Comfortable bed and living area.

Unfortunately the cleanliness and poor maintenance of the bathroom in our unit (No. 1) really let this motel down. The bathroom door would not close and all corners were dirty and/or mouldy. A bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance would lift the rating substantially.

I liked that we had 2 beds and it was close to the Hunter River and shopping mall. Parking in front of the apartment was convenient. Beds were quite comfortable with is a big bonus!

Sun chair or seats by the pool area would be great.

group of around 10-15 guests who were staying for a bowls tournament set up in the pool area complete with eskies and copious amounts of alcohol and partied late into the night despite repeated requests from the management to be quiet. the following morning then decided to congregate outside our room from 6.30am discussing their previous nights exploits with total disregard for all other guests. these people were local to the area and stayed at the hotel so they could drink and not drive. the hotel itself was good but the experience was disappointing because of these actions

The bathroom shower was mouldy in queen room, and there was no conditioner or handwashing and cockroaches in the family room

Quiet comfortable layover on our return trip to Canberra from up North. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.

Cleaning mould off bathroom wall.Powerpoints next to the bed for cpap machine...Shower water pressure far to strong causing much water all over floor.

It was spotless and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, the complimentary toiletries were lovely and the room was well appointed.Exceptional communication around check-in and facilities and the check-in itself was smooth, service was friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good and Google TV was a bonus. I was very pleased with the location.Overall a great value for money stay close to the Pac Highway and great for a stopover.

Great value for money. Very clean Nice staff.had a toaster,microwave and jug plus cutlery and plates I had a lovely breakfast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants Very quiet to which was a bonus. You can park your car outside your room.

Very comfortable beds, decent size room, large TV, air-conditioning, finally a hotel that doesn't have white towels!!

Shower flooded across the floor, our 2nd night a group of guests arrived, they were arguing and swearing and yelling at each other ( not that its the hotels fault)

A good stop over venue for our trip up north. The room was clean.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me but hubby didn’t mind. The shower was a bit hard to operate. It was expensive for the facilities offered (it was holiday season!)

Abuse that was relayed to me by the man in reception. A misunderstanding in the booking, called me a liar, spoke over the top of me. Was very aggressive in his language and body language.

Microwave and crockery so could buy takeaway nearby. Quiet room No 16.Good for overnight stay off Pacific HighwayA short walk to shops and river.

Parking cramped when no vacancies!

Good comfortable beds. Tvs in both rooms. Aircon in one bedroom, ceiling fans in main room. Great pool for the kids to swim. Good BBQ area. Easy checkin & check out. Close to shops and supermarket, quiet location.

aircon wasn't in the main room ( we stayed in family room). Beds would move ( some of the wheels didn't lock)
