Great place to stay with easy access to Akihabara and Asakusa. Checking in was easy and the staff were accommodating by letting us leave our bags until check in time. The room itself was a bit bigger than I expected for the price compared to other places I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was also nice and we ate there quite a few times. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Small room but very helpful and friendly staff. Good location, silent room with the inner view.

Clean, comfortable bed, great shower and very friendly staff.

    Nothing to dislike.

Great position near metro and JR lines. The room is clean. Free bottle water everyday if you choose eco-clean service.

The room is small. But reasonable for this price in Tokyo.

BEST- Location! 2-3 blocks from train & subway. Quick shops & restaurants on every block. Walk to Kuramae and Asakusa.Fancy washlet, deep tub with grab bar, hot water. Friendly English spkng desk staff. Umbrellas are provided for guests; also appreciated the water and eco policies.

Very tiny room for 2 (129 sq ft), especially if you are larger/taller than average. Narrow twins, which you can only pull apart 4 inches. No space to relax or lounge in the room unless lying in bed.We did breakfast only once for $12, not all food was kept warm, few Western options, little fresh fruit. We didn't think it was a good value.

This hotel is a hidden gem and was perfect for our 6 day trip. Great location with easy access to transit (3 min walk) and just one stop away from Akihabara. We stayed in a compact twin room and it was definitely compact by western standards but perfectly adequate for a parent and older child traveling together. The rooms were quiet and clean, bed was firm but comfortable. We loved the pajamas and the bathroom soaps. The air conditioning was cold which was perfect in the middle of a Tokyo heat wave. The staff is so kind and helpful. I don't speak Japanese beyond greetings but the front desk staff spoke enough English that we made it work. Breakfast was good as well, and included a vegan curry option! We really appreciated luggage storage after check out and the front desk staff helping us sort out a cab ride to the airport on our last day. If we get a chance to return, we would absolutely stay here again.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I was surprised that there was not a wash cloth in the bathroom towels but I think that might not be a norm here. We had our own from Donki so it all worked out!

Location was good - 5 minute walk from Asakusabashi station, convenience stores, shopping & restaurants nearby

No face cloths, have to use card to turn on the power in the room, super small room, no reasonable desk area - pop out dual wall mount ledge, micro mini fridge - no freezer & no room for food, only water bottles, comforter cover worn out, humming/vibrating noise after midnight - sounded like coming from hotel's generator room?, room is not soundproof - could hear vehicles driving by, people talking in hallway & above room

Great customer service. They were very patient and helpful. Always with a smile on their face. The room was with enough lighting, micro, kettle, cooler. Very clean.

Maybe is cultural but there were no closets to put away the clothing. Just hangers. And the beds could be a bit softer.

Big room with microwave in room! Staff were helpful esp Ms. Thankar! Laundry on site reasonable n drying was good! 3-6mins from subway(Asakusabashi) and JR(Asakusabashi), very convenient! A few 7-11 and family marts around this area and a few nice restaurant nearby and open till late.

The facilities are super clean, the location is great, the food is fresh, they offered to all guests coffee in the afternoon and they had freebies all the time. But what I like the most was their staf. They were always willing to help, taking the time to hear our worries and always gave us a solution even when it was not even hotel related. Kudos to all of them and I want to thank them for their hospitality <3

The facility is very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good but I wish those group tourists could talk softer during breakfast time. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room is bigger than I expected. The location is excellent.

It would be perfect if they can replace the fabric couch with a small table with two chairs or a wooden bench to sit or store luggage.

excellent location. Train station is 230 meters away. There are multiple restaurants, fast food and convivence stores around. You can walk to a few markets and easy access to Asakusa and Sensoji Temple.

Quiet area of Tokyo but at the same time, it was easy to get to anywhere in the city as well as to Haneda airport. Hotel is quite clean as well.

No biggie but one of the cleaners got annoyed with us for some reason.

    9KagePosted on: 4-19-2025

Surprisingly roomy for a space that had two beds and a sofa bed. We did have to open our suitcases on the bed, but we already expected this given the size of the room we had booked. Hotel had all the standard amenities that one needs whilst traveling, including a range of supplies available at the lobby for free. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a money change machine in the lobby as well. Family Mart was a quick walk to the left and the station a short walk to the right. The ramen shop across the station was a convenient place to grab a quick meal on our first day as we were too tired to go much further. Akihabara was one station stop away.

One small down side was occasionally, there was a strange smell coming from the sink drain. But it only happened twice during our stay.
