average

The evening concierge at the front desk tried to be accommodating and helpful. There were no clean towels she brought them to our room within a half hour. There was no shampoo in the room she brought them too. Also put batteries in remote control. OK pool

Dirty bathroom. Dirty carpet. Faulty light in bathroom. No batteries in the remote control. One towel per room - had to ask for extra. Front desk employee in the morning was rude. Continental breakfast kept running out of stuff.

Rooms were not cleaned everyday, not even garbage removed, neither was the towels changed. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

It was dirty behind the bed and in the corners of the rooms.There were stains on the carpet and thr girl at check in was rude and had zero personality.No towels in the bathroom for drying.Only facecloths and towels for your feet when you get out of shower

They do not have hot water so you can not shower. We addressed with the hotel but they did nothing.. so we had to leave. They told us to run water for 15 minutes but after 35 minutes of running the water it still was cold... when you arrive late and want

Breakfast gave me a bag with oatmeal and 2 apples. Can¿t eat either. In town for medical emergency so I was stressed and this actually made me cry
