OM Hotel Neuss

Location was very peaceful.

Heating in the room, too hot and the only way to keep the temperature down was to open the windows

Very clean and much space.Pretty modern.Its a very good solution if you dont want to spend too much money for a Hotel.

There was no description of how to regulate the heater ( didnt had a usual thing to turn the heat up or down) which was way too hot.

The hotel room was huge and comfortable, glad we stayed here then staying in smaller rooms in dusseldorf - Its definitely worth staying

Would recommend to provide tea/ coffee -milk in the room as there is kettle provided.

Too expensive to ask for things. Had to ask for cleaning and change of towels because the sign that was supposed to use for that was missing. Missing hangers had to ask the receptionist to get some from the other rooms.

It was really clean which i appreciate! It was possible to login on netflix.. Warm and really quiet. The receptionist was nice and explained everything. There are a few parking spots right under the hotel. But also parking along the street is free.

There was no possibility for breakfast - as a receptionist explained - they are busy with preparing that option.Would be nice if there was a little couch in the room.

The receptionists are very kind,respectful and available. The room was spaciuos and super clean.

The room was really huge! Double TV with internet connection was good. Clean and cozy, thanks.

Hangers needed in the bathroom for the clothes and towel. Except, all is good.

I never had the chance to see the staff but am sure they were there since I checked in very late and left very early . There was no one at reception these time . I was there for business meeting . I was hoping to pay cash for my stay but all was removed from my credit card Otherwise all went well

I like that my room was so clean. Nice mattress on the bed clean. And the shower is to die for really really good.

I didn't like the fact that they were no bar and no breakfast. But wen I spoke with a member of the hotel they told me that bar is coming soon plus breakfast. Which is good.

Room size OK. Cleanliness OK.TV screens large (but access to pay per view networks only. Public TV channels didn't function)

No reception available in the early evening. Very little drinks available and even no automatic dispenser for food or snacks.Not good location for customer without own car (no restaurant, coffee shop or pubs after 5:00 in the neighborhood)

Comfy and spacious room. Shower was nice and hot.

It’s incredibly empty and a little hard to find. Seems like an old office building that was converted into a hotel? No staff was anywhere unless it was the morning. The whole thing was a little ghost like.

Room has a kettle but no cups or sugar and coffee. Room has an iron but no ironing board. Ridiculous pre check in then lengthy check in. Staff with poor customer service skills.

Everything was very clean and tidy, lots of space. Little lamps next to the beds for a more cozy atmosphere and not just one but 2 tv's! My personal favourite was the bathroom, very modern and clean. I'd book again! Check-in was very easy.

Only minor things as hotel new. Only one curtain. Only one glass. No cup to make tea. Etc.

Had big rooms, new looking bathroom, nice that there was airco, very clean in general. I appreciated the free parking close to the hotel

The toiltetpaper holder was not holding good. Next to the door there was an electric switch exposed, we ignored it, it just looked a little bit strange

It is not a new hotel it is renovated, But it is quiet and ok, the price is good, and easy entry, possible I'll come back ?

Whoever renovated it did not do it well, dampness and mold started to appear in the bathroom, on the ceiling in the external corners, and the mattress very hard.

Don't get fooled by the name "hotel" or the modern look in the pictures. This place is more like a huge office building than a cozy stay. They've tried to make it look new, but it comes off as cheap and doesn't have any personality – like a dull office with a bed. Just because something's new doesn't mean it's cool.The whole vibe is pretty sad, and it's definitely not cozy or inviting. They've replaced the usual check-in with a computer thing, which makes it feel even less personal. There's only one place where everyone can hang out, and it's a pale" room with tables, and chairs that they're trying to call a restaurant. It's okay, but it's not the kind of cozy or welcoming place you might expect.If you just need a place to crash for the night, it's okay-ish. The beds aren't that comfy, but at least the blankets are nice and also the bathroom. The price is decent, but honestly, there's a lot left to be desired about the whole experience.
