DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake

The location. The breakfast buffet. The staff. Everything was really good. Definitely staying there during my next trip to Tokyo!

Wish the room was a little more spacious and the tv channel selection could¿ve been better but it¿s all good

The location was perfect close to where we needed to go.

Comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and well organized, with comfortable rooms and a calm atmosphere. The location in Ariake is convenient, especially for getting around Tokyo using public transport. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service met the usual Hilton standards. A solid choice for a comfortable stay in Tokyo.

Amazing location and view. I personally liked the room size was good (i pack light) there, staff are supportive if you ask them.

Two main things:1. Both check-in and collection of keys was not a good experience. I checked in early in the morning so I would leave my luggage then come back later to collect keys. But staff way of handling my credit card was not nice, he kept repeatedly try when I told him not to, he then entered its number manually. Also when i returned to collect the keys we had to queue and when it was my turn a guy yells "urasshai mase" and when come closer he disappears. A lady then comes and hands me the luggage then goes back and brings me the keys as I stand in the head of the queue (and no one is behind me). I expected to be told more about hotel and any services they have.. did not feel like a welcomed guest !2. amenities/toiletries were in a paper packaging when a get a new toothbrush for example i find the top to be slighting torn, was not comfortable about them.

Breakfast was excellent and well catered. Staff are top notch. (the only downside was the attitude of some guests towards the staff)

The original room I booked was very small and I feel as not correctly represented in the Booking.com description. The staff were excellent and resolved the matter.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was clean, the room smelled fresh and the temperature was cool. Location was ideal with a 7/11 downstairs and bus stop/taxi and transit station a stone throw away.

The room was a little small which made it a bit difficult to pack/unpack bulky suitcases. The room was cozy nonetheless, I assume this is just a standard size in the area.

It is a standard place. Rooms are too small. Breakfast it’s not so good, bad coffee.

Excellent customer service !! The hotel staff is amazing, especially Arissa, Lala,and Suguru !! What a great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. We will surely return next time we are in Tokyo !!

Clean and reliable place to stay.

I tripped over the low marble blocks beside the reception counter, and fractured my leg while I was checking in. No one assisted me by offering ice or any support. There was also no follow up to check if I was ok. I also asked the front desk several times for information and I think they weren’t able to provide anything because my japanese is poor even with a translation app.

Cleanliness and accessibility, close to train and mall. Free umbrellas for use.

Great hotel to stay in Tokyo! It is very near the Rinkai line (it is like a monorail) - however, not close to the main tourist attractions.

The breakfast is not very good for vegans. However, on a positive note, there are cards on every food item indicating the main allergens and restricted ingredients. The queen bed is a little small, but it suited a couple.

Breakfast spread was good, especially the ‘all mix omelet’ and the freshly baked muffins. The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists. The gardens in front of the hotel are maintained very well. The tulips ? were very colorful and beautiful

Drinking water provided in room was very less. Also very long wait to get table allotted for breakfast

Uncomfortable beds and small pillow. Only really sleeping for three when we booked for a family of 4

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we were able to leave our bags there before check-in, and we were able to get late checkout. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view was great and the location was excellent. Close to central Tokyo, but a lot less busy!
