    Pros +

    • The location of the hostel was excellent, very accessible and close to station as well, great for the price.
    • It’s my favorite stay of my whole trip. The room was big enough for me and my luggage. The place is clean and it looks modern. The station connects you quickly to really convenient lines and has convenience stores nearby. Definitely the best value for my money.
    • The room is fair enough they maintained the cleanliness of the toilet and the bathroom .

    Cons -

    • The smaller double room option didn't have any walking room around the bed.
    • The trains comes packed to this side of the city when it gets late. The bed could be a little puffier IMO.
    • There is no slippers free, the kitchen sink area is not that clean and pleasant , I recommend for them to change the kittle and do something to organized the things there.

Not worth it, find another place if you seek a sound proof room that is also properly cleaned.

I just noticed that I paid 250 euro for 1 week, which is really too much for a single person. The room is extremely small, and dusty. They don't clean rooms properly, and the bed sheets smell like old people. My body started itching after 4 days, and I was forced to take shower twice a day because of this. The room has no good air ventilation, and it is totally not sound proof! This will be my first and last.

Staff was great, had free luggage holds, close to convenience stores

Room a bit cramped if you have a lot of stuff

    10BownePosted on: 10-17-2025

An extremely short walk to the station and not one but two convenience stores plus a few good places to eat as well perfect location staff always very helpful room perfect for just holding your things and sleeping

This hotel/hostel is located close to convenience stores and tokyo metro stations. It was very easy to get to and from the hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean.

The room was a little small and the bed was a little hard, so I would not recommend if you're looking for a super luxurious stay. The hostel suited us perfectly fine, though, and we were impressed with the value for money.

Good , clean and nice environment,

My checkout time was 11 am and I requested them if I can extended an hour as grace period , hotel receptionist asked me to pay 1000 per hour ??? which is sad , I was there for 5 days .... and I can't get approved an hour grace period . Rest all good , excellent

Room was great and clean by my check in, the staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly, i couldn't recommend this place enough! The location is good and only a few train stations away from the center, there's also 7/11 and Lawson nearby, very convenient. I will be staying there again for sure.

The staff were receptive. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable for the night.

You can meet others and socialize.

Everyday there will be a new receptionist and I guess it is not professional at all. And I don't think they are interested enough for your stay. They have no luggage storage service. And they give only a towel for your whole stay. The bathroom, toilets and kitchen are shared and the kitchen gadgets are not clean enough to use. And it is a bit further to city center. I could have spent a few bucks to stay a better place :(

Totally Perfect Nice Hotel easy to catch train to town and clean room and easy to go Airport too

    7NaphtaliPosted on: 5-7-2025

The staff were very kind, and everything was clean. I was glad to have a room for just myself and my daughter. The only shared spaces were the showers and toilets.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear all the guests on your floor showering or washing hands etc...i understand why they have so many signs asking people to be quiet and considerate of the hour. Ear plugs were available at the front desk, but I didn't realize this until we were checking out.

super clean, kind staff, quick walk to metro station and lawson/7-11, room was the size of the bed with two small shelves but had no troubles as a couple with just two backpacks! free umbrellas to borrow as well.

with the window open in our room, the breeze would cause our locked/closed door to make slamming sounds due to a small gap in the doorframe—wedged a tissue in there which helped, but was annoying. bed and pillows also weren’t the most comfortable, but honestly didn’t have any troubles with that with how exhausted we were each day.

    7NataliePosted on: 4-26-2025

Everything was very clean and efficient. The staff were lovely! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station which is super convenient! Also a lot of combinis near by, which is always a plus for late night snacks

There is little to none sound proofing (which they do have signs about everywhere telling people to be quiet), but unfortunately you can’t control other travellers respect levels. Some people were quite loud at all hours of the morning. Keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Also only 1 women’s and 1 men’s shower per floor, so strategy is needed for morning grooming.

    9IuriPosted on: 4-26-2025

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, all the common areas are always very clean, and the bathrooms are surprisingly good, the place has a very pleasant atmosphere.

The size of the rooms can be a problem, and sometimes the kitchen gets crowded.

&AndHostel Minaisenju is very near Skytree and Asakusa area. So if you're mostly visiting for sights and cultural tourism, this is the perfect place for you to stay. City center like Shibuya and Shinjuku is also accessible via train for around 30-45 minutes travel time. the nearest station (Minami senju) is just 5-6 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and very near. I stayed at the single bedroom. It fits two people, but if you have a lot of stuff, it will be a tight squeeze. The staff are friendly and can speak english. Mode of payment is only by card/debit not cash.

    Nothing :)

    8PamsterPosted on: 4-14-2025

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for using the train! It was a fun environment for meeting others from different world spots.

The futon mattress did not provide enough comfort for me, my hips and back could feel the wood bed beneath them.

    5KatjaPosted on: 4-12-2025

Clean, there’s a common space and they keep your luggage on the day of leaving

Extremely small room (which was clear), but also very badly use of space (only 2 hangers, there would be many options to make it possible to put your stuff better); very hard bed; very very loud to the street and a constant draft

    5SarahPosted on: 4-3-2025

not very expensive and the staff and facilities were lovely, really appreciated the hair iron as a backpacker. Suitable for 2 nights before we went to the airport (good access to narita)

the room was absolutely tiny, could barley fit our rucksacks on the floor, it was more of a cupboard and the bed was really uncomfortable. Thin mattress on top of a plank of wood
