A dated building, yet very affordable, clean and a good size room. Staff were accommodating when there was an issue.

The road was a bit close and noisy at night.

The queen bed was horrible. Felt like straw was in the mattress. The sheets were noisy when turning over. Got into single bed, that was comfortable . The outdoor seating was not able to be used. Huge tear marks through the cushion. Outdated deco . For the money $170 .00. Certainly would not recommend the motel

Overall it in a poor state. Bed is old & uncomfortable; a number of things are in poor repair or broken, e.g. chair has holes in it, soap dispenser fell apart; old soap holder is broken.

The size of room and service

Bed was big and quite nice but I was not comfortable with the mattress, I din't had that much good sleep overnight and I think it's because of mattress otherwise everything was very good inside and outside room.

No food available

The website stated that this motel was in Mawson Lakes. It was not.

Carpet was old and looked rough and dirty.Traffic on main road quite noisy.No toilet Paper, tissue paper instead. 2 single beds pushed together to form a queen size bed, mattresses were quite worn out from very long term use...foot end of the bed was higher than the top side. Bathroom windows sealed shut without ventilation besides the extraction fan above the shower.

Dirty floors,really old looking ,scuff marks everywhere,not valid for money .,could have got a 4 star or 5 for the price..

The bed was comfortable was easy to get there

Our tv didn’t work but we got in late so couldn’t really ring anyone.

Rip off

Didn't even get to stay here I booked this and had my arriving time for after hours it was never mentioned anywhere this wouldn't be ok I theb never got an email with how to check in arriving out of hours it was only after payment made that it showed saying it is no option for late check in during booking it said it was possible so ya motel policies are shit and shouldn't even come up as an available place to stay if you aren't capable of providing late check in... Not only that your company is at fault for the way your page is false information and still kept my money rip off of the year goes to you

Location was close to where our friend lived

Every night we were woken by a lady screaming at her kids Milk was expired 9-12-24 so was lumpy in your drink

Clean and tidy

The room I was in had no soap or shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the shower screen leaked between shower screen and floor and really wet the floor and out almost to the carpet of the motel room

Location and staff.

Appears to be a backup location for emergency accommodation. Family lives onsite and has frequent visitors during the day.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice beds and in a great location for our needs.

My son said his bed was too hard, but otherwise everything was good.

There was no breakfast, but the location was what determined my choice

The microwave smells like it wants burning inside the microwave when using it. Got locked out twice and I know it was my fault. It would be good if there was more options to watch

Convenient for the location I need to be.

Very noisy not just from the traffic. Others in nearby rooms. Lots of light in the room at night was difficult to prevent with no switch for the balcony lighting. Shower head leaked water. Water pressure okay once hot. TV remote did not turn unit on or off. Room door quite difficult to open and close with bags to carry .
