Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and offered all kinds of assistance. Even the Manager came to check up on us to make sure we were comfortable.

Staff were exceptional, went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Rooms were very clean. Location was convenient for catching NL ferry. Very quiet.

I heard the maid at 10am knocking on all doors hollaring housekeeping. I didn't need a wake up knock at 10am.

The beds were getting old and weren't very supportive. There was no elevator for getting luggage up and down from the second floor.

Hotel front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

Location is right next to highway with lots of traffic noise. This is not a three star hotel. It's old, dark and needs renovation. Breakfast room is tiny. There's only four or five tables so no place to sit down to eat unless you get there very early

First thing on entering side door was a wall stained with coffee. Dirty towel from previous guest left in room. Hard to get keys to work. 2nd day bed made, garbage not emptied, took bath mat and towels did not replace, third day, garbage still not empt

The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking on site and it was within a ten minute drive to most amenities.

There were people smoking within very close proximity to the main entrance of the hotel. I would suggest a designated smoking area away from the entrance. As cigarette butts scattered around outside the entrance is unsightly.

Staff were excelent checking in, breakfast was great choices and again staff were excelent

dining area was very small, bed was hard.

The room was comfortable.

They advertise a hot breakfast but the last 3 times we stayed there they ran out of things and made no effort to apologize. Waffle maker never works, very scantily breakfast. People walking around in circles hoping food will jump out them😒

Bedbug. Killed 3 adult bedbugs one night, unable to change room because fully booked. Nothing could be worse than sleepless night.
