    • Did not try the breakfast buffet so cannot comment on that, but there was always coffee, tea and water available 24 hours a day.

The breakfast buffet was large, beautifully set, primarily Asian food options, limited non-Asian options.

    More non-Asian breakfast items.

The staff was friendly and helped us figure out some key foreign travel components like shipping our bags. The hotel had options in case you forgot something and was comfortable. We loved being close to the major areas near Asakusa.

Location was great near the beautiful Sensi jo Temple. Staff was friendly & helpful

I liked the room size, it was large enough to host two beds which is rare in Japan. Bathroom was great and the storage space was fine for the most part.

The laundry needs improvement. The dryer stopped working properly and took hours to dry clothes and there are only two dryers.

Excellent location , not far fromThe train station

Room very small, do price was very high for the size of the room , breakfast is so so

    9OferPosted on: 10-2-2025

The room was clean and welcoming. we were 3 in a room with very comfortable beds and small space between the beds. The staff is helpful and hospitable. Laundry was easy and available. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood with many little shops and coffee shops and not too far from main metro lines.I recommend fully.

As I described, in a room with 3 spacious beds, only a little space was left for luggage and moving around. I see this as a plus - the hotel used most of the space for comfortable sleeping.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay. It was great! The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. Staff was very considerate and polite. I highly recommend it!

I took the limo bus from the airport and walked to the hotel—it wasn’t far. I arrived around 6–7 pm; most stores were closed, but Don Quijote nearby was nice to see at night. It was raining, but they provided umbrellas and even offered luggage delivery to my hotel in Kyoto—fast and convenient. Breakfast was good, mostly Japanese style. The room was fine too; I had a double, enough space to open two carry-ons and still walk around

    10MaryPosted on: 8-25-2025

The room was compact, yet had everything we needed for three nights. It was sparkly clean, and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with many Japanese food options, along with basic American breakfast components. The staff were attentive and charming, and very helpful when needed. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Modern hotel, clean rooms, and adequate space.

Requested a King bed but at check in was told the room did not have one, and they would put 2 twin beds together. Bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was Japanese style.

The room was spacious , I like the location and the staff are all helpful

    10ChristinePosted on: 7-28-2025

The location was excellent - within quick walking distance to Sensoji temple and the food and shopping in that area. Everything was modern and clean. Staff were very hlepful when we left a bag behind.

Rooms are a bit small , but we had three beds in ours.

    10YibeiPosted on: 7-26-2025

The staffs were really friendly and the beds were nice and comfy.

Sometimes the showerhead makes a squeaky noise.

Don Quixote , Uniqlo , convenience stores , hobby off all nearby. 10/10 for us ! Luggage storage option for us , Train /taxi accessible too . Family room with Mini fridge , sink & cabinet for snacks was nice, Would stay here again!

    9JosephPosted on: 6-25-2025

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was second to none for exploring the neighborhood. Great value for the cost of accommodation.

The mattresses were extremely hard, though this is a common trait in Japanese hotels.

    10AngeloPosted on: 6-16-2025

Very friendly staff and amazing location. Senso-ji shrine and all the related shopping and food is right around the corner. Want a quick snack or drink, Lawsons is right there on the corner. Train stations very close by as well. Would definitely recommend
